I hired them to do a move out clean on a house that was in a nearly pristine condition. The only real cleaning that had to be done was floors. I had a photographer coming in the next day and didn't have time to do it myself. Stated in my online request that I only wanted three hours of cleaning and no more. I knew they will attempt to extort more but I was not looking for super deep cleaning and knew that 3 hours would be plenty for what I needed since it's a small home. But also expected that they will attempt to extort more. But I never expected that they would leave the house with dirty floors. I think the manager should have known better than that and instead of letting them spend all their time on cleaning the freezer they could have made sure that they don't leave the house with dirty floors. But according to the manager I had to state in the online form that clean floor is something I care about when I pay $250 for a move out cleaning. So after paying that much money had to drive there in the evening and wash the floors myself. Very disappointed and surely not handled by the brightest people who care less about the return business.
