Be sure to double check your selections. Sadly, when I accidentally purchased something I did not need, they didn't even offer to refund it, or even discount my next purchase. Too bad they appear to be more about the money than their return customers. I wish their service was as good as their product.
I like their products, but their customer service is the absolute worst. I consistantly have issues with templates installing, even tho I do it exactly how I am supposed to, they tell me its my server (ya, ok) and then they take days (typically 3 -5) to actually get a usable response out of them
Tip for consumers:
They claim this great customer service but they take half a day to respond and the responses are always horrible bc they don't take the time to read the complaint or put any effort into solving your issue. They continue to ask stupid, redundant, unimportant questions that you've already supplied answers to just to waste another half day of waiting.

Script would NOT install as instructions indicated. My server met all criteria based on the scripts own pre-run diagnosis, but failed on final step of post install. MotoCMS support tells me that the script is so complex that they need access to my server to figure out what is wrong. No way! Well over 100 scripts purchased from CodeCanyon and 99% function as written when delivered and the 1 or 2 that didn't... simple fix to get things resolved. If you don't know how to code... get out of the business.
We tested your template and found out that you managed to install your it properly. As we can see original error has happened due to an issue on your hosting provider's side, once it was fixed on server side, you managed to install MotoCMS template. Simple scripts from CodeCanyon perform limited functions, when MotoCMS builder is a very complex software that allows you to edit your website without any code modifications, not just a simple feature from HTML script. Our team created a very complex product that has much more than few lines of code(more that 1000 files actually) and in order to troubleshot some errors, we usually require access to your template's files and ability to change server settings. Do you let people check under the hood in the bodyshop when you car is dead?
They did not install a page block that was promised about 4 months after go-live. After the installation, we crashed. Their "fix" was to change our URLs and got rid of our SEO optimization. The change also made the website unstable with long load times. Multiple back and forth every time they would blame our hosting company. We would go back and they would show proof it was not on their side. The site crashed again in April and we were forced to move and redo our complete website with all content lost. Do NOT recommend this solution at all.

MotoCMS seems like a good and trustworthy company until they need to refund you on a service you paid for and cancelled immediately.
Since 17th July, I have been going back and forth in a disgraceful message loop being orchestrated by MotoCMS. They have NOT refunded me till date.
Be careful with this company.
MotoCMS' online documentation is pretty sparse -- but they more than make up for that with their skilled chat agents. They've helped me several times with installation details, disabling a sticky header etc. And their interface makes it simple to get a good looking site up and running quickly. After building sites with WordPress and SquareSpace, I'm enjoying MotoCMS.

The templates they offer, look good - if you can get them to work. Moto CMS has non-existent phone support, and are NOT willing to work with you to resolve problems. Their consistent position is to blame someone else for any problems you may encounter. If you need ANY kind of support from this company, you will not get any.
We bought the template and the installation service, provide all the information you requested.
Now, coming back to me saying that you can't do it and let me do it myself.

I'm really disappointed with MOTO CMS. Although the templates are attractive and easy to edit, I'm been experiencing a bunch of problems to log in on the Control Panel.
Needless to say that the website is running TO SLOW, with an average Page Speed of 66 seconds!
I've been in contact with the Technical Support for the last two days, but they continue writing the same email, without providing me any solution at all!
If you would like to avoid any headaches use WORD PRESS is 1000 times better!

I am setting up my new template. I have not done this for the last 10 years, so the basic terms are a bit foreign to me. BUT, every little click and command is VERY important. So, as I go through all of this, I have had some simple questions, but they were important simple questions. Sam Clayton and the team was as responsive as possible. It was like he was sitting on my shoulder. IMMEDIATE solutions and NO WORRIES, at all, from me, as I step through these items. I have 12 more licenses to launch, with this single Template design, so I may get the hang of it by the time I am done. EVERYTHING is being written down, for the next launch. Very easy, so far. Motocms lets you design and edit a template with their software and when you are done you can buy the edited template. After you purchase the template they send a link for you to download it. The problem is after you download the template and install it on your wesite, it is the unedited template! After you have paid them your username and password quit working and all the customer sevice emails and tickets go ignored. When you try to write a review on your experience it goes to the moderators who ignore it and it never gets posted! All the phone numbers for their so called customer service are for pre-purchase only and will not get you anywhere! I spent almost 2 weeks editing the template that i never recieved and have been scammed out of my money.
