I purchased the app I paid $99.99 and it doesn't work on my daughter's. I've emailed and called several times and requested a refund and they will not give me my money back. There is an icon that says update services located directly on targets phone. When the target clicks on the plain sight icon it says uninstall. Very misleading stating that the app is hidden, the app isn't hidden at all. Asked for a refund, when I downloaded the site went down for maintenance service for 3 days, this stupid app only let me track several hours over 3 day span bc of site maintenance issues. Then target removed highly visible app and I was unable to reinstall. Was not issued a refund. Very poor product. Stay away. The target will see the app and remove it bc it's not hidden.
The picture the homepage of their website depicts a cellphone screen showing mapping, messages, etc. when in reality you need to use a laptop to see the bulk of the info most parents would be looking for. That laptop also needs to be connected to the same wifi as the phone mspy is on, so if the phone is being used in a different location as the laptop, you want get realtime information. I requested a refund within hours of purchase - it's been days and I haven't heard a thing. Save your money and find a different product.

Two things would like to reveal.
1) mspy team would say that there will be no icon in the mobile phone but its false. There will be an icon with the name "update service". You can still hide it but any intelligent kid can find the hidden apps.
2) In android phones, you need to turn off the google play store scanning feature in order to run mspy. If you turn it on, play store will alert you about this mspy "update service" app. Again any intelligent kid can find this.
So, i would say this mspy will not 100% serve its purpose
It's unstable, support advised me to reinstall so many times and you know it's hard to get the target phone. Also even I followed all instructions some warnings kept showing. It was scary. I got a new active icon on top, it wasn't active before installing mspy. This icon can give this app away. Also you can never ever get a refund. Read the refund policy and will see no way to get a refund. It's a big big scam. I so much regret dealing with it.

This company is really a terrible company. Their website is misleading iOS users and their "compatibility list" is hard to find on their website. Website seems to tout all features work for Android as well as iOS. IT IS NOT TRUE. When I asked for a refund, they emailed back saying they could not proceed with the refund because it contradicts mSpy Refund Policy. This is a very shady company. If you purchase the mspy mobile app expect not to get your money back. I reached out for weeks to customer service requesting my money back and they denied me a refund. Don't waste your money on this app because after spending almost $200 is not worth it. Plus customer service will not help you they'll only piss you off more. There are alternative ways is to help guide you through the app and/or help you activate app. Instead of giving you your money back they'll find any way to keep the money and give you a BS excuse also forward you a hyper link to their refund policy. Again don't purchase mspy unless you want donate to them. SMH
This company likes to scam hard working working families out of their money! The program doesn't work. I cancelled it within 30 minutes and they refused to give us a refund or fix the technical issues. So I literally paid 140$ for the program and it doesn't work and they won't refund me no matter what!
They are misleading on their website! They won't answer your calls if you phone. They use any excuse they can to keep your money. We have a child with a disability and we work very hard for our money and this company was more than happy to steal it.

I purchased a 3 month subscription ~$89 without realizing my computer wasn't compatible to monitor the target device. I requested a cancellation and refund the day I purchased after finding out and was told that I would have to wait for their billing department to reach out to me after several business days. They say there is a guarantee, but they have so much carefully worded fine print, that they will NOT give your money back. They have completely lost my business and I will tell anyone that asks, do NOT get this product. Very dishonest tactics.
