On June 3 my rear axle started grinding, so I called and spoke to a gentleman named Charlie. He assured me that it would be taken care of. I followed his instructions to the letter. I even sent him a video of the axle, making the noise but after 4 or 5 phone calls and emails he stopped responding to my attempts to get a hold of him. I tried other departments, but no answer. It is now July 28 and still no answer or axle. My scooter is my primary transportation to and from my stage 4 cancer appointments and the grocery store. There are times when I must ride with the axle still grinding but I know one of these days it's just going to give out and leave me stranded, even though Charlie said it would be OK to ride. I wish someone would respond to my emails and texts but it looks like on my head against the wall. I only had 8 km on my scooter when the axle started grinding. Don't expect much if you have a warranty issue. Issue resolved after calling the distributor and finding out that my axle was still sitting waiting for a shipping label from Motobuys. It turned out that guy that was handling my claim just up and quit with no notice after locking up the computers. So I wish to withdraw my complaint since it wasn't Motobuys fault that the guy chose to sabotage the computer system.

Initially the sales guy was very helpful when we called about a dirt bike. We got a confirmation of it shipping and an option to track it, but tracking was a joke. The freight company never called, and the ETA was off. Finally received a very damaged box, ripped open, with the interior parts box also ripped open. Called to report it and get assistance. They said to send an email with pictures and explanation of the damage. We only wanted a new box of parts to ensure we had everything for our son's Christmas present. (Not opening until after Christmas so he can help put it together with his Dad.) After a week of no response from customer service when we emailed, we called to follow-up. Chris, the General Manager, was a TOTAL jerk. He was disinclined to send another parts box, wanted us to try to put it together first and THEN see what was missing. I offered to send everything back that we didn't use, but we are worried about not having what we need for our son. My husband finally chimed in and said we'd either like a box of parts or we can return it. Chris started yelling about not taking threats. I told him we weren't making threats--we were telling him what options we see. Chris talked over me, was completely condescending, and instead of sending out a... $50 (?) parts box, he brusquely said they'd pick the bike up tomorrow. Unreal! I've never in my life dealt had such a horrible "customer service" experience. Save yourself a headache and buy from somewhere else!

Was originally told that if I ordered by end of day Friday 12/9 that it would be shipped Monday or Tuesday and shouldn't be a problem to get it by Xmas.
Today Wednesday 12/14 it still hasn't shipped.
Now I'm told it should ship tomorrow Thursday the 12/15 but if not Friday.
I told Carlos that if it doesn't ship tomorrow that I was going to have to cancel my order, he said well in that case I'll just cancel it myself and hung up on me.
Then motobuys called back and asked how I was doing and if I still wanted to ship the go kart.
I said your customer service rep was unprofessional and you shouldn't hang up on your customers specially when they spent 2800$.
They said you were "trying to find common ground"
And they also said he "Carlos did nothing wrong" by hanging up on me.
I disagreed
You then said you will cancel my order and hung up on me once again.
If I don't think your company did anything wrong you probably won't be in business very long.

Black and blue 125atv trailmaster had been the worst 1100 I could have spent on a Christmas gift! Has been nothing but JUNK since Christmas day! And coustmer service is garbage. Everything they told me was completely wrong. I made a phone order spoke w the very unhelpful salesperson. They gave no info to me any info I got I had to ask the questions first. States I wanted to buy a pit bike gave him the size and color. On web site it says free shopping well that is b. S. Also shipping did not include liftgate service. That was extra charge on top of shipping costs. Sales said it would be one day for processing and 5-6 days delivery. Haha. It has taken them a week to process and still another 6-10 days for delivery overall it has taken 3 weeks and I still have not received. Asked where it was being shipped from he stated they have warehouses in Atlanta and Indy. That r the closest to me on east coast. Ha. After 8 phone calls to them I find out that it's being shipped from California. And that shipping co didn't receive order for a week from order date. Terrible customer service did nothing they said they would. I gave them benefit of doubt and that was my downfall. Believe all of the reviews on this site.
Bought a $13,000 UTV, they have ignored all warranty requests. They are quick to send a message that they will call you right back, bit never do. Will never return for more business.

Good luck getting people to call you back and when they call, they're RUDE! The trike head light stopped working barely a month after we bought. We bought the warranty BUT THE COMPANY wouldn't call you back! Seems they are done with you as soon as they get your money! We ended up paying for the mechanic and parts!

Ordered a T-125 go-kart for a Christmas present on December 10th. Before making the purchase I asked the online customer service rep if I ordered it would it arrive before Christmas and was told "yes, if I ordered that day or the next day at the latest." The website states that shipments typically go out within 24-48 hours and shipping time is typically 5-7 business days. I received a prompt confirmation email with the order information and within the email information on requesting tracking info. I waited a week before emailing the sales department for tracking information, NO response. Waited a few more days and again emailed for tracking info. Again, NO response. We've called multiple times over the last few days with no answer and left voicemail. So it's now Christmas Eve and it looks like my son will not be getting his Christmas present. Hopefully we get the go-kart at all. At this point I'm skeptical. Worthless customer service! Can't speak on the product since I haven't received it yet, but crossing my fingers it's not a complete POS.

Ordered an ATV for my grandson's 12th birthday to be delivered to him in Texas by 9 May 2023 (I live in Florida). Also paid for assembly since my son is not mechanically inclined. The ATV arrived on time but lasted two days before the hub holding the rear sprocket broke. At first we blamed my grandson for hitting a rock or something. So my son filled out the parts request online on the Motobuys website and never heard back. You can't get these guys on the phone and they don't respond to VM's or emails! So I went out to Texas to visit my son this past weekend and see if I could get the ATV up and running again. Upon examining the broken hub and the two remaining bolts it was obvious that the bolts holding the rear sprocket to the hub were never tightened. The threads were worn off where the bolt goes through the sprocket! We ordered and received a new hub from Coolster and when I removed the chain to put everything back together I noticed the drive sprocket on the engine output shaft had no locking plate and was just sliding back and forth the on the output shaft! Rather than go through the frustration of trying to contact an actual person at Motobuys we ordered the locking tab and screws from Coolster and now have the ATV running properly. And we STILL have not heard back from Motobuys regarding the initial request for a sprocket hub! If you buy an ATV from Motobuys beware... you might get it delivered quickly but it will not be ready to ride until you have a mechanic inspect it... and you definitely will not get any support from Motobuys after the sale. Buy your ATV elsewhere.
Motobuys is an Internet-only dealer for Chinese Motorsports, I have some knowledge of the Motorcycle industry having spent 11 years working as a Technician and Service Manager before changing careers. On 12/11/20 I ordered a Trailmaster MB200 Mini Bike from MotoBuys (a Christmas gift for my son). I paid extra for Rush expedited handling ($59.00) Prior to ordering I called MotoBuys to confirm everything (spoke to Bob) and my order was sent to Trailmaster the next business day as promised. The bike was delivered 11 days later on 12/23/20. I did receive the correct model and color and there was no damage or defects. (Always remember to check ALL nuts and bolts are tight before riding!) The Certificate of Origin was sent inside the crate with the bike. Despite all the raving negative reviews MotoBuys absolutely did everything right on their end, and the smile on my kids face on Christmas morning was priceless! A big thanks to Bob and MotoBuys! Overall a great experience and highly recommended!

Ordered in November. Didn't receive until January. Didn't get title until March. Speedometer broke, bearings were bad, barke pads had to be replaced immediately, bad spark plug. I've only got 400 miles on it and I've spent as much money fixing it as I spent on the purchase. I called Moyobuys over 30 times as well as sent emails and the only thing they did was send a new speedometer. Refused to refund, would exchange if I took it back apart, re crated it, and shipped at my own expense back. Now I am having to replace a broken piece of the frame, a dry rotted air filter hose, and I have oil leaking. I called Cajun Maddog and they sent me the bracket I need the same day free of charge and called me back that day to verify they were sending the right part. I would rather drive it to the dump and set it on fire than to ever deal with Moyobuys again. The only reason I don't sue is because the crappy bike isn't worth the time or legal fees. Do yourself a favor. Buy from anywhere else. If I do ever get another one, it will be from Cajun Maddog.

I would give ZERO STARS if I could. I ordered a PINK go kart for my daughter for Christmas, and worried I would get my "second choice" of red, I called the company and spoke to a sales rep who told me that he checked the inventory list and there were INDEED pink go karts in house. He assured me that if I placed an order, I would get my first choice. The go kart came quickly to my surprise, but was RED. I called the company which was not open yet as I live in the eastern time zone, so I refused the order, not knowing what to do. I finally got through shortly after they opened to be told I would be charged $400 for a restocking fee and shipping. My only option was to hopefully accept the RED go kart before it was fully returned by the shipping company. When I told the sales rep that I was assured I would get my first choice, he informed me that inventory lists are only ran once a week and the original person I spoke with should have told me that. Although the manager listened to my call and agreed that I was told it would be PINK, the only option I was given was for him to ship me some spray paint in pink or give me a $50 credit to buy some on my own. I really want to get behind USA made companies, but I cannot get behind a policy like this. Long story short, I was able to get the red kart brought back and delivered and will have a disappointed little girl on Christmas morning as I am not willing to pay for such ignorant policy fees. I am still waiting on my "pink spray paint" for my brand new $1,000.00 go kart that I may have to end up spray painting myself. Horrible policy, horrible!

ON 6-3-2022 I placed my order for a Classic Hertage 150cc scooter, I was only able to get ahold of a live person one time, I was told it would be shipped out last week and to call back if it wasn't, I been calling for days, no one well answer your phones calls or return your messages, or return your your e-mails, I'll never use this company again
They had no problem taking our money but when it came to actually delivering our go kart they wanted me to pick it up. After they said they could deliver it to our house, they waited a week, called and told me I had to pick it up or pay extra to have a tow truck meet them somewhere and bring it the rest of the way. Instead of trying to fix the problem I was told to cancel my order and get a refund because they weren't going to try to get it to our house. DON'T EVER USE THIS COMPANY... $#*!S!
The product was never received. It was reported as undeliverable from the trucking company and when I contacted MotoBuys they were extremely rude. I would not recommend ordering from the company.
I ordered a dirt bike for my granddaugher for Christmas last season. First it arrived in a pick up truck because the initial delivery truck broke down and then I was asked (a 63 year old female) to help lift the bike off the truck even though I paid for lift service which was never refunded! The bike never ran over 5 miles per hour even though it was designed to go 55 miles per hour. We called repeatedly for help and never got any! They said they would ship me a new bike at my expense $150 and I had to ship the old one back... another $150. We tried to have a local repair shop look at it but they couldn't fix it because of Chinese parts. So now I have a $795 dirt bike that has not worked since day one. They don't respond to e-mails, phone messages, nothing... I gave up and ate the cost of the bike. I have one disappointed greandaughter. This was her only Christmas present... not much of one... do not buy online from these people... I learned a lesson, buy local and buy good quality USA built.
I purchased a Jeep Go-Kart in December 2016. The jeep arrived damaged and has been inoperable since January. After numerous phone calls, messages, messages via Facebook messenger we still don't have our go-kart working and they won't call us back. Since they won't return our phone calls, I tried communicating thru Facebook messenger again today ( 30 MARCH 2017) only to discover they've disabled the messenger option for their Facebook page. Ok, fine! I left messages on their Facebook page and they keep deleting the messages. Well, I don't like being played as a fool and I refuse to do nothing. That's, $2000 we spent, somebody better provide some assistance and some repairs! So, I'm going to blast this company on every social media outlet that I can. We have worked too hard and literally sacrificed our health and bodies for this country as two army combat veterans with 33 years of combined service between my husband and me, for this country (this company claims to be so American and proud Americans). True Americans do not treat people with such disregard. How hard is it for you to honor your freaking word and sell quality products? All we wanted was to enjoy our little Army Jeep go-kart and enjoy the army retired life, but these individuals are really really intensifying my PTSD symptoms with their utter disregard and disrespect.
