Mro electric have parts advertising on google in stock and every time i called they do not have it. When i mentioned this is ongoing issue they told me to not to contact them anymore
Very unprofessional and disappointing

I shopped many on-line site for the part I needed. Not only did MRO Electronics have the best price on the brand name part I needed, it also shipped the same day! Very satisfied and will use them again. Kept my equipment running with no lost production waiting for parts.

I ordered Commander SE drive from mro for our press and they gave a high level of support during the installation process. I spoke with their technician Ed who was very patient in walking us through some of the parameter setup process. They went above and beyond in their service.

I have used MRO E for repair and/or replacement of multiple CNC lathe electronic components. Parts have always arrived on time and performed in accordance with specifications. I am very pleased with their services and will continue to call on them moving forward to help keep our machines running.

MRO Electric is perhaps the most reliable and prompt company I've dealt with. Any time I needed a new drive or motor I've been able to get the parts within just a day or so, with the best price possible. They have been consistently on the ball with notification of availability of parts and have been prompt about getting anything that they don't have in stock very quickly to ensure there is minimal work interruption.

Had a module that cost over $5000 to replace. MRO was able to repair the unit for less than $2000. The turn around was fairly quick even over the holidays. Great experience as Joe from customer service kept us up to date.

Customer service representative was very helpful. I even asked a few questions that went above and beyond and he helped me find the answers. Price was 1/2 the price of the machine supplier. Great effort on their part.

We needed a part to get our CNC router up and running after a major breakdown. Called to order at around 4:30 PM. Had the part delivered across the country and into our hands by 11:00 the next day. Machine fixed, problem solved. Very pleased with the service.
