Don't waste your money. I put app on target phone, worked 15 minutes. Then I was told the phone had got stuck so I had to send a text to the target phone and include ******* in the text and that would unlock it. Didn't work. I was then told to load it on target phone again so I tried and it said my registration code was invalid. I asked for refund and after 3 weeks was told no refunds.

They will simply lie about the tech capabilities. Told me that it can record phone calls (they don't), that there is no need for rooting (there is) and sold me their Family package as it should be a superior one, which surpassingly I will not need rooting with it (and it doesn't) + charged me with 3 different charges and refused to credit me...

Installing the app may require some patience, as it takes a while. In my case, I had to reach out to the support service. However, the wait is worth it as the app offers a vast array of features. I highly recommend it.

Dont fall for it like we all have. They have so many back systems in order for you to get your money back even when their system is a problem. When they cant answer your question that is valid for a refund, they simply dont reply back until the refund time goes off. The $#*!tiest thing ever!
