The app would not work on my phone the day I ordered it, multiple attempts were made and then as requested I canceled the subscription through the billing portal. One year later I just got charged $199 for an app I never was even able to download on my phone. Even though I had canceled the subscription. Absolutely amazing that this can happen. I hope this company refunds my money, or I will go to the better Business bureau. This is not okay

Less than 24 hours later, I called to cancel my account, I didn't like their platform. I didn't even try the app and they categorically refused to reimburse me! I quite like this for my daughter's Android. It does what I need it to do. Expensive, but capable. The Apple devices are a nightmare and I requested a refund as I don't believe the limitations for Apple products are anywhere near transparent enough. My refund request is being denied so I have spend HUNDREDS of dollars to keep my kids safe from bullying, only to not even be able to use full functionality and then finding out the devices can't be jailbreak either. It's been a frustrating and difficult experience. So I'm warning people, especially Apple users, to STAY AWAY. I've never received such poor customer service. It's just plain greed. I won't be renewing at this stage.
I had an issue I had no idea how to fix, got in touch with them, Dolores Moore was very kind and went above and beyond to help me to fix it. She was very caring, patient, and detailed when explaining the many procedures I had to execute. I'm very happy, and most importantly, I'm resting easy now because I know she got my back.
Very disappointing experience. Most of the features didn't work, kept stalling and needed to be reinstalled. Customer care support was OK but didn't solve the problem. Was told in the end that I needed to buy a more expensive mobile for my kid so that the app could work properly! Wish I was told this before I paid the subscription. Now am trying to get my subscription returned which isn't easy suprise, suprise.
I received an email that my card was declined and to use another payment method. I used another card and the charge went through. Then they charged the original card as well. When I said I wanted one of the charged reversed they refused! Now I have two accounts and am out 400.00 for nothing.

I wished I had reviewed the reviews before. It did not work for the iPhone the way it was advertised. I was promised on the chat at the time of signing that there is no questions asked refund within 14 days of start of service, if I was not satisfied. After several email exchanges about the refund, it was clear to me they were not going to honor their word. Just gave me one option after the other.
