Hiring was easy over the internet and so cheap!
Picked up trailer from petrol station with no worries and the service attendant even gave me extra bits that I needed like the d-shackle and plugs:)

When you install new software and mess up the trailer locations with another site is not the hirer's fault and to be spoken to the way we were and made to wait over 1.5 hours at site to hire item was a disgrace and then to pay full price no discount no apology nothing. Happy to say other companies will be getting my future business. Thank you

Super easy to hire and use. It was affordable and there were no hassles during the hiring. We got back a little bit late and it didn't just automatically charge us for being 15 minutes late. The ramp was also very helpful for getting heavy items on and off

Pre booked a furniture trailer for 5.30 pm. Coles Express check in machine wasn't working well. Young lady at check out too busy to help. A 5 minute pick up turned into 40 mins of hassle. Trailer fitting not what was advertised but thankfully we had our own. Returned trailer later that evening to a closed Station with no provision to drop keys. Back at 6 am to return keys to prevent being charged for over time. Never again. Julie

It was an easy process to book and pick up the trailer although feedback worth considering would be to allow an extra 10-15 minutes per booking so the service station staff can have the connectors and shackles ready to go.

Customers lose the 10 minutes setting the trailer up and with a 4 hour booking every minute counts

Hi and good morning, all in all my experience with your company was a not to stressful process, however when you book online you fill out all your information then you get to the pick up site you scan your licence then you have to fill it all out again what is the scanner for just looks important but does nothing? Double horse float had a damaged lock pin and tailgate spring, otherwise a good trailer for the price. On return of the trailer I was left a narrow gap to reverse into and had to unlock four other trailers to extend chain to lock the float up. There is no assistance at servo when hitching and unhitching. Brilliant and very helpful customer service from hire company, shame servo pass the buck of responsibility.

Very easy to make booking online... picking up and returning trailer was very easy at kiosk... very happy with trailer which was in good condition and clean... only negative point with trailer was the slippery ramp... was dangerous and needs to have some sort of anti slip material put on it

The ute did the job but it was filthy and hadn't seen a vacuum for quite a while. Did the job though.

My beef is with the company holding onto my $250.00 deposit for 5 days even though there was no issues with my hire.

I called and the guy on the Help Desk tried to blame the delay on "the banks" who are, after all, an easy target. Having worked in banking I can state that the delay is with Move Yourself and not "the banks"...

The attendant at Shell was unhelpful and instead of explaining what need to be done, she rudely exclaimed that I had to login to collect the trailer at the side. Then when my husband went to collect the trailer connection she was rude to him too.

I hired a Ute with a cage to move some furniture. The vehicle was from a Coles petrol station near home. The rate for 24 hours was not much more than the 9 hour rate so 24 hours made good sense. The diy kiosk was pretty easy, although it had an outage on the return but that was solved by a quick call to the 1300 number. The car was pretty old and a bit drab but hey - I was moving furniture. Over the phone service was friendly and helpful (when I changed the 9 hour booking to 24 hour).

On two different occasions I hired a trailer. First time I hired it, 20 mins into use my brake fuse blew. I was not sure if it was the trailer or not so gave it the benefit of the dought. The second time the fuse blew as soon as I turned on the ignition after the trailer was connected. Contacted the management and they stated that nothing was wrong with the trailer. 18 mth old car, taken back to manufacturer for repairs who stated it was the fault of the trailers faulty brake wiring. Move yourself refuse to except responsibility in any way.

Trailer booked wouldn't connect to standard towball. Changed trailer first socket only one indicator worked (socket was frayed), second socket didn't work, third socket ok. Contacted move, CS was good and changed to different trailer at no cost hence two stars not one. Audit needed on trailers at Caltex Sunbury very dangerous if customers are given broken sockets and forget to check all their lights.

The left wheel rim is buckled, meaning the trailer wobbles when towed. In moving China and glass this meant items were damage, despite being secured properly

2. Convenient locations for pickup and return;
3. Thoughtful idea of providing Installation video for first time user on booking page;

Good process, booked online, picked up from 7-11, easy system. Bit expensive for a cheap 6x4 trailer. Did the job but I would probably use more often if it were better value for money.

Fast, friendly, very helpful service by staff and the trailer bay is easy to access for hitch up or drop off. Leads and shackles are provided by staff too. All up, great success

On line booking system locked up on me and needed to phone (this was after hours - fortunately someone answered and resolved this immediately)

Trailer was in good condition, and the staff were easy to get on with. The location was near to where I wanted to be. I will be using them again when required.

Great experience booking through the website and picking up at the venue. No problems at all. Great value hire for the car trailer and in good working order.
