“Difficult, unresponsive, ripp off”
August 10th, 2023

I tried for 48hrs to log in and change my car insurance to cover my new car and the site is full of errors and got nothing done. Leaving me uninsured and illegal for me to drive my new car for 2 days. Pathetic.
Eventually I got through to someone who changed it over at a cost of 25 pounds admin fee(cheak). I'm going elsewhere.
