Moon Magic has exceeded my expectations in all ways! I ordered the Moon Shell Necklace in Silver, Flora Necklace in Gold then the Gloss Necklace in Rose gold (fell in love with these products as soon as I saw them). When I received my oder, I noticed that there was a slight defect, so I emailed customer service right away - I explained my problem and provided pictures. They were super quick to respond and their customer service was exceptional! I had the pleasure of talking to Marijana, who was very friendly and understanding. Within moments of our emails, she rectified my order. I received my package and I am MORE than happy with my products! It is refreshing to speak to a company that values their customers. :) P.s. I think it is super great that they plant 1 tree for each piece of jewelry sold (good to know my purchase made a difference) :)

7 days and 27 emails later and nothing is resolved and they have terrible communication with multiple typos. I've never been so frustrated with a customer service rep before. Offers me 50% off for a new ring in my price range of $100 and it can't be anything on sale. EVERYTHING IN MY PRICE RANGE WAS ON SALE! Then I brought this up to them and she told me I could use it on sale items THEN I send her a ring I liked THEN she tells me she messed up and you CAN'T

I placed an order for a necklace through Moon Magic which was marred by some hiccups, but was more than perfectly resolved by their excellent customer service team. I purchased the 'Moon Desire' necklace and was initially shipped the incorrect item, another necklace. After reaching out to customer service, they promptly addressed my concerns and provided instructions on how to return the item at no cost, after which they sent the correct item. When I received the subsequent shipment, the item was correct though slightly imperfect in some areas. After speaking with customer service again, they escalated the case for review, after which they decided to send out another replacement necklace immediately, at no additional charge. The replacement necklace I received was beautiful and in pristine condition exactly as pictured on the product page. Jovana and the customer service team was extremely helpful and communicative through every step of my order. I would highly recommend purchasing through this company.

I was super excited to get my ring from Moon Magic. Like other e-commerce website/company always does of sending an email that your order was delivered, moon magic never did that. I had to constantly check my tracking data only to find it was delivered but I never received it. Got in touch with the customer service and they asked to check with courier service ( DHL). As being the company I think it's their job to get a hold of the parcel. Both, Moon Magic and courier service kept pointing on each other leaving me with no answers. It's been almost 5 or more days of constant emails between both the companies and no track of my package. Moon magic never even asked for a refund or re-sending my order. Highly Disappointed.

Before responding to the review kindly check with your customer service. Yes, they did offer a reshipping but first asked me to get in touch with the courier service. Buyer beware! There's something not right about these rings. And the warranty is only ONE month for jewelry? That should say a lot about the quality of their products. They also don't do returns even though their website claims they offer "easy returns". You can't get your money back! They offer an exchange but only if you ship it back yourself within 7 days. It was around $10 from CA.
I don't believe all their rings are real rose gold. I wonder if a portion of them are fake and take just over 30 days to tarnish, that way you can't exchange them and are left wondering if it was something you did because other people had good experiences. That would make sense for why only one ring from the pair tarnished and the other was fine even though they were stored together. I got mine after the lockdown started, so I didn't wear them or even look at them for almost 2 months. That was when I realized the moonstone ring had tarnished (see pics). It looked exactly like the F21 rings I had as a teenager, but even those lasted longer. Rose gold is supposed take years to get dark.
Their sizing is also off. Size 7 was too loose and size 6 was too small to even go down my finger. The moonstone ring I got in exchange also came in an unsealed, open bag, which I was disappointed about and wasn't surprised when I noticed the issue. The other ring came in a sealed bag. I think they might send you an older, returned or sample ring if you end up exchanging.
This is my first time purchasing from moon magic. I love moonstones but the price is a bit more than I'd typically expect so I was on the fence. All that being said, I did buy the piece and this is my review of it.
OVERALL: 3.5 / 5
The quality of the metal is wonderful. It's a bit daintier than I expected, but looks lovely on. What I'm rather disappointed with is the cut itself. This piece is not straight - the shaping of the stone has it so that the two points at the bottom of the piece do not line up. It looks off on and I can't express how disappointing this was for me.
The other thing I'm not a fan of (though understand this depends on each stone) is the lack of blue / color to the moonstone. There's one angle that shows some blue, but it's on an angle you'd rarely look at the piece for. Again, I understand this is relation to each stone so don't mind but want to share that don't expect your piece to look as dazzling as the piece on the website.
Overall, I wish there was more quality control before sending out work like this. I understand moon magic does sell pieces that are rough stones but this jewelry item should not have improper shaping like this.

Answer: Yes, the main stone in my ring fell out after four months and the company is refusing to refund me. It's only four months old. They say it's only got a one month warranty! A month?! They only have a month warranty because they expect them to break and don't want to give you your money back. Disgusting.
