Excellent customer service. Delivery took a few extra days but I think that was a carrier issue. I did have to follow up as the order was split into 3 shipments that all had different tracking info. No big deal and overall very satisfied thus far. Thanks
Ordered 2 weeks ago. Took a week with no confirmation so I got a hold of Mudify to be told Bilstein suspension parts were on back order but could use ome for replacement. Told them yes. Took another week for all my parts to trickle in and the front struts were not pre loaded as they were supposed to be when I talked to the rep on the phone.
Arrived with all components still in box. Not bad for heavy items.

I received all the items but the second box was torn to shreds. Horrible attempt at a secondary "tape job" and all of the styrofoam inside the box was mangled as heck. Both of the boxes for the springs that were inside the shipping box were ripped open and had foam everywhere.

From beginning with the information about shipping to Europe/Austria and the confirmation that all items (springs and shocks) are labeled with the expected OME number., till the fast shipping, all worked perfect.
In case nobody in austria can sell such items, I will chosse the same way with Mudify again.

So far I've had a great experience with Mudify - Miguel and I had a chat for something like 30-40 mins over the weekend about suspension upgrades for my 4R, and he gave me a lot of great information that led me to purchase the OME UCAs. I received them quickly and safely. They seem to be very well made as Miguel had advised, and I'll very likely purchase the OME BP-51 or MT-64 suspension as well as a result (leaning towards BP-51s). I ordered a OME 3" package for my FJ CRUISER and it came very quickly I call ed to find out why the front struts were delayed and was informed that they were routed for assembly (which I had requested and paid for DUH). They arrived that Sunday! Just 2 days after the rest of the order. Perfect!

Showed up like it was dragged behind the delivery truck. Great customer service though. I don't know why you wouldn't wrap the leaf springs with some cardboard and the syranwrap them

Everything came as expected but it came one box at a time, over a week. It could have been the location of the parts or fed ex.

There was a quality control issue with one of the OME upper control arms. The part was replaced in a somewhat timely manner.
Truck Rides Great and is very capable now. Probably rides better than stock. Could be new tires but it really does ride nice and much more body control.
Eddie was great to work with through the QC issue.
I would recommend working with these guys.
Was informed by Mr. Wheels that struts would be assembled in house and shipped to me, simply bolt on new assembly, no perch mounts sent and rear blocks were 1" instead of 2" as stated. Disappointed to say the least
Everything went great. But I did have a small scare. I receive emails that both packages had been delivered when only one had. You guys were closed on the weekend so I went the whole weekend thinking that the package had been stolen or lost
I came back from my camping trip with the great relief of seeing them on the porch. Thought You should know

The process seems a bit disconnected. They couldn't answer online, they didn't call back as they stated. It took a day to make contact who stated they would send tracking information, which didn't happen and two days later it arrived. So you'll get it, you just won't know when...
