MotionVFX is a fantastic resource for Video professionals. Their plug in ecosystem is one of the major reasons I've switched to Final Cut Pro - and I'm so glade I did. MotionVFX's products are simply in a league of their own when it comes to design and quality. Most of their plug ins have an unparalleled level of customizability (is that a word?).
And their service is impeccable. Any issues, software related, or other unexpected problems have always been addressed by their team within minutes. I can't recommend them highly enough.
With such a glowing review it's important to point out that I'm not affiliated with them or work for them directly. I'm just a full blown fan of their offering and the quality they bring to their products.

I use lots of Motion VFX products with FC to help make me look a far better editor than I really am and to wow my clients. Generally everything works well although backward compatibility can be a bit of a PIA. That's the issue I had yesterday afternoon with 2 new Templates that installed ok but didn't work properly. I left a message in chat and this morning heard back from Jakub. A well explained easy to use solution that fixed it all in a jiffy. Very pleased with the support. He is a dude and I can get back to doing what I do best. Looking like a genius editor!

The best company not only for amazing Final Cut Pro plug-ins but the support is next level. The support I got with an effect for a video from the team at MotionVFX was way above what they needed to give. The plug-ins are so good that I incorporate them in every video. Well worth purchasing anything from them.

I'd just like to say when someone contacts support, they can only dream of getting someone as supportive and helpful as Jason was! Above and beyond service is what he gave me! Not only did he help me with my issue, he further helped me in making my Final Cut a better flowing workspace and taught me a lot to enhance my editing experience! He didn't have to do any of that but really went above and beyond and I am very appreciative, I really am. 20/10 service!

I'm super satisfied of the plugin and the service, the plugin are simply amazing and very intuitive all in one place. No installation need like other plugin. Keep it like this looking forward to new amazing plugin. Would be nice to have a plugin to edit 360 footage in FCPX has there is nothing like it.

I bought the Comic Book Template for Motion 5 and FCPX to use in my music video.
I found one drop zone that was out of sequence.

When I told tech support, they not only fixed that but gave the whole Project some new features.

I wondered how many days/months/years I needed to reach top-tier youtubers/filmmakers in editing. This brilliant site and its plugins makes everything look so professional and so easy, while you focus on making the footage needed! I'm so happy I stumbled upon this amazing website at the time I was making my short documentary! And it works perfectly with Arabic. I had a compatibility issue with an install, and reached out via email to get support. Of course, I expected a generic, cookie-cutter chain email response, but was pleasantly surprised to get a FaceTime call an hour or two later from Jason McNamara, who went above and beyond in helping me sort out my problem. Service like this goes a long way with me, and so long as MotionVFX is utilizing wonderful people like Jason, they've made a customer for life out of me. Honestly the best customer service I've experienced. I had a issue with compatibility that was sorted through. But in addition to that, I got a bunch of very helpful tips on how to make the most of my editing and the plugins. Seriously top notch.

The products themselves have done nothing short of transform the way my company is doing business, giving us a whole new (third!) dimension in our videos. But maybe just important is the customer support I've received, notably from Jason. Not only did he get my issues resolved (and, as it turns out, the issues weren't with the software, but with how my machine was running), he did so at 2:30a EDT. They advertise upgrade prices and the refuse to honor them even though they are still listed on their sites. To top it of Minstaller is crippled with bugs and keeps wanting to update but when you click update it just restarts and asks you to "update" over and over again. Most of their plug-ins crash, mglitch cost me thousands of dollars after crashing on multiple
Projects including corrupting completely a fcpx file and I had to redo hours of work… stay away from this company they are shady in business practices and also provide products that are not stable.
