Had a problem with plugin installation that I just couldn't figure out after many troubleshooting attempts. It was just before the weekend and I figured no one from customer support would be available. Fortunately my need for the plugin wasn't urgent so I waited until Monday. Support staff contacted me and we were able to resolve the problem within minutes - something that took me an entire weekend trying to figure out. I appreciate the team at MotionVFX and love their products. I thank them for great and professional service.

MotionVFX delivers every time! Their plugins are simply the best in the market. There's just no hassle, no drama, ultra high-quality effects. They're extremely user-friendly, their support is VIP... honestly, it's the best investment you can make to elevate your video production game. In addition to amazing products, these guys have the best customer support in the business. I am a novice in this space and Zbigniew from customer support was extremely helpful. I had trouble importing an OBJ into mO2 and he went way beyond the call of duty to ensure my file was prepared correctly. I sent him my file, he analyzed it, fixed it, sent it back and screen recorded his process so I knew exactly how he did it. What company does that? Amazing! Thank you MotionVFX... I don't remember how I found Motion VFX, but from the moment I emailed them with a question about a product before downloading, I knew this company was great. Now that I have many of their plugins and templates, I can say that their products are phenomenal! They are easy to use and very intuitive. I have only run into a problem once (and I think it was my mistake, fyi), but their customer service team got back to me immediately with the solution I needed. And we all know what it's like to be pulling your hair out in front of the computer! So the fact that their customer service is so grand is a God-send! I am so happy I found this company.

I've purchased a bunch of their plugins for FinalCut Pro and they're awesome. They are easy to use and are a big help in terms of both improved production value and speeding up my workflow. I've also found that MotionVFX is very quick in terms of both providing help with learning to use their tools and implementing bug fixes on the off chance that I discover something that isn't working as intended. All in all a great experience!

Excellent customer service! One of the reasons why we will continue to buy plugins from this Motion VFX is because of our ability to get Technical Support from them! Buying a product is one thing but being able to get support for that product seals the deal. We would actually pay for a monthly subscription for if they offered tech support with screen share! Currently they don't offer that program but the support they do offer via email has been great.

I have bought a few of their DaVinci products and love them. I recently had an issue with one of the film titles and they were quick to respond and helped me to fix the issues asap. Great customer service and highly recommend their products!

Motion VFX plugins are outstanding. They're very simple to use and have saved me hundreds of hours of manually animating titles. They're modern and creative and add a huge amount of value to any project. Their after-sales and trouble-shooting customer service is amazing. I'm especially happy that they're not as US centric as many other software providers - they have a very capable European helpdesk (thank you Jakub!) that operates on our timezones so you don't have to wait overnight for a reply. Keep up the great work!

This was my first experience with this company and it wasn't good. First, the fcpx plugin didn't work as advertised. I had to reinstall and then finally add a patch download which sort of got it to work. The program didn't look anything like the example. Super quirky and doesn't come with any maps. That would've been good to know beforehand.

Since the software didn't even come close to my needs I politely requesting a refund, or at least a credit for another product, but they refuse to do either. I am currently disputing with my credit card company. Bad business decision on their part! Especially over $69.00.

I've been using MotionVFX plugins for FCPX for some time now. At first they seemed like you wouldn't get much for the money. Once I first used their products though I realised that even in the smaller bundles the quality and flexibility make up for the price. Great customer service also and quick to respond. Helped me with a performance issue by creating a video showing me how to edit the plugin within Motion so that it would work better for me on my lower spec setup.

Simply the best plugin platform for FCPX. Everything is perfectly imagined to be fully integrated in the app. MInstaller is the best tools to use with multiple devices, searching my tools and work on all my projects.

Excellent customer support is very important to businesses these days, and today it was the ultimate example of the highest levels of customer service I have experienced.
I was communicated with Jason for a couple of days due to some issue with a specific plug-in.
Jason replied quickly and professionally, and today, we also had an online meeting (Jason suggested) to provide further explanation to workaround an issue.
Jason was patient, kind, and super professional! He also reviewed with me some settings and provided me with excellent and valuable tips for using FCP.
People like Jason are the ones that make the difference.

My plugins didn't worked in the beginning but after some dedicated help from the MotionVFX Customer Support. They work now like a Beast, good job guys.

I am using motionvfx for more than a year and they never failed me once with their great quality plugins, templates that I use and rich quality support. Today, I had excellent experience with technical support from motionvfx. I look forward for their new products as they are always 5 stars and meet everyone needs from youtuber to filmmaker. I am fully satisfied and giving 5 star for their good and hard work that meets my needs on day to day to produce quality content.

I mostly work in post production and over the several years. I really do enjoy the plugins and digital assets that MotionVFX has. The customer service is there, so I'm comfortable when I make a purchase for their products. I recommend Motion VFX. When I have an issue I contact their support and I get help with an actual solution and not some round about answer. So I'm a happy customer.

I purchased a template for FCPX and for whatever reason, it would not load into the timeline, and when it did, either the lag was endless and I got the spinning wheel, or it'll just quickly load up, then quickly disappear. It was extremely frustrating to say the least. Anyways, I reached out to motioned customer service and I can't say how grateful I am for them taking the time to really help me resolve this issue. We went back and fourth over a span of like 6 or 7 days, trying to figure this out... and they did get me back up and running... they refused to give up on me... and that speaks volumes! I am so grateful to them for excellent care and customer service. It really means a lot.

I have been using MotionVFX for a couple of years now, primarily for corporate clients where quality and style are important. The plugins are perfect, they install, update and uninstall easily if you've got way too much going on.

They just work.

Secondly, the customer service is exactly what you'd need when you need it. I have no complaints only glowing reviews to offer... I'm in the middle of using m02 for the first time — it's awesome.
