Montblanc

I purchased a Mont Blanc Meierstruck pen online and received it without issues. However, very quickly the pen was determined to have a crack in the cap. The online store advised me to take it to a local store, where I was given a one-week timeline and a price to fix it. (Apparently there is no warranty.)

The one week turned in to be two months, when they shipped my pen to another state and I couldn't even get it back if I wanted to. The meetings I had wanted to use the pen at came and went while the store shipped my pen around the country. At the end of almost two months, they called that my pen is ready and demanded full payment for taking 8X as long to fix a new pen that should have been covered.

They refused to apologize or even be contrite at all. Apparently they are just arrogant people who think selling expensive pens makes them immune to criticism.

They don't value their customers and doesn't honor their warranty. Product broke after a few months and charge so much for cheap silver.
