WARNING THEY ARE A SCAM! The worst warranty experience ever received. DO NOT USE THEM, THEY DON'T PAY OUT!
I am currently involving solicitors and the motor ombudsman. I have been advised by solicitors that I will be awarded this case due to how black and white it is that this claim should have been covered.
They are causing me considerable inconvenience, even though I am aware that I will be paid out upon completion of the legal case, they have caused me unnecessary grief, stress and headache. I am currently in early stages of the legal process.
They are using a loop hole that the fault was pre-existing when I have received two independent reports confirming that it isn't possible for a fault to pre-exist.
Their customer service is shocking and unwelcoming when discussing a claim, but during the sales process they appear to be your best friend. They made me feel I was in safe hands during the sales process and I am now aware that I have invested in a scam warranty.
I have no doubt they will leave me a reply to this review to make them look like a professional company, but please be assured that they are not.

I regretfully admit that choosing MotorEasy for my car warranty was a mistake. Despite the initial assurance from their salesperson that they are the best in the market, my experience has been quite the opposite.
When I needed them the most in March 2023, MotorEasy and their approved garages let me down. The first letdown was the failure to properly diagnose my car's issue (Car seat occupancy mat and suspension-related issues) in three attempts. It wasn't until I insisted on seeking another opinion that multiple issues were uncovered, issues that their approved garage had overlooked. I reported these issues eight months ago, and they still haven't been resolved.
Now, after four visits to their approved garage for a supposedly fixed fault, the problem persists shortly after taking my car back. This has translated into numerous days without my car, countless hours taken off work, and the hassle of dropping the car off at their approved garage repeatedly. Frankly, I would have preferred not having the warranty and using that money to ensure my car's repair to my satisfaction. I am still £120 out of pocket for diagnostics which was promised to be refunded by *.
I've spent considerable time on the phone with MotorEasy, detailing the entire issue. I even wrote an email to their * but unfortunately, my efforts have yielded no positive results.
Typically, I refrain from writing negative reviews even in the face of poor service, but MotorEasy's appalling performance compels me to warn others. Before considering any warranty from MotorEasy, I strongly advise potential customers to think twice and consider alternatives.
