Ordered a ring in March 2021 for my daughters birthday in April and the stone fell out within two weeks of wearing it. The birthstone with diamonds within the first two weeks the birthstone fell off of the setting. Asked for a replacement and they said no I would have to pay 50% of the replacement price and the warranty is only one month very poor quality of jewelry don't buy it

First time customer and received my earrings I ordered within a few days. They were beautiful but the post on one was bent and the back does not go on properly. I emailed them fast response. They gave me 2 options and told me to respond back which I did. Since then 4 days several emails nothing. They refuse to respond back and I paid $80 for a damaged pair of earrings. Not a happy customer. Will not do business with them. I do not recommend them. All I want is another pair of earrings.

I bought some items for quite a sum as Christmas presents from them and the parcel could allegedly not be delivered (I gave them my work address for shipping because we're open 11h/d, so there was always someone there to accept the parcel). Anyways, instead of a second try to deliver it was instantly sent back and I tried to get in touch with the customer service. They said they can't stop the return and they offered they could send the items again for 50% of the original price or I can wait until the parcel gets back to them and I'll get a refund. Months passed and they always claimed the parcel has not returned yet and sometimes it would take months! After almost a year and after I told them I'd consult a lawyer, the parcel magically returned and I got a refund (but not the shipping costs...).
What kind if company would treat their customers like crap?! Do yourself a favor and do NOT buy from those unprincipled people!

I am very sorry about your experience. I saw that your package is safely returned to us and we've processed your refund on September 28,2019.
Unfortunately, there is not much we can do once the package is shipped, as the package is not in our hands anymore. However, it is very rare that our orders experience an international unintended return process. For some reason, the shipping company was not able to deliver your package. It can take months for international undelivered packages to return and be processed at our warehouse, but again this is something we cannot control.

My boyfriend purchased a ring for my for my birthday last year. The ring was very pretty but the prongs seemed weak and the ring was glued in. After about 5 or 6 months of everyday wear, the stone fell out and was lost. It took him over a month to receive the ring, so the "one month warranty" was far over with. I expected them to honor their quality, so I thought (a few months after I lost the stone) that I would try to contact them to see what they could do. They offered me 10% off. Lol. What a joke. I feel like for the price, the quality of their jewelry is a scam.

The products are even more beautiful than I imagined. You can tell they are exceptional quality and will last. During the COVID pandemic, I had a shipping issue (not Moon Magic's fault), but the customer service team addressed it promptly. They made sure my package was reshipped quickly and safely arrived at my door.

Had to pre-order so the wait was already over a month. After 2 months I emailed and they said my order was lost so they had to resend. I finally got the ring after 3 months of waiting and the ring bent on my wife's finger from her laying on her hand, after 2 week of use. We just let it slide and continued wearing and after 2 or 3 months of her wearing it the color of the "stone" completely rubbed off. It's just a piece of plastic or resin, it was supposed to be opal

I like many others on here placed an order in November with plenty of time for Christmas, so bitterly disappointed! My order wasn't even dispatched until I contacted them on 10th December... strangely enough it was marked dispatched on that same day! No sign of it whatsoever! Contacted customer service to be given excuse after excuse... its all rubbish... it was not sent! This company are scammers... they take your money & do not send the goods, I spent over £200 and have no presents to give my daughters, will never ever order from them again, in addition, I have received an advice note for customs charges on goods that I don't have! Take my advice & AVOID at all costs!

I ordered the Naia moonstone ring / twinkling band bundle for $85. I ordered the wrong size at first (my mistake), then exchanged it for my correct size and had to pay shipping to return. Unfortunately, the second ring I received looks rougher and less iridescent. The first ring I received (which I had to return) had a smoother glow and luster with more blue/purple/pink hues in the sunlight. The ring I have now does not shine as brightly and is missing the blue/purplish glow. I wish they would have replaced the ring for free and ensured I had a quality gemstone.
I have bought a set of rings and a bracelet from Moon Magic. The items are gorgeous. I hade some issues with the set of rings (first photo). When I contacted the customer service, they were really helpful and asked me to replace the set with another beautiful set (second photo). They resolved my issue and handled my inquiries with care. To date, their customer service is one of the best services I ever had. I am very very pleased with their services and highly recommend their company Moon magic and their products.

Do not order from this company. Bought a ring and it broke after 30 days and they told me they couldn't give me a refund because it was over the 30 day refund policy. Told me they would give me 50% of my next purchase. Horrible customer service in the middle of a pandemic. Don't fall for it!

The ring is beautiful, the reason behind 2 stars... the customer service is ridiculous. I received my ring with a lovely crack in the stone. So I emailed customer service immediately, no response. I have emailed them a second time and no response. Email is the only way to contact the company.

My boyfriend bought me a moonmagic ring for valentinesday (14 feb). I couldn't be happier. About 1 month later one stone fell out of the ring. We e-mailed the company because it broke really fast after wearing it. Their response was that we could buy the same one for half of the price. That meant that we would pay in total 150 euros for one ring. I thought, how about the warranty? Well, the warranty lasted for a month after buying it, and because my boyfriend received it a bit earlier than valentinesday we didn't have the warranty anymore. But, what the hell, one month warranty after purchase?!?! That's not how you treat customers after they paid you 100 euros for a product. I'm from the Netherlands, and if you deliver a product of bad quality here, the seller should find a solution, money back or a new product. They didn't even offer a refund. Ridiculous! I would NOT recommend this company to anyone, don't do it, it is a waste of your money.

I bought a ring set that came with two rings. Two stones fell out of the first ring within three months and a stone fell out of the second ring within a year and this was me only wearing them a few times. This was at $230 ring set. When I went to the company about it, they said since it was over 30 days there was really nothing they could do but they could give me a code to buy the same ring for 50% off. Why would I buy the same crappy ring again.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
