Their products are top notch and give lots of options for customizability, but the best thing about them is the support. It's quick, detailed and solves the problem. That's the reason I'll happily buy any MotionVFX product.

Coming to rely on so many of MotionVFX plug-ins for work (and more casual edits!). Not the cheapest, but the quality is always worth it.

MotionVFX is hands down the best at what they do! I own over 130 of their products and have loved their support, tutorials, and excellent organization within the projects themselves. They're worth every cent!

I had trouble with 3 downloaded purchases made in which I emailed customer support. The outcome was handled very quickly but most importantly very informative of what might of happened along with directions. I give them a 5 star rating on customer service and recommend MotionVFX for any content creator or video editor.

I've purchased a bunch of their plugins for FinalCut Pro and they're awesome. They are easy to use and are a big help in terms of both improved production value and speeding up my workflow. I've also found that MotionVFX is very quick in terms of both providing help with learning to use their tools and implementing bug fixes on the off chance that I discover something that isn't working as intended. All in all a great experience!

Plenty of campaigns, promotions and offers facilitate the work of those who are just starting out. MAXIMUM quality.

I thoroughly recommend MotionVFX, and their mO2 3D rendering package, it is truly a powerful, intuitive, and easy-to-use 3D rendering package. I am new to 3D and not the most experienced FCP user, but the user manual is comprehensive and user-friendly. I just had an issue that I just couldn't sort for myself, but their online support proved quick and efficient with knowledgable advice and solutions from Marcel.

I do not hesitate in recommending MotionVFX, and mO2.

I had some purchase queries with MotionVFX which were dealt with brilliantly by the team. I recommend them 110% for great product range and excellent customer service. I will definitely come back to purchase some goodies from them for my movie work.

Invested in most of their stuff. Not cheap, but crazy good investment and a timesaver for sure. Wish I had found this brand earlier, wouldn't have purchased from others unless there's something I am looking fort and they don't have. Super user friendly, high quality and doesn't take much space on the hard drive.

The support team is simply AMAZING! They answer fast, they analyse in deep the issue, interact with the customer, ask for some more details, search, dig, have a scientific approach... They are professional, period.

In addition to amazing products, these guys have the best customer support in the business. I am a novice in this space and Zbigniew from customer support was extremely helpful. I had trouble importing an OBJ into mO2 and he went way beyond the call of duty to ensure my file was prepared correctly. I sent him my file, he analyzed it, fixed it, sent it back and screen recorded his process so I knew exactly how he did it. What company does that? Amazing! Thank you MotionVFX... I will be a customer for life!

I sent an email with my request, and within minutes I got feedback. After a few more minutes, my issue was solved - absolutely great and competent support.

First - I wrote a review several weeks ago and stand by it - Motionvfx is a really nice product with really good response from the team. They have helped me greatly. Here comes the "BUT" - in regards to Stock Elements I would advise the newbies to stay away from. I purchased "Fog" and nothing but headaches. It is a large element, I understand, but the demo is deceiving. All of the elements to choose from do not appear in a window and there is no good tutorial for it. It is not like all of the other downloads I have gotten from them. It was an expensive mistake but not one to turn me away from Motionvfx. I am having a blast with all of their products and will continue to. The 2 stars is for the Stock Elements but still give 5 stars for the team and many of their other products.
