I had an issue installing the application, the options to resolve the issue were to pay another $40 for help or contact customer service in chat. When I contacted customer in chat they could not access my account because I had not been charged. They told me I would not be charged. I then re ieved a charge and when I asked for a refund was told no because it did not fall in the parameters of thier refund policy. When I explained the situation I was again told no. I never used the service and I was told I would not be charged,so I am unsure how being told I would not be charged and then being charged is my fault. This company has 55 unresolved complaints which is clearly an issue. I would never recommend this company to anyone. There are several other options who even offer a free trail. Not money to start and then charge you money for help and lie to you.
After installing the app, the app lagged, took over 24 hours to update and most times I didn't recieve updates to sms, and social media. When I did get messages, they were repeated and out of order. I contacted support and was told to Uninstall then reinstall the app. This was needed several times. I was also instructed to send the target phone a message that has ******* to refresh the app. All of this was needed and the app continued to get delayed, repeated messages. And most times no updates at all. I paid for 3 months and was able to use the app successfully for a week. Support told me I could not get a refund but I could just freeze the account until I was ready to use it again. They could do nothing for the bad service or to fix the issue.

I cannot believe mspy is still in business! I even had the iPhone login credentials and they still couldn't even give me something as basic as location let alone anything else. The only information I got from M5 was the one contact that was on the phone. No text messages, no location, no apps, nothing else! Mspy is the biggest rip-off app I have ever encountered and they better give me my money back. I called to cancel my subscription and get a refund and I have to wait for two business days to get an email about if my refund is approved. They better hope my refund is approved! Do not trust this company they do nothing they say they can do!
This company is a scam! They advertise to give you access to social media apps but the fail to inform you that you must jailbreak the phone to get access to the information. Then they refuse to give you money back!
Not cool. Thankfully, mSpy's notification on incoming texts while driving caught my teenager red-handed. Had a good conversation about distracted driving and put a swift stop to that nonsense.
Purchased this software with high hopes but unfortunately there are lots of issues with it. First and most important issue is their log update for locations, text messages etc. No mater what the time interval you set, they do not update the logs sometimes for 24 hours or more. Customer service is NOT good. They know the problem so they give you runarounds. If you want a good tracking and timely updates of text messages, locations etc THIS IS NOT THE ONE you want.

For example, in case during couple update intervals there is no active Internet connection on your target device the logs would not be updated to your account. Which sounds reasonable since the main requirement is an Internet connection (the application doesn't activate it by default, it only scans the device for Wi-Fi or 3G/4G Internet). At the same time, there's nothing you should worry about because mSpy application will keep all fetched logs until it gets connected to our system. It means that none of fetched data will be lost! Myspy is terrible they say thete services allow you to track someone's phone without there knowledge. But what they don't tell you until you pay for there over priced monthly subscription is you have to steal the person phone your trying to track for ten minutes so you can turn certain settings off in that person's phone. So you try to cancel your subscription and have your money refunded because you literally just opened the account and haven't used their service because you can't steal the other person's phone they tell you even though you just signed up and haven't used there services they won't refund or cancel your subscription because it's your fault that you can't steal the person's phone your trying to track for ten minutes get in to it and mess with the settings. This services is a rip off and terrible I wouldn't suggest it to anyone.

I have purchased an annual premium subscription for an iPhone. The dashboard didn't work from the beginning, while I followed all the installation steps. No data. Called the help desk many times and told me that the dashboard isn't working indeed and that i have to use an itunes alternative called anytrans. This is not the product i purchased, and it looks like i purchased a license for this anytrance. I am trying to get a refund but every time they try to sell me a new cheap product. The website seemed legit, and reading the reviews on the website make it seem like a good app. The phone I tried to get this for is an iPhone 6s. It states on the website that you can monitor SMS text messaging on non-jailbrolen iPhones. What they don't tell you is that you cannot do the monitoring from their app. They will invite you to let them take control of your computer to download a secondary program so you can monitor SMS texting on the target iPhone. Additionally, they will then attempt to access your AppleID on a daily basis from a foreign based computer. Long story short, don't waste your money on this app, no matter how much of a discount they try to give you.
