My experience with MSJ Moving & Auto Transport was a horror story. I went to pick up my vehicle and was surprised to find it damaged in three areas. They took responsibility for 2 damaged areas but still will not acknowledge that they damaged the front. My vehicle was delivered to them in good repair and had no damage to the front. On top of all this, they do not conduct vehicle inspection in your presence. They said an inspection was done before my vehicle was loaded and I was not even there. Up to this moment, they cannot produce that report for me to view; so shady.The owner and manager are very rude and so are the employees. At the end of this experience, I am left to pay out of pocket to fix something I never did and so take this as a warning to stay away from this place. This was a costly lesson learnt. Stay away!
What a garbage company. Run by a bunch of ghetto thugs who have no idea what they are doing and rip people off. Please do your research when booking transport companies. Most of their reviews are fake and these guys have a long history of ripping off people... They have a history of Changing their business names which makes it difficult to track their history of scamming, defrauding or screwing people over. Danielle Lee or Danny Lee, and Johnson. Danny Lee has a linkedin profile. Says she's a manager. Give me a break. Anyhoo, Here are the list of company names they've used over the past ten years. Please google j&J moving and auto transport. There has been a small claims action suit and people are looking for them. You can call the Better Business Bureau to confirm that this company has changed its business name multiple times. They have an F rating which Is the lowest rating a business can have. Please see the list of business names below. Also check the Trusted Pros review websites and a few angry fb posts from different people about this company. Please be careful. This company likes to lurk on websites like, uship, Kijiji, move it.ca
