I had purchased a new scooter to get around but needed batteries and charger so I went online and found Monster Scooter Parts Corp. I spoke with David and before I knew it he had everything I needed and the price was good. If and when you need your scooter fixed this company has what you need.

I purchased a wheel assembly for an electric bike that has only 1 style of connector. They sent me a different style. They took 25% of the purchase price! This website is such a scam. Steer clear of it!

I spoke with customer service and they are not sympathetic to their discrepancy. They would only say they've sold it for over 1 year on their website with no complaints. Offering it and actually selling it are 2 very different things.

Ordered two different sets of motor brushes from monster scooter parts both were advertised as working with my model of mobility scooter
First set arrived didn't fit at all
Called customer service to complain and customer service was extremely rude when I told her the issue her response was (O you're surprised that the motor brush didn't fit your 26yo mobility scooter) that they advertised would fit this model
Second time I ordered motor brushes they were also wrong and didn't match the item number on the website I called and was told they use a generic item nember for multiple products and it will work fine
I put them in 3 days later my scooter is smoking going down the sidewalk and dies
When i examined the motor the brushes they said would work melted though my motor brush cap and killed the motor
DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS
I purchased a switch, my pack slip had a different part number than I purchased but it looked correct. Installed it and it was completely wrong. Told their "customer service" of the problem and they took zero responsibility- and they wanted me to send pictures to prove my issue. I ended up paying for three wrong switches and freight - they suck at taking care of issues. I will never use them again and recommend no one else does either. Junk company!

Shipped wrong part would not give me a return label to send back. So I had to spend more money to ship back because of there mistake. Very dissatisfied with this company will never order from there again. We have 3 Coleman mini bikes. So there loss.
The bolt that holds the clutch of the torque converter sheared off into the camshaft making the whole clutch explode parts in every direction... they've never heard of that and neither have I but you know who got stuck with buying new parts from GO power sports... me 9f course bc they didn't loose any money. Jay and Liz was only hired to give excuses and not keep customers around.

I bought a scooter cover from Monster Scooter and used it three times. I will attach pictures to show you what happened next. This cover was delivered to me the end of October so for nearly 100 dollars I got the use of it Nov. Dec and January in which time I used it on 3 occasions. Monster will do nothing about it. Said it carries a 30 day warranty. If your products don't last more than 30 days you shouldn't be selling them.
Send a poor quality sea cover… It didn't fit the chair… It was so bad that I chose to leave the ripped cover on instead of the cover that they sent.
Customer service was terrible!
Charged me $35 to return a $65 item
Lesson learned!
Only order from Amazon!

Ordered a new engine from them, once installed it ran for about 5 minutes then the electric starter burned up and the engine barely runs. Called for tech support and was told it's not there problem and that i have deal with it. Very disrespectful over the phone, would not recommend purchasing anything from these clowns EVER!
I placed an order for wheel chair locks for an 8" caster Drive chair. The set of wheels they sent did not fit on the chair and when I called customer service the girl I spoke with was very rude when I called to see why they wanted to charge me not only for return shipping but a re-stock fee for their screw up. The girl in their customer service was one of the nastiest customer service people I have ever had the misfortune of speaking to. Stay away from this company, far, far away or at least lower your expectations for customer service. I am sure the wheel locks would have been fine if they were the correct ones.

Searching the internet for a pair of arm rest replacement pads. Price/ per pair ranged from $9.99 and up. I shared the link with my boss and the office manager who approved the purchase of one pair for $11.99. Monster sent only one armrest. I then revisited the site only to find the image of the pair had been removed and replaced by a pic. Of one single pad. It's going to cost more than the purchase price to return this useless item. What a waste of time and money.

Thank god both my boss AND the office manager visited the site and confirm that the advertisement was originally for the pair otherwise I'd have major egg on my face. From now on I'm taking screen shots of everything to document. Ultimately no mark against me. Bosses understand its just bad business on the part or MONSTER.

I paid the extra charge for faster shipping, not knowing I was less than fifty miles away from them. Due to their ridiculous choices my package has been sitting in the FedEx distribution center in my town for three days and won't be delivered for two more days. Monster Scooters says that's totally fine with them and that I should shut up and take it. When they were informed that I maintain more than a dozen minibikes for the neighborhood kids and that I would no longer buy parts from them if this wasn't rectified, they acted as though that would be no loss for them. I live in Colorado, and in this particular case, I'd rather see the tax money go to another state. Run as far away from these Clowns.

I bought two items totalling 96.73 and never used because they wont work on my minibike. I called and they were so polite said oh just click easy return button and print label and we will refund you. Well I did that then noticed yeah they will after charging me a third of my purchase price. Look at picture you will see. So I called and spoke to a lady there and she got rude saying I guess you didn't read return policy. I said I read easy returns so i didnt bother too and I explained if I order the parts right now the shipping is under 20.00 so why on refund are you charging me over 20.00. She said that's the rules. I've order parts from this company in the past and had no issues but I just purchased a replacement battery pack for a kids electric vehicle and the description didn't match the product. I called the company and was told by a representative that it didnt matter what the written description stated on the website as I should have gone through the pictures to get a better understand of the product. Note the pictures don't change when selecting the options for the product so the picture don't even match what you are buying and the description never matches the option I purchased. The company refused to exchange for the correct item or refund what I had paid without additional fees to return – shipping and stocking fees. This is so frustration and dishonest.
Made a purchase on the 3rd of April and yet i haven't received the three items i paid for, i called twice to verify any new updates and received nothing but rude and sarcastic attitude from the second called made.
Since when it's a wrong thing to call for any new updates in regards to any purchase made by any consumer.
Special order or not, still is a good idea to call and verify any new updates on purchases made on any items.
If i don't receive the items i placed this month, then i will have no choice but to file a lawsuit against this company to get my full refund back.

I received an email which had an item I was interested in our every time I click the link the price on the website was higher. I contacted the company and they told me the item was no longer on sale however I had received another email that same day which listed the item again at that sale price. They refused to honor the sale price. They said that I receive the email in error and must've been the only person to get the email. It was only a five dollar difference however it's the principle. This seems like false advertising to me and dishonest
Buyer beware. I ordered a universal scooter trunk in August '20 even the website said it should fit most scooters. It did not fit my scooter so I returned it and spoke to a manager, Liz S., to purchase the correct trunk. I purchased the trunk she recommended for my specific scooter which also did not fit. When I returned the trunk, I placed the keys inside the trunk so they would not get lost in the box. They refused to reimburse me for the returned trunk because I placed the keys in the trunk despite no instructions about where to place the keys. Bottom line, the website descriptions were inaccurate and they will not honor their commitment to the customer.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! If it wasn't enough, making me waste more than an hour and a half of my day to resolve THEY MISTAKE, they want me to pay for return shipping and wait 3 weeks for a refund.

So I contacted Customer service wasted a lot of time and they admitted the controller won't work. So they told me they won't pay the return shipping but they will will wave the restocking fee. When placing my order from here, I noticed that it was taking a long period of time to receive the order. I called in to see about the order when the women on the other line got emotional, distraught in regards for me, asking for a supervisor, and which she cannot further assist me. The supervisor said she's backing up her representative and got emotional too. The customer service here are not about getting the job done or getting orders placed there about their feelings and their friendships for their coworker. All I cared about was getting my order that I placed shipped. I would recommend you not to do business with this company, for they are frauds and emotional people that can't get their job done correctly your customer service take care of the customer. It's that simple you're answering your phone. Call your not saving lies. Also, they canceled my order even though I didn't want my order canceled just because they were in our feelings and I asked for a supervisor. It is not wrong for a customer to ask for a supervisor. It just means that person is not getting the job taken care of which hurt their feelings.
