I WAS LATE DOING THOROUGH RESEARCH. WHEN I READ THE REVIEWS I REALIZED THAT IT WAS NOT WHAT I WANTED AND CANCELED MY ORDER IN LESS THAN 24 HOURS. THEY TOLD ME THAT IT HAD ALREADY BEEN SHIPPED EVEN THOUGH THEIR RECORDS SAID THAT WAS A LIE. NOW MONEY IS LOST WITH NO HOPE OF RECOVERY.

They sent me two when i only order one as well. Their advertising states that there are no contracts which to me means no monthly fees to use the device; however, AFTER you make the purchase, they let you know that you will need to pay $40/month so I called customer service to cancel before they shipped. I also sent TWO separate emails to them attempting to cancel BEFORE they shipped. They shipped any way and when i received a return merch auth, their return address is Lithuania rather than the guy "Jerry" in california who sent it to me. The cost to ship these things to Lithuania is nearly as much as the cost of the TWO (not one that I ordered) that they shipped me. I'm contacting the FTC to report shady business practices. Do not buy this device! The Ryoko device is not compatible with US networks. You cannot stream US networks. Device is also slow. No refunds allowed.

It's not only its fluidity but also the ease of wearing it anywhere. As a freelancer, it helps me a lot, especially with my travels. I need a very good 24/7 connection. It is practical, and its sharing area is very impressive.

I recently tried the Muama Ryoko portable Wi-Fi router and had a mixed experience. Here are my thoughts:

Pros:

Portability: The device is compact and lightweight, making it easy to carry while traveling.
Ease of Use: Setting up the Muama Ryoko was straightforward, and the instructions were clear.
Global Coverage: It supports SIM cards from various countries, which is handy for international travel.

Cons:

Speed: The internet speed was inconsistent. In some locations, it worked well, but in others, it struggled to maintain a stable connection.
Battery Life: The battery life was shorter than expected. It required frequent recharging, which was inconvenient during long days out.
Cost: While the device itself is reasonably priced, the data plans can be expensive, especially if you need a lot of data.

This product claimed to work in 110 countries when I bought it in January, including Antigua and Barbuda. Well I traveled to Antigua on January 30th and stayed until March 1st. The product didn't work, not once, not in the city not in the country. Now I checked the website upon my return, now it says it works in 38 countries. It did work in Canada before I left so maybe it works in countries like the USA, CANADA and places in EUROPE. I cannot recommend it for travel to places like the Caribbean. The hype is a SCAM, beware of your expectations.

I lag at times during my online class because other members of the family use our wifi. Decided to get me this portable wifi, for those days when connection becomes difficult, I have a back-up. Been using it and so far, so good.

A week after the order date, I received the device. It was an effortless transaction.The translator continues to perform well as expected.During setup, I got confused, but their support team was excellent in instructing me. Everything is working perfectly now, kudos!

This thing is great. Most people will buy this for business or travel, but I've been using it as my primary internet. After some confusion on my end during the initial set up, customer service was kind enough to assist me and make it work. Reliable device and speedy connection.

The signal strength is great for such a small dongle. I've been using this almost everyday since I purchased and it's the best! It has fast internet, downloads are great too...I'm happy with this product. Though there may be times when I've had some minor issues, like password or connecting problems, their customer service was quick to help every time, and within mins I got answers. Reliable and recommendable!

Got it after 12 days from date of order. Transaction was smooth. The translator works well as expected. Had a confusion during set-up but their customer support did well in helping me out. All smooth now, thanks!

Ordered this wifi router and tested it for a number of days. It's been stable for our home and no issues at all. Great range and true speed throughout our house. The setup was easy, it took about 5-7 minutes.

This was a great buy. On trips, I connect surprisingly easily, connecting through a website or whatever method the provider uses. The connection sticks; I don't find myself having to reconnect. At home I repurpose it as an additional wireless access point.

Ryoko is one of the most versatile devices I've used. There's a solid range of internet strength that is literally useful in any part of the world. This will make traveling and experiencing new countries/cultures so much easier.

Ryoko is my thing! I needed a way to make sure I could be in contact with clients by email whilst travelling. This is not too expensive, I could top it up as and when required and its small. Best of all it did its job for me.

A reliable device to provide internet service on the go. This makes a good alternative or back-up for people on-the-go like me. I love this and I always take this with me. Ryoko has performed well, smooth connection most of the time. Tried to connect to a maximum of 4 devices and performance was still okay.
