Do not install this on the device! It does not work properly at all. The setup has to be continuously updated on the target device and if you are trying to do this secretly which is the point of this app, you won't be able to! I paid the $199 fee to install this and now I can't use it as I installed on my daughter's phone (teenager). She is with me everyday and I don't want her to know that I am checking things. They said now we will need to get on a call with the target device so they can check the progress but I can not do this as this is not my phone again. Now they will not refund me when I can't even use it. I just threw $199 in the trash on this crap. Don't do it!

All they want is your money. Target phone or no Target phone it won't matter. It won't work. Even with iCloud username and password makes no difference and when I call customer service he actually said that I won't be able to see text or GPS location and the only way is if the Target phone is on the same WiFi network I'll be able to see text messages! What's the point than!

I purchased this software to monitor an Iphone 6, hooked it up to icloud and got everything working except the "update" feature for an Iphone that is not jailbroken is a joke. I can not see up to date text messages, in fact, i didn't get an update until noon the next day. Tried it out for 7 days, tried everything i could think of to get it to work and no luck. Then when i tried to get my money back, because they have a "10 day free trial" i was met with questions about what i did to trouble shoot and whether of not i connected the device properly. Its pretty damn simple to hook up an iphone since you just need access to the cloud. A $#*! could do it. This system sucks and the money back guarantee is a LIE. I did not receive my money back even though i asked twice... Before the 10 day period.

Kindly be informed that mSpy without jailbreak solution monitors your target iCloud account once you enter login credentials. It means that is simply downloads available information from iCloud. In case no new information was uploaded from the target iPhone to iCloud, mSpy will not be able to fetch any data.
The iCloud synchronization system works in a such way that the iPhone uploads all available data to the account once per 24 hours only when 3 conditions are met:
1. IPhone is not being used
2. IPhone is being charged
3. IPhone is connected to Wi-Fi

The product doesn't work on Snapchat, so within a couple of days, I requested a refund was sent an email saying my refund was forwarded to the refund department but never got one and they refuse to refund now. SCAM
Install is not easy - very complex. In order to install or have any questions answered they charge you an additional $59. After hours and hours of directions, the jailbreak feature was not supported on my phone X, 12 and 13! They would not offer a refund nor can you speak w/ anyone directly. They said it is not thier problem that my phone would not support the jailbreak process. So I purchased a product that only shows me the gps location of the phone - which I can do directly through apple. Customer service is terrible. Product is terrible. Do not buy.
