I placed a replacement order back in August of 2023 for a BT-205 headset. They sent me the replacement order. However, right off the bat, I had problems with the product. I would charge the headset, then 3 hours later after use. It would tell me I needed to charge it again. This continued for a months. Now, it's December of 2023 and the problem has continued and gotten worst. It's now telling me after 1.5 hours that the headset needs to be charged. I said ok, let me call Monoprice to see if they will send me a replacement since I'm having such issue. I called and the customer agent tells me that the replacement only covers from the original date of purchase. It does not cover from when you got the replacement. Say what now? I've never heard anything so ludicrous in my life. Then she offers me 10% towards another headset but does not give me the coupon code nor did she email it to me. Go figure!

Purchased a desk from them - that was a mistake! The package shipped 2 days late. 8 days later their website still shows status as payment received/In progress. Package never received. Instead, I ended up calling FedEx for 2 days trying to find my package. Spoke to the Monoprice rep and asked if they can find out what's going on with my package - no callback. Don't waste your time and money just buy it from a more reputable place. I requested a full refund. Don't waste your time buying anything from these guys - not professional at all!
As we all understand that the pandemic has impacted various businesses, Monoprice appears to fail to have adapted. I have trusted this company, their customer service, and a decent expectation of their products since 2005 (As a business customer). With a recent work project I have had multiple large orders.
My first order had a small shipping claim, That was August 6th. No big deal, I have yet to receive the replacement parts the claimed to be sending.
Remaining orders continue to have unexpected warehouse delays, even when paying for expedited shipping, customer service wont offer any assistance, or accommodation for late orders beyond "I am happy to issue an RMA and you can re-order and pay more for overnight shipping". It is a darn shame the are unable to adapt, please update your customers upfront at POS that there may be delays. ITS OK, we can plan for it. But when you offer shipping delivery dates, I expect to receive by those dates.
I must say I was a bit dubious when I ordered a 3D printer from them (cause price was fantastic) but alas, the products was delivery promptly and with per-loaded files ready for my 9 year-old to print away. Where Monoprice really shined however was their Customer Service. Responsive and went above and beyond to remedy a small issue. Cant say enough about what this meant to me & my Son. Paul and his team were awesome and that's why I am writing a review (something I never do!). Kudos to Monoprice for delivering on all fronts: Price, Quality. Customer Support.

I have ordered only a couple things from Monoprice, but in my experience, they are the best online company. Their products ship quickly and work well. If something is a defect, they imiediatly offer to replace. On that note, their customer service is just as good or better than their products. Kind yet knowledgeable people waiting to assist. They get straight to the point of the problem very swiftly. Products are never overpriced. Very good return/refund policy. Overall, this is an amazing company. I definitely would recommend Monoprice to a friend any day.

Electronics is considered to be something that move the world forward nowadays. There are some people who can't get along with electronics just because thwere born in the previous century when there were no technologies at all. I decided to gift my grandpa a new smartphone. He has already acquired one but it was abou ten years ago. So, it's old enough. I ordered ti here because I was attracted by the prices. They are really cool and they are considered to be the lowest I have ever faced. I will definitely apply here once when I will require a new smartphone, because prices are awesome.

I used the online request help function on the monoprice website about a dozen times, from several different email addresses without so much as a confirmation email. It wasn't until I had to hunt down their tech support email address that I got into contact with someone. After that they were quick, streamlined, and very helpful. Despite the annoyances, still a good company that I will continue to use.

I've been buying from monoprice instead of big box electronic stores over the past few years due mainly to the ability to talk to someone who can give me a good answer and alternatives. I can alwasy speak with someone who not only points me in the right direction, but educates me during the process. On two occasions I've had a product be faulty or missing from an order. Both times they've made it right with speed.

Great company that stands by their products. I had an adapter fail and couldn't find my order number. Jovi spent a great deal of time trying to resolve my problem and did. Extremely patient customer service and resolved my problem in a timely manner. Returns were easy too. Can't say enough good stuff about Monoprice and recommend them to everyone that needs electronics.

I bought some lighting and other items from these guys, including 100 ft of CAT5 for just $5. Most things that I've purchased have been probably under 20 bucks and they've all been good, so at least for inexpensive items you can't beat these guys. Sadly, people have a tendency to do reviews when they get mad about something and they've had a bad experience, so there are a lot of negative reviews here but they sell millions of products a year so keep that in mind

Great prices and selection, good quality cables. But if ever you have a problem and need tech support or to get warranty service, forget it. Actually I don't know if their customer support is good or bad, I've not been able to contact them to find out.
I made the mistake of ordering a "refurb" product. These guys it seem just send you something that was returned be a previous customer, It is clear they did not even powered it up, I think before I return this I'll write "This is broken" on it just to warn the next customer.
Service is horrible but then hopefully you don't need it.
Like others say, generally good quality and prices. The problem is that no actual humans work there. You may have to have your bank charge back your credit card if there is a problem.
They will not rescind an order even 15 min. After it is entered on a weekend (or any other time) You pay the shipping both ways on a returns and they do not make that clear when requesting a return ID label. Merchandise is no better, price is no better, and customer service is a concept utterly lost on them.
I ordered a Maker Select 3D printer from Amazon and everything shipped no problem. When my control board broke, Monoprice tech support always responded within 24 hrs on business days to help me troubleshoot the problem. They even got me a replacement board after verifying that I did have a busted board.
I've had these now only 4 days. So far, I am very happy with them. They come with 3 sizes of silicone tips. The large does a good job of sealing out extremal noise. Though they haven't had very much use yet, I find the battery life is amazing. I personally like the flatter sound profile without enhanced bass. I was on the pixel buds wait list. Cancelling - sticking with these! On a long phone call, the buds were flawless. Both sides were clear and without background noise.

I purchased a 4 channel speaker selector from Monoprice.Com, a couple of weeks ago, and it came in promptly as promised. But when I used it to connect 3 different sets of speakers to my stereo system - first in a group, then individually - the sound was always distorted. When I went to disconnect the speakers some of the spring connectors fell apart. I tried to contact Monoprice about a return with repeated emails because their customer service phone has been turned off, I received no response. I continue to wait for an email response, since their website says an RMD is required, but am almost to the point of just packing it up and sending it to the return address on the package. Then I guess I will deny the charge on my credit card, but not sure how that will come out. I would welcome contact with a company representative, my email is *******@aol.com Photo loaded upside down, the broken spring clips appear below device, but I laid them on top.

Purchased a $700.00 projector mount that arrived damaged. Customer service first appeared to be ready to assist. Three weeks later, 6 hours on hold, attempts to chat live during their advertised hours for support, we are still waiting for resolution, AND $1000. 00 credited back to our credit card for a second unit we had to prepay, and returned the same day as it also arrived damaged.
I initially had a problem with my order around Christmas and was not happy about it. There were some emails back and forth with customer support. Monoprice (Paul) went above and beyond in my opinion to rectify and correct it. It was greatly appreciated and I will not hesitate to order from them again. Quality products at reasonable prices. Have recommended Monoprice in the past and will continue to do so. Thank you Monoprice and Paul.

I purchased my model price lightbox through Walmart.com. It unfortunately didn't even last a year. I did contact Mono price twice and the issue was resolved within two weeks. With proof of purchase and no questions asked they sent me a prepaid return label and shipped the replacement out that was received a week later. I used their chat via Monoprice.com the first time to see what I needed. It was difficult to find a live chat option and the chat window was a nightmare and took several tries to connect with high speed internet. Joseph was great once connected. I enjoy their products and hope the first one was just a defect but so far with their customer service I am very pleased.
Monoprice is the only place that I purchase my home theater cords. They have a massive selection and the prices are unbelievable! The shipping is fast and my items have always been received damage free. Why go anywhere else, when you can get the same thing at monoprice at a better deal!

I have dealt with Monoprice for 4 years. I began by appreciating their prices, but as time has passed I have also come to realize that they are extremely customer focussed and resolve problems (what few I've had) quickly and appropriately. I have used them for cables (many! I have had to use the lifetime warranty a couple of times, and both times it has been painess. Recently, an iPhone charger acted up, and they replaced it quickly and again without question.
To me, the low price is an attraction. The service binds me to them. Happily.
Tip for consumers:
Get the daily email. You will be astounded at what you need when you see it.

Cables, chargers, wall mounts for monitors and televisions, installation tools, wire (speaker and CAT6A) and tons of other stuff. I am always astounded when the have a sale that the prices can be any lower than they started, but they deliver regularly.
Ordered Subwoofer on Dec 22. Item was Allegedly in stock. After 4 days of chatting w Customer Service and 2 emails sent…Jan 5….still no shipment although item is Allegedly in stock. Have requested refund.

I purchased some merchandise last evening in error. They were closed by the time the order went through, so I could not cancel. I contact customer support the moment I get up in the morning asking them to cancel the order. This is less than 7 hours later and they refused to cancel my order. I asked for my ticket to be escalated to a manager but 8 hours later they ship the merchandise. You're telling me that nobody could be bothered to call someone in their warehouse to cancel an order over 8 hours?
This is why I have trust issues with companies I've never used.

I bought a Christmas item on the website for a family member. Four business days and a Saturday later I received an email saying that it is out of stock. I figured it was a email saying my refund was processed. Instead the money they took quickly for product they don't have will be refunded in 5 to 7 business days. Shady business practices, never again will they get any of my business.

I purchased an electric tea kettle, was waiting two weeks for delivery. After three weeks of use the cattle stopped working. I called customer service and have been told what the exchange/returns policy only two weeks, and I have contact the manufacturer ( which is located in China). In the end i stoked with the broken cattle. Stay away from this company!
