After 1 month of getting ignored (both calls and messages) i am finally done with it. One the day of the booking they said the delivery would be done pickup would be done the next day. But the next day they said they said that their driver had suffered a critical accident and his chances of survival were low. Now im pretty sure the business doesn't run on a single driver and another could have taken charge, but asking for it would be a rude and impolite thing to do. So i waited. For the first 10 days i would occasionally message them. The next 10 i would message and call them. Now i cant even contact them(the company) because their customer contact line is a phone that is never picked.I even managed to get a hold of some other person from the company to register a complain. He said that he would look into the matter, but he never asked who the person who took my money was or what his contact number was or anything as such. And today by some miracle the first guy picked up my call. I told him to return the money otherwise i would register a complain. He told me to DO IT. Worst place to get your vehicles transported.
