I have worked within the customer service industry most of my life and I can definately tell good experience from bad.
Jason guided me through not only the product I was interested in but also provided me with a lot of various tips & tricks that had nothing to do with the product itself but several direct tips on what I could improve or/and be inspired using inside Final Cut Pro & Motion. This is exactly what I am talking about when I say good customer service experience because these small details matters. Because when I will purchase my very first product today then I will not only buy the product but also the experience and knowledge that came with it.

I usually only leave reviews when I am either extremely dissapointed or impressed and here I have fortunately been inspired for the right reasons, because I can definately only leave positive words. Talking with Jason was like talking to distant family member that you havent seen for couple of years - It was a genuine and personal service that most importantly did not make me feel like I am being pushed through some automated customer service and solutions where you feel you just need to get pushed through to either buy the product or to stop asking questions. Ironically I started in the end to feel bad of taking Jasons time, and keep in mind that I had not purchased a product yet! This is investment - I love it!

As well as creating and selling some of the best plugins and templates for Final Cut Pro, MotionVFX also has some of the best support I've ever encountered. Not only have they provided me with detailed responses to technical questions, recently they far exceeded expectations when responding to an issue not directly related to one of their products. In addition to providing information and advice, they engaged in meaningful and informative discussions, and provided a solution that was above and beyond ‘the call of duty'. Therefore, I can only describe their support as exemplary. In addition, when I initially began working with Final Cut Pro, the very first plugin I found and wanted to buy was one from MotionVFX. And since that time, many more purchases have been been made, and none ever been regretted. I've been a FCP user since 2013. I'v found that MotionVFX makes the finest quality FCP plugins in the market. Their interfaces are consistent and intuitive. They also are very good about keeping all their plugins updated with MACOS and FCP changes, so you'll never run into a situation where something you paid for was rendered unusable because it's no longer supported like some of their competitors. I highly, highly recommend Motion VFX for all FCP editors.

MotionVFX makes the best plug-ins for Final Cut Pro -- highest quality, easiest to manage with their installer/plug-in manager, don't crash, and such a wide variety of effects, elements, titles, coloring/looks, and templates, that you can really bring out the best in all your projects! I'm so glad they are making more plug-ins for DaVinci Resolve, as that is all I really need to make the switch!

The Products are beautiful and well designed. Sometimes individual Macs/FCP-Settings may create problems with the data-handling, but overall I am a big fan of the thoroughly designed Plugins and templates.
Most impressive is the amazing Customer support: Immediate answers, even commands for Terminal to optimize downloaded Titels/Animations and an individual support in cases of FCP-Problems - great job!

I had an issue with mega pack transitions 10. 4. 8 but my fcpx was 10. 4. 6. I contacted support, but luckily there was a code for this. They provided it, I copy and paste it. Then it worked!

I cannot praise this company enough! They make the best plugins for FCP and are my first choice when it comes to looking for templates and effects for Final Cut

MotionVFX is my go to site for all things Final Cut Pro and I use some of their core plugins like Callouts and mCamRig daily in my workflows. Their support is always available to troubleshoot any challenges I might have and always open to new feedback and ideas on how to improve their existing plugins and effects. Can't imagine my editing workflow without them!

The folks at MotionVFX have been my go to source for creative inspiration since 2019. Their tutorials are thorough and easy-to-follow. Customer support is terrific.

I have bought several plug ins for FCPX of which mCHARACTER, mTRAVEL2 etc and no answer at all from tMotionVFW guys. Why?

Uber customer service + professional VFX plugins and templates. MotionVFX has boosted my production value and quality well above my peers. I cannot imagine how MotionVFX could make complex VFX operate with such a simple intuitive interface, it's simply magical!
I have made effects on Apple Motion prior to using MotionVFX and it takes days if not weeks to create decent video effects. Any manual adjustments / modification to the custom effects would take hours to adjust, every adjustment is bleeding time and money.
MotionVFX plugins are so easy to customize and you can see the results in real-time. These plugins have saved me weeks of work on creating VFX for video.

If you consider the amount of time it takes to manually make the VFX in Apple Motion, MotionVFX plugins are invaluable in terms of cost and time savings for video production.

I thoroughly recommend MotionVFX, and their mO2 3D rendering package, it is truly a powerful, intuitive, and easy-to-use 3D rendering package. I am new to 3D and not the most experienced FCP user, but the user manual is comprehensive and user-friendly. I just had an issue that I just couldn't sort for myself, but their online support proved quick and efficient with knowledgable advice and solutions from Marcel.

I do not hesitate in recommending MotionVFX, and mO2.

After Apple's launch of the M1 Macs, they immediately launched into updating their plugins, which is also much appreciated (although as of this review, I'm still waiting for mZoom, haha).

Also, their Customer Service should really be pointed out as extra stellar in the Plugin community, as they definitely are:)

To the person who reviewed here and wrote "shady business practices", that is laughable and just seems like a hater trolling. They are the exact opposite of "shady business practices". Been using them for years on almost ever edit we've ever done.
