I looked in to this mspy because of a chance to win money. When I got to this mspy section I selected no thanks and 4 days later I was charged 189 dollars taken from my account. I contacted the company just to get the same response of their billing team is looking into it. This happened 4 days before June 1st and it's now the 26th and still not a response of me getting my money back. I never filled out any personal information I never agreed to sign up for this service. I don't have customer ids no login information because I never signed up for it and not 1 person from there actually is willing to help me

Out of 577 whatsapp messages over 36 hours exactly 10 (TEN) were logged. That is 1.73%. I was fed the BULLSH! T line that I have to give it more time (how much really?), poorinternet connection (wifi and 3G+) etc.

No jailbreaks can only be retrieved every 24 hours and often there are 12 hour service outages. I have belonged for four days and there have been 4. Three in a row which made it inaccessible for 36 hours. I do not know about other consumers but people who buys this I am assumming need information faster than that. It also doe not get deleted anything so looking at the target phone does the same ting once a day. Apparently there are many features I have yet to learn to access which is indeed due in part to my ignorance of the software but also largely it is due to a not very user friendly site. If I can learn how to make it more real time and easier I would stay but right now it was a waste of 53. Dollars

Please, be informed that usage of no-jailbreak solution means that you can download information from target iCloud. As you understand information in iCloud directly depends on backup of the device. IPhone usually backs up when connected to a Wi-Fi and power source, it is a restriction made by Apple. That is why without jailbreak you can only get information once in 24 hours after backup is done on the device. There is no other system that can do that faster using iCloud.

This company practices deceptive bait and switch practices. The website shows that there is full functionality for both Android and iPhone, but iPhones are not able to keylog or show browser history. If you reach out to tech support, they are aware. Then they make a big deal of offering you a thirs party app to do those things "for feel but only while your phone and the target phone are on the same wifi network. The. When, a day after purchase, you request your $17 be returned, you get a copy-and-paste reply stating that they will not refund because it is a "personal choice" to not use their flawed product. There are better options that actually do what you think mSpy does. Buyer beware!

I was totally, unimpressed, from the working, of this app, it's a scam! And they didn't show, any of the necessary information, that I needed from the other device. I was referred, to the service of a more reliable, company that provided me with all the information, that I needed. Including texts, calls, emails, locations, and other information, that I needed. Just d. M them on Instagram.-Vaultspy_... they're good, and great at this..

The software is RUBBISH!
I regreted so much that I attempted twice to use mspy since it failed me once in my first subscription. The software doesn't update its data accurately nor does it regularly. After using it for a day, the system is disconnected from my target device. When I emailed for solution, I was advised to reinstall the software. What the hell, how could I get the phone back for hours to reinstall as I had given it out as a gift to my bf. Mspy rejected my request of refund because I had my first subscription refunded. Well, none of them have ever worked to be honest.
Instead, I have tried Flexispy, its not perfect but pretty reliable.

Mspy is rubbish and a waste of my time and money.

You do need the target phone don't let these sites lie to you.

They are horrible when it comes to communication

Refund hilarious, just wasiting your time

They are scamming you, really! If you want services canceled they will "Freeze" them till you are ready to use services again at that point you might as well just get a new card number before you get charged again.

Mspy is a valuable tool

Invaluable line of defense to my kids and danger. I can be that boundary that making sure my children are insulated from even one more threat. I did have one technical issue but Henry Wright solved it. AWESOME PRODUCT

I wanted to purchase Myspy to monitor everything on my daughters phone. Come to find out with an iPhone 7 you can monitor very little. I asked for a refund and were told they would not refund me. Since I couldnt get a refund I tried to get this service to work. No luck there either. I spent hours with technical support, TEXTING because you can NOT speak to someone on the phone. Many times they would not answer my questions and would disconnect our conversation and then I would start over with someone and STILL not get help. I called the number and asked again for a refund and was denied again. Now I am out $200 and have no service! Terrible company DO NOT waste your time. I had TeenSafe years ago and never had an issue I should have went with them again!

I purchased for iPhone and after installing did not have all the features listed in their front page if website. I immediately uninstalled and contacted them for refund. They refused refund and said I would need to jailbreak the phone. That's ridiculous. Who has access to a phone to perform those steps when the whole concept is to "spy" on it and not be suspicious. Jail breaking an iPhone is insane. I went back and forth with them snd all they offered was an extension of time for me to try to get the phone and jailbreak it. I'm super unhappy and told them to get lost. Be very careful as they will not work with you on any refund even if it's within 24 hours of your purchase!

Too many flaws
August 16, 2022

Too many flaws. GPS is supposed to show location every 5min. Sometimes it takes more than 45min. It has nothing to do with the GPS or satellite problems.
Facebook messenger does not display the time it was typed properly.
They help centre is automated, always sends you the same answers.
Keylogg is not accurate. Mises parts.
The updates are not real time. It can take over one hour to see updates.
There's more, but I'm not typing everything here...

I purchased this and the extra support after being told by the sales rep followed by the tech support that the target phone could be rooted. After the purchase I contacted tech support to have them set it up for me and was then told that it could not be rooted.
I immediately asked for a refund in less than 24 hours after purchase. They do not give refunds no matter what even after it was THEM that told me the target phone could be rooted and it couldn't. Being rooted is the ONLY reason for my purchase, otherwise I would not have messed with it. I have not even been able to use the product and with all this still didn't get a refund. I do not recommend based on my experience.

They lie in their marketing and signup. The product DOES NOT WORK AS ADVERTISED unless the phone is rooted. If you have a contract, it only somewhat works. And even then, its spotty at best. You can't see proper groupings, you really dont get images, videos, screen recordings, etc... It's not a good experience and only gives a small picture. And you know what? If they would have said "Requires phone rooting for refund", I would have left it alone. But they don't. They offer a money back guarantee. And guess what, they lied. I have just had the run around saying they will pause my sub, they will give me tech support, etc... But No refund because I refuse to root. I CANT ROOT. ITS ON A CONTRACT FOR 18 MORE MONTHS. DO NOT use this company. Just don't.

I fell for the scam. Very nice looking website, read through all of their caveats to ensure I met all of the criteria, I had physical access to the phone, knew my daughters passwords and icloud password, not jailbroken etc. Once they had my money, within 5 minutes it was obvious it wasn't going to work. Began a chat dialogue immediately and was told by support that it wasn't going to work as expected yet, but just give them 3 months as they were still developing it. Needless to say when I filed immediately for an immediate refund it was denied. I am taking this up with my credit card company to deny the charge as the goods/services were not as advertised. I will also be reporting this to the BBB.

If you believe the positive reviews aren't paid for and fake then I guess nothing will change your mind.

I bought this to monitor my daughters phone. Their website states "no jailbreak required." After I purchased it, I couldn't install it because two factor authentication was turned on. I called Apple to disable it, but was told it could not be disabled. I emailed mspy the same day I purchased this for a refund. I was told I could not be refunded because it is possible to put the software on the phone if I jailbreak it, even though their website states no jailbreak required. If you're looking for a program to monitor a phone I suggest Bark or webwatcher. I did free trials of both and they both worked without any problems. Their customer service was great too. The bark was easier to use, but the webwatcher caught deleted text messages so I chose to keep that program.

Issues w apple phones!
Kept wanting me to change ID to pull text msgs...
Hassle so asked for refund after accepting 2x support. Said they fixed problem did not.
Does not work w apple products due to security apple uses.

Buyer beware
July 15, 2022

Contrary to what is advertised on their website, many of the features do not work on an iPhone unless you jailbreak the phone, which leaves it open to the installation of malware and viruses. They did offer technical assistance to jailbreak the iPhone, but refused to offer a refund of the software because I chose not to jailbreak the phone.
