I'm very impressed how Morrison's deal with national crisis. Absolutely lovely staff and trying their best to help everyone and a specially older people to get through this crisis. Shelves stacked well considering the situation. Well done Morrison's
Worst and Only store at Elvetham Heath Store at Elvetham Heath has a captive market of local shoppers. Greeted by missing grate in car park, banging your suspension and a foul smell at the front of store, you enter to find poor quality vegetables, gaps where you expect coffee or your favourite item. You spend >£100 a week in the store and on the day of a local festival you leave your car in their 3/4 empty car park they fine you £60. The sooner this store closes and is replaced by an efficient, well managed, customer oriented store, the better

Very poor customer service.
I bought a product which was not as described. I wrote to Morrisons about it. All what I got is "hi there We will inform our supplier about the issue" No apology, no refund, nothing.

Is it 'right' that Morrisons still force us to have our shopping delivered in chargeable plastic bags with their drivers 'too busy' to wait for us to hand them back for a refund?
How wasteful and damaging to the climate is this?
Are we then blackmailed to spend another £40 for a shop just to return bags from the last shop for a refund, and the same again over and over again, or forced to right-off the £0.80p for chargeable plastic bags we didn't want in the first place?
Disgraceful outdated practice forced upon us all because Morrisons can't be bothered to update their picking, packing and delivery practices to be environmentally friendly.
I love this store the food is brilliant and great value much better than the others. I like the layout i. E. fresh food departments also there bread is just fantastic also the cakes which is a problem with us all as they are they are to nice watch your Waite go up!
Morrisons is ripping you off. Yesterday I shopped for a few items and recorded video evidence of ridiculous price hikes. 2 cheeses, 1 up 60%, 1 up 33%. Coffee pods 200% more expensive than Lidl. 4 pack of Crunchies, price rise of 50%, couldn't sell them so reduce by 25p making it look like a price reduction, when in real terms it's a price hike still of 25%. Absolutely abhorrent business, ripping its customers off left right and centre. I'll keep on with this on the very odd occasions I go into their establishments.
I think they operate one of the best on line ordering services available. You know what you are going to get and drivers are timely and curteous. You dont get all the rubbish substitutions that you get from Tesco, Asda and Sainsburys.
Overall excellent
My local branch is clean, friendly and the staff are great. Many year ago I had knee surgery and a member of staff pushed my trolly and loaded my car when a friend couldn't accompany me, my loyalty as a customer is assured for life after such help.
They screwed up my order last time but I thought I would give then another chance, Hope springs eternal, Another screw up with one item missing and with another two items substituted (without authority or notification) with cheaper and poorer products for which I was charged the price of the products ordered. Consumer service informed me that I had not been charged for the missing and substitutes. This was a lie. I was charged the original order price Generally casual and careless work attitude, PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST COMPANY
Substitute item in delivery rejected and no refund given, SIX emailed complaints ignored now for over ten days, Atrocious customer service,no telephone response
Eventually ten days later after I emailed the offfice of the C.E.O, I was refunded and compensated but I should not have had to jump through those hoops. Internet tradiing depends on trust that complaints will be speedily addressed
I had a shop delivered two weeks ago. I returned some "fresh"items as they were use by the next day(delivery wasn't till 8pm) and I couldn't eat three bags of salad in one day! The driver said no problem. After 3 days I had no notification so I contacted them on FB messenger. After no response in 4 more days on there, I took up issue with resolver. 7 days on still no refund or response from anyone. Looks like I should have kept the items and binned them!

At morrisons last week I found a pack of six bean priced at £10. When I asked the staff he said that is now the normal price for beans I going to avoid shopping there
Apalling.
Helped my elderly mother do an online shop with Morrisons back on June 18th as a first time customer.
Her order turned up half an hour late, in a rented transit van. Not refrigerated in any way whatsoever.
Ice cream completely melted and had she not checked and refrozen this would have been a serious food safety issue.
Limp, dishevelled cauliflower which she would not use
Carrots sweating in the bag
Defrosted breaded fish in a wet box - She had no choice but to cook these and microwave them the next day.
Her reaction is that she wouldn't use any home delivery service again. However having used Ocado, Tesco, Sainsbury and Asda online I have tried to reassure her that this is not normal service.
First I complained online, which said expect a response within 5-7 days (!) which she waited patiently for and received nothing.
I've tried twice trying to get through on the phone but both times have had to give up waiting.
I've followed up the initial complaint with another, and received no reply.
I've sent a direct message via Twitter, and the same via Facebook a few days ago.
No reply.
I sent an email to their Managing Director, David Potts, over a week ago.
No response.
Absolutely shocking. Will be getting in touch with trading standards from here.
Tip for consumers:
Know that if you order online from Morrisons they will deliver what they like and you won't get a refund !!

Food
I order groceries for delivery from Morrisons probably every six weeks or so. The problem is getting a delivery slot. They really need to hire more drivers and personnel for deliveries. During this time with lockdowns and restrictions, Morrisons needs to step up and do their part. Every other local company has done so. Morrisons just doesn't seem to care about customers. One of the stupidest things I have found on the website is when there are no delivery slots left. They ask you to try a different address. Whose address? I want MY groceries delivered to ME! Not some stranger!
Food quality is good but the selection is terrible for the most part. They are constantly having shortages, their substitutions make absolutely no sense most of the time, and the substitutions are always more expensive than the item you ordered. Worst of all, substitutions are required. You can't turn them off like other places. If you ordered crisps, would you expect them to be substituted with crackers?
Customer service is pretty much non existent as well. A minimum of 45 minutes on hold... IF you can even get through. Emails take at least a week, if they answer at all.
I used to stop at Morrisons in morning for a bacon BAP. I stopped for two reasons... first, they went from three slices of bacon down to one. Second, they were never ready when they opened in the morning. I walked back to the counter one morning and asked if any were ready. The rude gob $#*!e behind the counter snapped at me and said "when you see them in the warmer, then they are ready." That was the last time I ever stopped there in the morning. I made a complaint, but they basically ignored me.
In short, if you want good service and a good choice of products... then shop elsewhere. If you like rude employees, poor customer service, and a poorly stocked store, then this is the place for you.
I think that the manger for hatch end is rude and nasty her staff and company
