I had an issue with my account (my mistake) and I emailed support and got a response from Jakob almost immediately. He fixed the issue and I was on my way. I wish all companies worked like this! MotionVFX has always been the best place to shop for plugins and FX that are updated and optimized for the latest designs and the latest OS (in my case Apple silicon) but I didn't know until now how awesome their support is. Nice to work with an actual human - not some AI bot - who can take care of an issue instantly and get me back to work. Great company, great products, great support!

The have fantastic products, especially mpuppet. However, more importantly their customer support is amazing! They really do go out of their way to help and solve the issue, to them you are not a number you are a person. I'm an experienced editor but I'm used to creating graphics from scratch for every project. That's incredibly tiring after a few years, so when I heard about this MotionVFX that creates great presets that are not only stylish but super (emphasis on the SUPER) customizable, it looked too good to be true, but I had to try it.

My experience purchasing from their website and their app has been mosly seamless. I'm not a big fan of limited hardware licenses (I know it's an industry wide thing, they just irk me) but that's about the only complaint I have. The easy to use controls, wide variety in templates, designs, animations and wide range of tools that tunes the templates to your exact taste make up for that. It also helps that it's as taxing on your computer hardware compared to MOGRTs in Premiere Pro.

I think they're a great purchaseif for anyone who wants to speed up their video editing workflow with drag and drop motion templates that allow for really precise customization and controls

The Products are great and works fine. A few days ago i get the new macbook pro with m3 Processor. In the first moment one plugin was not compatible. But they fixed it in less than 24 hours and give me some personal support. Great!

In an era where everybody seems to be complaining about what companies aren't doing I would like to give a shout out to this firm. I have worked with them for several years now and their products are top notch, and their customer service is even better. It's nice to not only get one's money's worth but also actually more than he/she/they bargained for. Keep up the good work!

Never had any big probs with their stuff (the only bugs that I noticed were caused by known macOS problems). Great support too (never encountered any other company whose CS would send custom-made video tutorial for a custom modification that I wanted to try).

You get what you pay for, and even more considering how good and attentive their customer support is! From barely catching a sale promo to help with troubleshooting some plugins they have been more than awesome. I highly highly recommend them!

I've been a use of their products for many many years, and left several hundred dollars with them. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The products of great quality, and where improvements are necessary, they always react quickly. Their support is top notch, so from a customer perspective, it couldn't be much better.

MotionVFX is hands down the best at what they do! I own over 130 of their products and have loved their support, tutorials, and excellent organization within the projects themselves. They're worth every cent!

Jason went far out of his way to make the effects/titles work he showed me ways to optimize them for the best possible results. Really a gifted and patient teacher. I appreciate everything my friend and I will be using some of those ideas in my future edits!

Ive been buying from motion VFX for years but it never fails when I jump on the new software train, I have so many bugs and glitches. To this day I haven't been able to successfully use the new m tracker engine without having so many glitches and bugs. So disappointed and tech support doesnt help. I mean they ask me to send over the project but I just don't have time to send projects over and wait around. I always end up using something else. I get so upset when I try and try and try following their tips and tricks and failure.

One issue setting the key points around the object and once you enter track data, they all jump out of the zone.

It feels that the film industry has become saturated with cheap software and products.

MotionVFX is the real article. Their team is incredibly responsive, educational via youtube tutorials, and recently have their tutors give free live presentations to see their love of the craft in real time.

They have something many companies fail at... heart.

Love the mCensor plugin. I went with the $19 upgrade - such a worthwhile investment. Tracking is way better and so much faster. I definitely recommend it. Also, thanks to Jason for helping me with the issues I was having. He is in a different time zone, but did reply promptly the next day and was very detailed in his response. Great guy and very good support.

I was in the process of searching my scalp for hair follicles to pull out when I was blessed to connect with Jason. I yet have hair follicles! Jason was beyond knowledgeable regarding my needed assistance. Above and beyond! Even made suggestions that will help me in the near future. Invested in most of their stuff. Not cheap, but crazy good investment and a timesaver for sure. Wish I had found this brand earlier, wouldn't have purchased from others unless there's something I am looking fort and they don't have. Super user friendly, high quality and doesn't take much space on the hard drive.

First - I wrote a review several weeks ago and stand by it - Motionvfx is a really nice product with really good response from the team. They have helped me greatly. Here comes the "BUT" - in regards to Stock Elements I would advise the newbies to stay away from. I purchased "Fog" and nothing but headaches. It is a large element, I understand, but the demo is deceiving. All of the elements to choose from do not appear in a window and there is no good tutorial for it. It is not like all of the other downloads I have gotten from them. It was an expensive mistake but not one to turn me away from Motionvfx. I am having a blast with all of their products and will continue to. The 2 stars is for the Stock Elements but still give 5 stars for the team and many of their other products.
