Monro Muffler

I've been going to Monro Muffler for years. I went to Sheridan when Chuck was the Manager there. Now, I am going to the Boulevard location, as Chuck is now the Manager at that location, since the Sheridan location closed. He is very honest and willing to help his customers. Today, I went in for a check on my vehicle, as I drove over a Median during the storm and heard my car scratch underneath. I wanted to be sure there was no extensive damages, as I have been driving for several days since incident. I was very fortunate to hear Chuck state nothing was damaged. My car was worked on my Ryan, Technician (Who is excellent by the way!) He has worked on my car before. The underneath valance shifted and they reattached it back into place. I LOVE these guys Good and Honest! I'd give 10 Stars if I could. Thank you guys so much! Very Much Appreciated! My family, friends, and I will definitely continue to go to Monroe on Niagara Falls Blvd.

Received a coupon for $19.99 but I was charged $33 after taxes and all fees. Prior to that I only paid $21 or $23 after taxes and all fees. $10 bucks up now. I suggest you to call before and ask for the total after all of the fees.
