I bought this printer after a while of struggling with my M3D Micro. I wanted a smooth and easy to use printer which I could use with little to new effort. This printer is exactly that, beautiful prints and clean moving parts. My only complaint is the WiFi functionality, file transfer takes ages, small files take about 10 minutes, and I honestly never seen a regular size file finish uploading.
I placed a replacement order back in August of 2023 for a BT-205 headset. They sent me the replacement order. However, right off the bat, I had problems with the product. I would charge the headset, then 3 hours later after use. It would tell me I needed to charge it again. This continued for a months. Now, it's December of 2023 and the problem has continued and gotten worst. It's now telling me after 1.5 hours that the headset needs to be charged. I said ok, let me call Monoprice to see if they will send me a replacement since I'm having such issue. I called and the customer agent tells me that the replacement only covers from the original date of purchase. It does not cover from when you got the replacement. Say what now? I've never heard anything so ludicrous in my life. Then she offers me 10% towards another headset but does not give me the coupon code nor did she email it to me. Go figure!
Monoprice has become a go-to shop of mine for a wide variety of products such as cables (their inexpensive-yet-high-quality cables, which all come with a lifetime warranty, is what made them famous), various types of stands, lamps, tumblers and a high-power blender.
The average item on Monoprice is about 1/3 the cost of 'big name' equivalent products with some products being as much as 1/10 of the cost for the same (or better) quality equivalent you'd find elsewhere which makes shopping from here, for me personally, a no-brainer.
Recently I was dismayed when the aforementioned blender failed unexpectedly on me after just five months. However, after a quick five-minute call with Monoprice customer support I was told I was being sent out a replacement blender and I didn't even have to send the old one back. To make things even better, the blender was shipped out with FedEx 2-Day International which was, to date, the speediest delivery I've ever received from the USA (I'm in Canada). That was totally unexpected and made me an even bigger Monoprice fan.
I recommend Monoprice 100%.
Had an issue with a headset not holding a charge. Customer service was great and very helpful. Monoprice replaced original headset with a new one pretty quickly.

I bought a monoprice v2 3D printer and paid $300 dollors for it i receved it set it up and did the first print looked great after it was done, but the second print had seperation of layers everything you could think of went wrong so i contacted mono price and told them i wanted a refund they sent me a rma number and told me to send it back ups so i took it to a ups center thinking i could send it back and theyre RMA would pay for it boy was i wrong it cost me $56.36 to send it back which i was not refunded so i will never buy another product from monoprice, thay suck as a company.
Customer service was great to work with. Highly recommend the product and support team. I worked with Curtis and he was profess and very quick with his response.

9 days after placing my order with mono price, I reported the shipment missing with UPS. I called Monoprice to solve my missing package problem with them. I needed the products (for my business) right away. The message was clear. "Sorry, but you need to place the order again, with next day shipping (since I needed the products right away), and no we won't pay for next day shipping or even NORMAL shipping, that's on you". I said "thank you, scumbags". UPS lost my package and I have to wait 8 days for them to find my package or pay up. Surely there must be a way to deal with this in a better way. E.g. By shipping out the order again - with next day delivery, and dealing with the UPS issue FOR THE CLIENT (meaning me), would be the way to deal with it. Seriously... Buy our stuff, and wait - forever if you have to - or order the same thing again. AND THEN --- I guess I would have to return the items AFTER UPS finally find the box - and THEN get my money back. That's NOT customer service. That's just bad business. Products are semi okay - you get what you pay for. It's china products, labeled and shipping from the US. Soldering on audio cables (e.g. XLRs) is... well - crab.
Tried to cancel order after they failed to ship in a timely fashion. Promised they would cancel order and refund money but never did. Another Amazon wanabee with bad service. Avoid.

I was looking at buying a 3D printer and was interested in the Mini Delta V2 3D Printer. Filled out the order and noticed that they are collecting sales tax. As I am in Canada I questioned this as their own website states: Shipping cost for CANADA ORDERS:
The shipping cost depends on the weight of the items you are purchasing along with the postal code the order will ship to. Import duties, taxes and brokerage fees are not included in the product price or shipping and handling costs. Duties, taxes and/or fees will be collected upon delivery from the carriers for certain packages. These charges are the recipient's responsibility, Monoprice only charges the transportation fee of the package(s). You may check with your country's customs office to determine what the additional costs will be.
Emails to Monoprice did not clearly explain why they HAD to charge tax on an export. Phone call to customer service did not help, only repeated the same line about they HAD to charge tax and the person admitted that yes, I would also have to pay taxes and brokerage fees to FedEx when the printer was delivered.
Phone call to FedEx confirmed that I would be paying taxes and brokerage fees to them.
I am certainly not going to order from them unless they can clear up this issue.

Be very careful about ordering if international.

Bought 16 LED solar outdoor lights from them after about a month and half, 2 lights stopped holding a charge. After a sunny day one would maybe stay on about an hour the other about 2 hours. Asked about Warranty was told it was 14 days. So being an engineer I decided I would see if I could fix since we like the lights in the back yard. When I opened them up I find that they have cheap NiMHD battery inside. Their website says Li-ion. I saw similar lights on Amazon about $10 a piece cheaper but didn't buy them because they were NiMHD battery units. I thought I would go for a higher performing battery unit. Instead I just paid Monoprice $40 more than I should have. And after contacting them about the misleading ad for the product their response was you are past the refund period. Nothing to say we are sorry we mis lead you by the product description. Beware buying from Monoprice. You might not get what you think you were. And if so, contact them right away, you might only have a 14 day guarantee. Total rip-off.
Update 5/28/31 a few days after posting the above review it seemed to get MonoPrices attention and they reached out to me. They did eventually make good on an adjustment of the misrepresented product. They may have been dupped by their Chinese Supplier, but it is an issue that they didn't check what they were getting. So I can't raise their rating, since I had to extra steps to get them to make it right, and the fact that if they had some quality control I wouldn't have gotten the bad product.

Buy at your own risk if buying based on description. And get after them if you do still buy and get faulty product. They do seem to respond to the pressure.

I've purchased cables and splitters directly from Monoprice in the past, satisfied with all. More recently, I purchased a sit-stand automated desk frame, but through Amazon. Unfortunately, the touch-pad control on the unit stopped working after about 10 months, but it was still under the 1yr warranty. I first contacted Monoprice directly via email for tech support. I received prompt replies to my inquiry and subsequent back-and-forth question/answers. However, to get a replacement, I had to go through Amazon first. Once I navigated those logistics, I had a Monoprice customer service rep for my return and replacement. I was very satisfied with the prompt responses as I had some questions and eventually required an additional shipping RMA tag. I didn't like having to send the ENTIRE unit back, it's big and heavy. I wish they could have sent me a replacement part even if cannibalized from another unit. I could see others being very upset about that, but I got over it quickly. The time from getting my RMA to receiving my replacement desk frame was a week! I was expecting a lot longer. New unit appears to be a small version update from what I had, but works great. Satisfied with the product and experience!

I've been using Monoprice products for 6 years now. I have a small-scale DJ business and I am the sound technician for a band, and they have many relevant products we couldn't have gotten this far without.
Their pricing is usually excellent, and their return policies (such as the lifetime warranty on cables) have proven quite valuable (when you purchase as many XLR cables as we have, you're bound to get a dud once in a while). Only unfortunate aspect is that you're on the hook for return shipping, although they usually don't require returns for cheaper items.
Since they're based in California and I'm on the east coast, I'm not thrilled with their shipping--it's usually just a little pricey, and not always speedy, but it gets here.
They also have a selection of remanufactured ink that works really well--their selection is not for the most up-to-date printer models, but if you obtain a printer they have ink for, it is RIDICULOUSLY cheap, around $3 or less per cartridge.
They also have a selection of great but cheap headphones.
Overall, I've had many great experiences with them. A few defects here and there, but nothing they didn't rectify quickly or was unreasonable in the circumstances (e.g., wear and tear from DJ and band gigs).
Tip for consumers:
Be patient for shipping and everything should work out fine.

In my opinion, the best price and quality re: Monoprice's AA, 9V, and AAA ALKALINE batteries. Again, in my opinion and based on using Monoprice's batteries, I can attest that Monoprice's ALKALINE batteries are QUALITY batteries at their current price point. I am amazed at how reasonably priced Monoprice's 9V and even AAA ALKALINE batteries are, not to mention AA ALKALINE batteries. I get my AA, 9V, and AAA ALKALINE batteries from Monoprice.

Ordering was easy, even got a credit when the 3D printer I bought went on sale the next week, have to say I was impressed at that point.
And then we set up the printer only to realize that the many many 1kg spools of filament that I bought to go with the 3D printer that I purchased through monoproce aren't compatible with this specific printer, only the more expensive ones.
So they sell filament in a big reel that won't fit on certain printers but NO WHERE does it say so. Customer service wasn't helpful, he was nice and polite however, although I was told this is a common complaint and there was nothing he could do. I was told that I could print a part, hello? How about selling something that works with the other items that you sell... Or at least state if not. And the manager I spoke to, wow, now that's someone that needs some management classes. Rude, didn't care, just said, nothing we can do. And that this was a new issue he had never heard about. I will think twice from ordering from them again. Disappointing.
I ordered some items on cyber monday as they had some pretty good deals. After checkout, I received order status and shipping information. The package was allegedly shipped via lasership at 10:30pm at night. LONG STORY SHORT, I NEVER RECEIVED MY ITEMS... I contacted lasership to notify them of the discrepency and they are making me wait 3 business days just to hear back from lasership and of course they are going to say they delivered the item. I never received a knock on my door or ring of my doorbell. Also, I order alot of items online and have never ever had a package delivered at 10:30 at night... I am in utterly disgust with their handling of the situation, I believe they should ship my purchased items to me overnight immediately. If you want to buy from a reputable source, consider amazon, ebay, target or best buy... Retailers who will take liability for your purchased items. I basically got robbed by an online scammer. These people are jokes and if you value your money you will not buy from them. Absolutely ridiculous... Stay away.!
