Is it 'right' that Morrisons still force us to have our shopping delivered in chargeable plastic bags with their drivers 'too busy' to wait for us to hand them back for a refund?
How wasteful and damaging to the climate is this?
Are we then blackmailed to spend another £40 for a shop just to return bags from the last shop for a refund, and the same again over and over again, or forced to right-off the £0.80p for chargeable plastic bags we didn't want in the first place?
Disgraceful outdated practice forced upon us all because Morrisons can't be bothered to update their picking, packing and delivery practices to be environmentally friendly.

Morrisons in Plymouth, where shall I begin? Having spent a week in Plymouth, I was able to visit the Outland road store several times. First, the shelves are rarely stocked. All hours of the day I found the shelves to be empty, especially in the evening. The hot foods counter closes at 3pm. I don't understand this. People are coming from work AFTER 5pm and cannot purchase a hot food item. Not that they would want to... I found just about every item to be dry and overcooked... or perhaps had been sitting in the warmer all day? Sometimes the chicken is so overcooked they package it so you can't see the actual chicken inside. (see photo)
Generally prices are between 5 and 15% higher than Tesco or Asda, AND the product is smaller. Example: they sell Fishmongers seafood mix 250g at 2 for £8 Another store sells the exact same brand at £2.99 for 350g. I did, however, see some good prices for fresh beef on offer.
They really take you on bags. You'll pay 60p for their "lifetime" plastic bag that might last for two or three visits. The quality doesn't even come close to other stores.
Have a complaint? Don't bother calling. I was in queue for 49 minutes and was disconnected. It sounded like the representative picked up the phone then put it down.

Tip for consumers:
Skip Morrisons unless you are desperate. Overpriced, no customer service, and never well stocked.

Products used:
None... The roast chicken as far too overcooked and prices were too high.
