Mudify

Got each part of my lift separately and was worried when I didn't get certain parts. I emailed customer service and they responded quickly that the rest was on the way. Lift is in good shape. Nothing messed up in transit.

Great customer service. All my questions were answered before the sale by someone who knew what they were talking about when it comes to off-road vehicles.Received my order way before the expected delivery date. I would highly recommend buying from Mudify

Everything turned out great... but, there is a bit of room for improvement which would save customer's and Mudify employees some time.
An email from shipping listing the number of boxes coming would have prevented me from from contacting service to say my rear springs and front coil overs were missing. Then, when they provided the tracking number for the rest of the order, it would have been great to know that there really were 2 tracking numbers. After I received the next box containing my front coil overs, I had to contact service again because I didn't have the rear springs. Service found another tracking number for the rear springs. If only I had all 3 of these in the beginning, we all could have been more efficient and less stressed. But you guys were courteous and prompt with the service and for that, I am grateful.

Was waiting on a return call or email from a suspension expert to help me choose the correct springs for my FJ. No one ever reached out to me. Did some research on line and forums and luckily choose a good fitment for my truck. Thank you.

I went to Mudify to order the OME nitro charger kit for my 2021 4runner. I ordered the medium rear springs intentionally, but they sent the light rear springs. I was told they sent the light springs for that kit but why give the customer a choice of spring tension if they are going to send what they think the customer will need?!?!?! Miguel stated he would send a return label but it's been quite some time already and have not received. Definitely not buying from them again and buyer beware.

Ordered 2 weeks ago. Took a week with no confirmation so I got a hold of Mudify to be told Bilstein suspension parts were on back order but could use ome for replacement. Told them yes. Took another week for all my parts to trickle in and the front struts were not pre loaded as they were supposed to be when I talked to the rep on the phone.

Entire transaction, start to finish with Mudify was a pleasure. Decided to put a lift kit on my Tacoma and wasn't sure which to go with. I called and spoke with Joel and he asked me a lot for questions and helped me pick the best setup. Everything arrived quickly and the install went smooth. The one kit made my truck awesome, big improvement over stock TRD off-road.
Would not hesitate to do business again.

Was unable to find the specific replacement old man emu shocks for my truck on any other site as they had been a discontinued product, mudify also shipped it out fast and had great customer service when I couldn't find a tracking number.

Everything showed up as expected. Only thing was the front shock packaging was a bit damaged but the shocks were fine inside. Probably just moved around a bit in box. No big deal just letting you guys know.

Most of my suspension was stolen by the courier, fortunately I purchased shipping insurance. The service was quick to reship the parts, and the advisors give you good advice on the parts you may need.

Ordering was easy, shipping was super quick. Package showed up on time. I don't know anything about their customer service because it was never needed

I thought this company was a joke and not legit.
Was super skeptical but it was worth it. Good customer service reps and quick to replying any questions needing answers.
Got my parts same week

Shipping was shockingly fast, especially all the way up to Alaska. Customer service was quick to provide me with a tracking number for the last item in my order. Will definitely order from again

We realized long after our initial shipment that part of the order was missing. Mudify's support team was incredibly helpful and processed things quickly.

I had a few shipping issues, not at the fault of mudify, but their customer service reps were quick to reply and set things straight. I can't wait to get my new lift installed.

Customer service was very helpful over the phone. Front shocks in my order were out of stock and would have taken 6 weeks to get in. They helped switch front shocks to a different model no problem

FedEx botched shipping as usual. I called Mudify afterhours and they rectified the situation immediately. My order was reshipped overnight and arrived the very next morning.

Mudify quickly shipped my order and it arrived on time for an install. Great customer support when I was trying to get the tracking number, I'll certainly buy from them again!

Good price but didn't know it was only one leaf spring ant first. Ther then that they com in pretty quick, Also the customer service is then best I've had.
