On June 3 my rear axle started grinding, so I called and spoke to a gentleman named Charlie. He assured me that it would be taken care of. I followed his instructions to the letter. I even sent him a video of the axle, making the noise but after 4 or 5 phone calls and emails he stopped responding to my attempts to get a hold of him. I tried other departments, but no answer. It is now July 28 and still no answer or axle. My scooter is my primary transportation to and from my stage 4 cancer appointments and the grocery store. There are times when I must ride with the axle still grinding but I know one of these days it's just going to give out and leave me stranded, even though Charlie said it would be OK to ride. I wish someone would respond to my emails and texts but it looks like on my head against the wall. I only had 8 km on my scooter when the axle started grinding. Don't expect much if you have a warranty issue. Issue resolved after calling the distributor and finding out that my axle was still sitting waiting for a shipping label from Motobuys. It turned out that guy that was handling my claim just up and quit with no notice after locking up the computers. So I wish to withdraw my complaint since it wasn't Motobuys fault that the guy chose to sabotage the computer system.
I brought a motor bike shipped from the warehouse & received a used bike with old black oil in it& the oil was also spread all over the filter & some parts of the bike. Called customer service & the man was rude& could not help me.

No return email after purchase! They sold me a defective scooter and refused to acknowledge my calls or emails after I bought the scooter and due to a fried wiring harness, the scooter shorted out and I was badly hurt! Then they have the audacity to treat me like garbage afterwards because I asked for an exchange. This place needs sued and I am ready to call a lawyer!
I bought a 150cc scooter from them and after I was charged they called to tell me they didn't have the colors I wanted. I ended up with an ugly blue. I am having some issues with the scooter and am trying to get some answers about whether they are normal, but now that they have my money there is no response to my issue. I wouldn't recommend purchasing anything from them. Go somewhere else.
Purchased the mini bike and it arrived. After opening the bike in the crate, i found that the front wheel was not in the crate. So i contacted Motobuys to let them know that the front wheel was missing. I got no response from them. I contacted them 2 more times and eventually got a call. Saying they need photos of the packaging. I had already disposed of the packaging. Item looked good but no wheel so it sits in my garage. As i have no wheel and can not use. I would be very cautious buying from them as there after sale service is very bad. Looks like i will have to purchase a front wheel else where. If i want to use this bike.

I bought two Trail Master Hurricanes from MotoBuys. One arrived in a damaged crate that resulted in significant superficial damage. No big deal to me - it's a minibike. The second crate was completely in tact but the front wheel was missing a wheel bearing. I contacted the company by phone, no answer and no call back. I contacted them by email with a picture of the wheel without the wheel bearing. I received one response that the photo was being forwarded to the parts department for them to "take a look"? After that - no response. No answer or call back to numerous phone calls. No response to follow-up emails. After a month of the bike sitting in the garage, I managed to guess the correct size of the bearing and bought a new one online.
Purchase a new ATV will not start keeps blowing fuses had to replace the starter cell in the week twice. They will not return my phone calls and they will not respond to my emails very bad company to deal with.

I received the minibike in only 2 days after ordering it from Texas to Tennessee which was great in itself. But the best experience was this - When the driver was unloading it from the truck the cardboard on outside looked terrible and I thought there was no way it isn't damaged. So I tore all the cardboard off and they had packaged the bike inside an angle iron frame which had completely protected the bike from damage. I was impressed. Assembly was easy and it started on the very first pull. Thank you Motobuys.
Purchase a scooter on line. Never got the bill of sale or MSO. Keep calling the company and get "we forwarded this to the factory". I called and emailed numerous times, no response. Without this I cannot insure or register this scooter. Watch out for this site.

I ordered the BMS Heritage 150cc,
After 8 days is was at my door.
It took me about 1 hour to get it all put together and started.
Once it was started, I let it idle for 20mins,
(Only used High Octane Fuel)
After the 20mins, It was wonderful.
Started every time and the operations were fool-proof.
MotoBuys has gained the highest of respect and trust with me.
It was exactly as described online,

I bought my son a new quad from them. It was missing acouple of bolts. Not a big deal went to local hardware store and got them. Then the battery was bad Won't charge. I called them they. Left a message they wouldn't call back. They blocked my number. So I called from a diff phone and they told me so go buy one. And hung up on me. I'll never buy another thing from this place.
I purchased a Sand Viper T400, the UTV they shipped is smaller, I called Bob and he informed the size listed on the site was crate size and not unit size. (but yet I have an email from them giving me the crate size (which is smaller then what was listed on their website) so there is the 1st lie. No manual or check-off sheet to put UTV together or even check list for the parts. Called Bob again and he informed me it was on their website. ( it is not and even their Tech stated they did have it) Lie # 2.
Tried to work this out with Bob and asked him to make it right. He refused, so I stopped payment on my card until this is settled.
Ordered a scooter and it came damaged. Didn't complain, just fixed it. Had a wonderful first summer with it but after 500 miles I had to have the carburetor rebuilt and jetted properly. I also need new front shock absorbers because they are already binding but I can seem to find the part anywhere as nothing has a part number or insignia whatsoever. Tried calling motobuys 5x and 2 different emails with no reply whatsoever. Only a voicmail answers. So in summary, the scooter is a lot of fun and is now running great with proper tuning but still pops up with load on the shocks constantly (dangerous) and I can't get help from the company at all. BUY WITH CAUTION!

Had a rough experience with a Trailmaster XRS 300 that I bought, in terms of product quality. No fault of Motobuys, as they are just a drop shipper/customer handler.
Customer service mailbox is full, so cannot leave a VM. Email took about a week but finally got a response back and send us all the parts we needed via the manufacturer.
FYI, it helped to contact the actual manufacturer, in our case. Not sure if we would have gotten a response had it not been for that, but you never know.
Average service rating for an online go kart seller. Obviously could improve the speed of service, but the outcome was satisfactory.
Bought a dirt bike for my daughter. She loves it! The bike runs smoothly and seems durable. A good buy for beginners.

They sent me the wrong model with a bent frame and refused to take it back. So I took photos and got a qualified opinion letter to dispute the credit card charge. They called the mechanic who assessed the bike... harassed him, told him he would be charged with fraud, and lied to my credit card company to make sure the charge was not reversed. Despite filling the claim immediately after receiving the bike they keep insisting I am wrong and to blame for the defective frame... its repulsive at this point how low they are... Guaranteed the worst customer service you will ever experience in your entire life. THEIR ENTIRE OPPERATION IS A SCAM! As others have noticed and stated, the positive reviews on here are so over the top and ridiculous that they were obviously posted by Motobuys, they literally made me laugh out loud when I read them.
I had a Saturn Quantum Scooter on Layaway. I n the middle of the layaway i decided to change my order. And take my deposit and put the money on another bike. I was able to do it with no problem. Evevery time I talk to Bill in customer service he is always very helpful. Am planning to buy my next scooter from them

Ordered 2 go-karts and was sent 2 different models... when I called the GM told me he had checked the vin numbers on what was sent me, and they were correct. I got what i ordered, and they wouldn't pickup and make it right. I asked for their legal mailing address and he did not respond. Have not heard from them anymore. Got screwed and they took my money.
We just purchased a Trailmaster Challenger 150 and it states that it is 95% put together when you get it, which is a huge lie, no instructions sent with the unit, unit was scratched quite a bit, my husband got it all put together finally days later, charged the battery and put it in the unit it will not even attempt to start. The horn, blinkers, and lights work but it will not start. We have a call into them, but have not heard back yet. Brand new unit and we can't even get the thing to start. So far VERY disappointed. They had better make this right!
I purchased my son a dirt bike. When it was delivered all the parts werent there to put it together and the clutch was broken. Called the company right away he told me to go to the local store and buy the parts. Extremely rude! Very bad customer service. They finally sent the part two weeks later. After riding the bike for less then 2 hours the bike was falling apart. Called them back several times because gas was coming out of the air filter and he told me to bad to slam the front tire on the ground it had a bad carburetor and thats the fix. Never received any of the free stuff that was supposed to come. I had to bring the bike to a local dirt bike shop to get fixed after only 2 hours of use. Cost me another $150 to repair. The bikes they sell are junk and they are absolutely the rudest people ever. Asked to speak to the owner and the managers response was this is a corporation there is no owner. They scam people big time.
I ordered a esmart scooter for my son on 12-09-2015. The customer service people hung up in my face the first time I called and refused to answer my calls after that. I later called on a different line and was told it was going to be shipped from Indianapolis. I never received it. Then I was told it never shipped and I would be refunded my money on 12/22/2015. I still haven't received my refund! These people are CROOKS!
Purchased a bike from them Wednesday July 20th and it arrived 5 days later I did pay for all of the expedited services not sure how long it would take if you did the normal shipping speed but when I called and talked to them they quick answer the phone answered all my questions very satisfied

Back in April 2011 I ordered a go kart from Moto Buys. I had to call Bill or Gary at least 6 times over the course of 5 months to determine the status of my order. During this time, the price of the go kart rose approximately $500. When the go kart finally arrived in October, Moto Buys expected promt payment of the higher price. At this point, I just wanted my deposit of $100 returned; however, Moto Buys would only return $75. This company is a joke. I envision a couple of high school drop-outs trying to manage this business. They have no clue what customer service entails, and I would be suprised if they are able to maintain their B rating with the BBB for long. Do not buy anything from them. I wish I had listened to all the negative reviews before I decided to purchase from them. Check out Go Karts USA; they carry similar products, and seem to be a solid comany to do business with.
I purchased a Trailmaster 200 in April. When it arrived it had slight shipping damage. Items got replaced in a week. Starter went out and they replaced in a week. They also followed up with a phone call to see if I had it switched and had any further issues.
