I've been buying BioFreeze by the gallon from Vitanet.com since 2008 without a problem. In October 2011, I placed an order without noticing the shift to MotherEarth.com while ordering. After multiple queries over last few weeks to ask whether they were shipping or refunding my credit card before ordering from another company, I received the announcement that my account (needed to check order status and complain some more) didn't exist. I Googled up both Mother Earth and VitaNet and found many disgruntled customers. So…here's my post. I'll contact my credit card company to see if they can do anything to fix this mess.
