Once we decided we were moving back to the UK, we asked some friends and colleagues for recommendations for good relocation companies. GAC was a name that kept coming up and after engaging with them, I could see why. Very professional, friendly service at a very affordable price. 5 stars all the way!
Poor performance all around. Nobody update you on whats happen, rrarely answers an email. Packing team appeared to be some random guys they put a shirt on. Dont even ask about their hygeine. Many of my things were damaged on arrival. The insurance they sell does not really help in most cases, weeks of emails back and forth and nothing happens.

GAC did a great job when i hired them to move from Dubai to Bahrain recently. Price was reasonable. Packer crew showed up early and worked hard to pack evertyhing in the agreed time. Everything delviery on time and no damage to anything.
I moved with GAC a few times over the years. Twice locally and the last time with used them to move back to the UK. Staff are very well trained and knowlegable. The packing went great and they kept me updated on the status of my shipment. If you are moving anywhere from/to the Middle East, these are your guys!
Our move from Muscat to Berlin, Germany went very smooth with GAC. Their consultant was very informative and helpful. Packer crew was friendly and quick. Everything arrived in Germany on time with out a scratch!

These guys are great, moved with them 4 times in past 12 years. The packers are well trained and friendly and the customer service team is amazing. My stuff arrived on time with no damage.
We moved from dubai to Boston with GAC a few months ago. The communication in between locations could have been better, but otherwise all went well and would say it's a thumbs up overall.
