Won't take responsibility for a parcel that's been left on my front doorstep and stolen, keep saying they need to investigate. Have photos to show where dhl left it what do they need to investigate
Although my (high-value) refund was protracted (35+ days), they did eventually initiate the refund, but they made me work hard for it, with dozens of phone calls and emails and time spent on it. I will bump my experience rating from a 1 to a 3, as the vast majority of my experiences over the years have indeed been positive, however, I do standby the opinion that their general customer services needs attention. I'm also a bit disappointed that nobody contacted me to apologise or offer an explanation.
I will continue to use Mr P, as the brand gets a lot of things right, and I hope to upgrade this rating in the future.

Despite the negative comments about this website, I decided to order from them anyways. Of cos, I was skeptical. I asked myself,"Is this a good idea?" Oh well... let's take the risk!
Guess what - the customer service was good (there were a few emails exchange between me and them re my order and they came back to me with fast response) and delivery was smooth. Dispatched on Monday and received the item on Wednesday (from UK to Singapore). Packing was nicely done and item is in good condition. Hope my bf loves his birthday present.

I ordered a wallet for my bf' birthday but after it arrived, my bf thinks it's too big for him. So I want to have the refund for it. When I try to contact them by the hotline, i am 100% sure the cs can hear me. But after she said hello, and I told her I want to do the refund.
She just directly HANG UP the phone call and pretend she can't hear me. This is crazy and totally not acceptable. The attitude is so disappointed and I will never shop from mr. Porter again.
I attempted to order a pair of RL sneakers from Mr Porter - three times.
Each time the documents confirmed the size ordered - and each time the sneakers were sent in the wrong size with paperwork that said they were the right size ordered. After the second return I was told I was not allowed to make a second exchange so I placed a new, third order.
Then the third shipment arrived - still wrong size - I now have two pairs that are the wrong size to return.
14 calls to customer service - mostly to overseas call centers where the only responses are monotone read scripts that don't answer the question asked... and 9 emails - with only from responses that ignore the copy of the inquiry sent...
I have been trying to get a supervisor at the call center to contact me with out luck. I have also been trying to find a phone number or contact for a USA-based office of Mr Porter... without success.

I bought a gift for my fiancé's birthday. It's a ring and I only received AN EMPTY BOX without ring! I contacted them 4 times and kept being told the investigation is in process. It's been 2 weeks already! What should I do in this case? That's ridiculous! Wordless! No response yet. Who has the gut to buy expensive stuff from a website like that again? They don't care and 24/7 customer service means no solution at all and no explanation. Will never trust them again

They work on a outsourcing model and they have tied up with the most low cost cheapsters who have no experience in professional services.
Looks like their managers work hand in glove to select the service companies.
Had a very very bad experience with one of them. Complained to the manager but not much of action taken.
If higher ups want to understand, I have some voice recordings of the person who shifted our furniture, for them to understand how dirty and unprofessional they were.And gave us such a bad time.
Pls avoid porter service for house shifting.

Just received my stussy hoodie and completely in love with it, after seeing the reviews I was hesitant to use the website but went ahead anyways and don't fault them at all! Because of the item being rare was shipped from Italy from one of there over wear house's and received the item within a week which baring in mind with COVID happening is pretty damn good! Got hold of customer services to see where my item was at and they we're spot on with helping me out where my parcel was! Would highly recommend.
Honestly the worst experience online shopping I've ever had. DHL delivered to a communal area not to my flat didn't ring the bell and then after an extremely patronising and condescending telephone call with a lady called Kenisha I was told I ticked a box for no signature and it would take 3-6 weeks to investigate.
This is untrue; at the end of the order page there is an option for either 'signature MR Porter packaging' or the 'go green carbon friendly plain packaging'. Obviously, most people are going to go for the greener option. To then be penalised for this is outrageous and I'll be following this up with my lawyer and lodging it as a fraudulent transaction with my bank. Will never be using this fork again.
I purchased an item from the website, but halfway through the delivery they filed a "return to sender" which I have documentation of, and it was returned to the sender for a reason I was not made aware of. They have not issued a refund and every time i call, the help like either hangs up before i can speak, or does not help. They are literally stealing from me and I dont understand how something like this can occur for a legitimate company.

Absolute terrible place to shop, had several orders cancel on me without an explanation. They love to point fingers at your bank but i can tell you 100% without a doubt the problem is on their end. I've used 4 cards and all cards resulted in my order canceling. After having paid with apple pay, they held the amount on my card and insisted that they can't see the order being placed on their end. After having been in contact with the support team they finally admitted it must be a technical error on their end and that i'd need to wait a couple days to hear back from them. In the meantime, they've informed me that the items in my cart have all sold out. I would rather get hit by a car than to attempt to buy something from here.
Ordering from Mr. Porter for many years and had no problems, until recently. I had placed a substantial order and one week had passed and the order was still not processed. I contacted Mr. Porter and they said due to the high volume of sales they were unable to tell me when my order would be sent. I looked at another business review website and there were over 300 complaints similar to mine. Subsequently I contacted Mr. Porter again and I got the same answer, so I cancelled my order. So disappointed. They don't seem to care about the customers anymore.
Do not use Mr. Porter. Mr. Porter is a fraudulent website. I ordered a product by 5:30 pm set for overnight delivery. It did not get sent as promised. Both their website and the customer service representative stated that items ordered by 5:30 pm eastern standard time are guaranteed overnight deliver for a $20 fee. I paid the $20 but my item was not shipped. They are not honest. They take the money but do not ship the product as promised. Mr. Porter is not a legitimate online retailer.
I ordered 2 shirts from the mr. Porter app and finally received my order today. However they sent me the same shirt twice instead of what I ordered. I reached out to their 24/7 customer service and the rep told me I ordered the same shirt twice. I had to email her a screenshot of the app as well as my invoice number to prove I did not before she would help me. I was then told I have to return the shirt, wait for a refund and buy the shirt I originally ordered again. I asked to speak to a manager who was also of no help and disputed with me to then be told the shirt was sold out and just create a return and wait for a refund. Will NEVER shop here again. End clothing, saks 5th ave, ssense and a lot of other sites offer the same items without the sketchiness. Buyer beware.

The selection is fantastic, but the operational side of the business is horrendous. Most recently I ordered a product, and the incorrect product was delivered to me. I shipped the product back, and asked for a refund. 6 weeks later I am still waiting for a refund for what was an obvious mistake on the merchant's part. Calls and emails to their customer service team are wholly unhelpful. I had been a loyal customer in the past, but no more.
Ordered two pairs of shoes here on two separate occasions. Made both purchases between 2-3 hours of each other. I received one pair, and after not receiving the 2nd, I decided to reach out to them. Because it was my first time shopping there, there was some sort of "verification error," as it was explained to me.
1. never received an email or notification telling me to verify my account
2. My second purchase was cancelled and I was never made aware of it until I called
3. They cannot help me receive my order, I now have to go back to the website and purchase them again. The item was on sale and it is no longer on sale. Additionally, my size is no longer available.

I contacted Mr P. Twice, once where a sweater was reduced while it was shipped to me and I asked if the price could be adjusted. They didn't, fine bc quickly afterwards it had sold out.
The second time I ordered a lilac TF polo which was advertised as 100% cotton, it home it had 15% elasthan. I contacted Mr P who argued that it was the same shirt that I had ordered and I could send it back if I didn't want it. Maybe if they had offered me something I would have kept it, but I am now very likely to send it back.

I did not receive the item I ordered, but a cheaper item instead. This was for a gift so time was of the essence. Mr. Porter customer service did not care and all they could do was tell me I could return it as long as it wasn't used. They were more concerned about whether I used the item than about why they sent me the wrong item. No other remedies were given, not even sending me the correct item or refunding me the difference between what I ordered and what was sent to me, even though I gave them that option. I am extremely disappointed in their customer service and will not be shopping with them again.
I bought a pair of yeezys with them and any one who has tried to buy yeezys will know because of the exclusivity it's hard to manage stock control. But I clicked on my size and ordered.
I read all the negative reviews and was worried it would take long to get my order, plus on the second day I had not received any dispatch information so I decided to call customer service and they were really helpful and told me exactly where the package was and moments after I received tracking information and to my surprise the order came on the third day. The product is real and I am very happy.

I placed an order for xmas and called a few days to inquire since I had not yet received it. I was told they had the wrong zip code but would amend and ship it promptly so it could arrive before the holiday. I called again and was told that the order was cancelled and that I had to place a new order. I realized that the shoe size was sold out so I called again. During this 3rd phone call, I was told to wait a few days before placing the order. I did. Low and behold, the item was sold out and there was nothing they could do...
After ordering an item, cancelling same day, never receiving, this bottom feeding organization has not only LIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO ME, they even lied to PayPal about " trying " to refund my money. I purchased a track suit for my husband. Over $400. He wore it once, I washed it according to the label and it shrunk significantly. My 12 yo son would now fit into it. Called and emailed several times before receiving a response that I needed to send a photo so they could approve the refund. Sent photo and was told they would only exchange the product. WHY WOULD I WANT A TERRIBLY MADE PRODUCT? I responded numerous times to that email and have not received a response back. I will be contacting all appropriate agencies in the US bc Mr. Porter is scamming consumers.
I tried getting some pants from this site i was going back and forth with them for two days they was telling me that ALL 5 of my card accounts was canceling my order and to speak to all my banks about this i had to put in a personal code from my bank to a lot of other outrageous process even spoke to a manager that told me it was really them that was canceling my order and i could not order from there site with no reason why at all i have never went through something like this in my life
I ordered a pair of shoes, got a confirmation email and got charged on my credit card. A few hours later my order got cancelled for no reason. I checked my credit card and the charge was still on it. After contacting their costumer support, they basically told me that I had to contact my bank and ask the bank to give me my money back. I now have to wait for three months to get my money back after I filed for a fraudulent charge. I also contacted the FTC for this, and if you got scammed I recommend you do too.
