No Free Trial

I wanted to try it (free 14 day trial) and was unable to install on the target phone (insufficient space) so installed on my phone to TRY it. It wasn't what I wanted and they offered me more of the same which I didn't want but would not refund my money. I'm very disappointed because one of the reviews I read was that getting money refunded was not a problem. No free trial, just excuses. As well, my phone showed noticeable lag while it was installed.

They charge me twice for one month. Asked for refund which they refuse to give because I didn't reply to their email when I did. So now for the past two week I been asking them to at least give me the month that I paid extra... Now they don't answer my emails and when they do it take about 3 day for a reply. The billing manager Alice Wilson and Monica Garrison have been going back and forth with me and nothing has been made. It just say that my account will expire in 10/30/15 but yet won't let me see anything because my account has expire. So they charge me twice and now are refusing to give the month that I paid extra and forget about refunds.

FAKE

I contacted live chat before purchasing! I was told I didn't need access to target device! And full refund within 2 weeks if didn't work. Within hrs. I was told opposite after purchasing & denied a refund! Don't even bother!

Indispensable tool

Brutal
April 29, 2021

I purchased the app which was very simply done i'm spy had the money out of my MasterCard account in the matter of minutes. I was told I did not need to have the target phone in order to use this spy ware on the target phone. 5 minutes after I paid over $100 for the app Mspy made me aware I would now need the target phone for there app to function properly and would not refund me five minutes after buying the app. Major rip off! Do not buy this app!

IT Guy - not impressed
October 17, 2017

I signed up for both a mobile and desktop MSpy subscription. The desktop product breaks Google Chrome making it impossible for child to access google docs. Had to uninstall Desktop product which has been a struggle even following their instructions. Had a number of issues with Mobile Premium product where phone was unable to be rooted and monitor SnapChat and no refund available. The fact you have to pay for tech support should have been a red flag right away.

Awful customer service

Absolutely awful consumer service. Purchased a subscription on Christmas day, but selected the wrong one, amount didn't come and payment went through. Contacted customer service IMMEDIATELY in the wish to just swap it for a different subscription and was basically told no. Then received rude emails in response. Not I have a subscription I won't use that cost me over £60. Will never use this company and wouldn't recommend anyone else to as the customer service is disgusting

Mspy is a rip off

Mspy is nothing like advertised and I had a chat with one of their reps and ask about a trial was told there was a 14 day risk free refund policy ordered it don't like it told my reason doesn't meet their refund policy and denied my refund.

I'd give ZERO stars if it were an option. They are terrible. I paid full price to use on my daughter's iPhone and can't use half of the services. On top of that, they've had technical issues with breaking thru on iPhones for the past MONTH and I can't get a refund at all. No one responds quickly enough and they kept trying to extend my 1 year purchase instead of refunding. I do NOT endorse this company. Waste of money and they do NOT advise upfront the lack of service you get on iPhones compared to Android. I am furious and will not stop pestering them until I have my refund. BEWARE!

The billing team contact me to advise they wont refund because the software is working.

This software has now failed again saying again data connection lost - for the second time after I have reinstalled. This is unacceptable! Every excuse under the sun not to refund!

DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT. Originally had issues even accessing the site. The was down, requested refund and to close this account as basic functions not working and is unacceptable. Gave me a complete lack of confidence in the product. Sent in request and they refused to refund because they cancelled the account first instead of telling me I need to accept tech help before giving refund. Definitely bad business practice and bad customer service over all.

Don't waste your money
September 27, 2017

As many other reviewers have said, it doesn't work and they will absolutely not return your money. I'm so pissed off that they took almost $200 and I got absolutely nothing but headaches. They never recognize the backups. They can't verify the phones. Emails for a refund come back as undeliverable. Not a reputable company. I wish I would have seen this site's reviews before I spent the money.
