ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE, SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK AND THEY WON'T REFUND
I purchased this as their website said you dont need physical contact with the phone as I had the icloud details. I put the software on and it didnt work. Contacted customer service they said icloud backup needed to be activated. I told them it was.It still didnt work. After going back and forth they just said you need to dusable the two factor authentication or set up new apple ID. Told them this is not possible. Instead of refunding me they put account on hold said they were doing testing itd be done in few weeks. I didnt hear anhthing so I contacted them and got same standard response. Months passed by. Ive been emailing over and over seeking refund and I was told it doesnt matter whats on their website the T and Cs say you need to have to be able to disable the 2 factor authorisation. It didnt matter that I actually put the software on properly and had back up on and it shouldve worked they just said you cant disable it so no refund.

I bought this recently, and I have to admit, it's been functioning quite effectively.
I just wanted to share my experience. BUYER BEWARE - SCAM
I spoke with Alex Graham in the sales department.
Alex reassured me that one app, one installation, will track everything in this "package" in real time on a browser dashboard.
This was completely false.
In fact, I have to use MSPY (only tracks location, literally nothing else), AnyTrans and iTunes as well as hook the phone up to my PC and wait 20 minutes for a technician to install and setup a simple app for me? Oh yeah, nothing updates in real time either (even the location tracker stopped working after I complained about the service, but my account is still active.) The backup messages and photos will only update once per day (if that even works, I dont even know yet... it has been weeks dealing with this.)
I was disgruntled that I was misled, contacted customer service and they upgraded my plan to a "lifetime" account due to this.
I was ok with this resolution, until they would not activate my AnyTrans account (which they said was included in my package)
This is absolutely ridiculous. AnyTrans, as you know, is a very simple iTunes backup application.
Why would I ever have to let someone else remotely access my pc to install this?
It seemed like she just didn't want to tell me that they were going to crack the program instead of just giving me the license key or something.
I messaged back a few days later and they provided me the key.
Why would they try to get a "technician" to access my pc without providing this? RED FLAG
I even had a customer service rep tell me "I don't have time for this." Absolutely unacceptable.
