Highly recommend trying it! From the first day of use, it works awesome! I have all information from the target phone in my account. Updates come without any delay. AWESOME! Have a lot of benefits in a Premium mode, so I have no regrets to purchase it for a year.

A phony website that they must support directed me to them saying all I need was an "email" No physical contact and immediate payment was required. When I attempted to get help they weren't able to support me.

Father looking to keep tabs on my son. Purchased it only to find out that I have to Jailbreak my sons Iphone. My mistake for not seeing the small print disclaimer on the bottom of the on the second page. Discovered my "mistake" within 30 seconds of purchasing and tried to get a refund via their 800 number. They said I would have to request the refund in writing, which I did. Two day later they responded with a surprising "NO". Luckily I used my Am Ex and disputed it the minute I got off the phone the first day.

Mspy was nice enough to offer their software to me at a 40% discount after my email to them voicing my displeasure. "no refund, but we will offer you a discount on something you will never use". What a deal!

I have received two more emails asking for payment since my Am Ex stopped the payment. Right... let me get right on that.

If they are not hiding anything (excuse the pun) then print the fact about Jailbreaking on the front page and not the bottom of the order page.

You will be charged automatically every month unless you deactivate the the auto renewal service and then you will still be charged an additional month when you deactivate it! It is not as simple to install as they suggest especially if you have a virus protection on your phone and the help team take forever to actually "help" and are pretty much useless and will only refer you to the instruction, there is no way you'll be getting a refund if you cant install the product either! Don't waste your money!

Recovered deleted texts

I just misclicked and accidentally deleted an important message. Thankfully, mSpy's Keylogger feature has saved me from this nightmare twice now. It allows me to retrieve deleted messages with timestamps. Definitely a useful feature to have.

Hi guys, i must confess i just came across a reliable and incredible hacker who helped me track my cheating husband, you don't have to stress yourself anymore, if you have the strange feelings your husband or wife is cheating on you, be smart enough to contact him at iamcyberwizard101 at g (mail) com. You don't have to touch his phone or computer while you have access to his privacy/conversations ( Text Messages, Whatsapp, Facebook, IG, Snapchat, iMessage, Messenger) through the software he bought and install remotely on my phone, he also Retrieve your lost bitcoin from any wallet, i don't know how he did this but i think he's perfect at it. This company is NOT to be trusted. I have had ongoing difficulties retrieving information on device and after 2 days (pre-purchased 12 months - STUPID ME) I informed them I would like a refund as I was unable to navigate the program. I do not wish for this program and I have never used it. They will not provide it and their customer service is completely useless. They don't directly respond to questions, everything takes forever and it is my belief that the people responding don't understand English, which is very frustrating. I am forwarding all information to the Department of Fair Trading in Australia to find out our next step.

There are a lot of things that mspy helps me with. It gives me to understand my son better and it helps me keep track of him. It also helps me communicate with him more effectively. I would like to set the context first: my target phone was listed on their website as supported, i had 50GB free storage and a stable 5g wifi connection.
The app is causing lag, it does not save the conversations properly and it even mixes the message senders. After locking and unlocking whatsapp, it remained stuck and the website was saying "error contact support". After requesting a refund in less than 24 hours they rejected it saying that I have to talk to their tech support team and they will solve my problem. I have to mention that their billing team responds only once a week. This company is a scam.

Not perfect, but enough good

MSpy is alright. It's not perfect, but it gives me the info I need. The price is fair, considering what it offers. I just wish Twitter monitoring. But if you're just looking for a surveillance tool, it does the job.

Yesterday I purchased premium package but even keyloggers is not working from start, repeatedly called customer service but there is no resolution. They charged me 3 times for 1 subscription. Their chat feature acknowledged they were having problems installing software on iphones and they would extend my service 2 weeks. I asked for a refund because it didn't work. Plus I told them to refund the other two subscriptions that I did not authroize. They want me to pay to talk to someone on the phone. I have been waiting weeks. No response. Promises that billing will contact me and it doesn't happen.

When you install this app on the target phone you have to disable Google play protect well later on it sends a notification up at the top of the phone that says there is a harmful app that needs to be uniinstalled, if it's done then you wasted money and time. And there is no Way to stop Google play protect from deleting M spy app...

You will not get a refund either
