Ordered 2 weeks ago. Took a week with no confirmation so I got a hold of Mudify to be told Bilstein suspension parts were on back order but could use ome for replacement. Told them yes. Took another week for all my parts to trickle in and the front struts were not pre loaded as they were supposed to be when I talked to the rep on the phone.
Good service and fast shipping so far so good. Some of the parts were a little poorly packaged from old man emu, but seems legit. I install next week.
These guys have the best customer service, they helped me with all my questions, and were really patient with every peculiar request I had. I recommend them 100%
I had questions of the specifications of the Old Man Emulift for Tacoma with the Nitrocharger shocks and medium load springs. I received quick answers and the rep even took the time to discuss diff drops and carrier bearing angles!

I ordered my OME BP-51's from Mudify and I couldn't be happier. Fast shipping and the customer service I received regarding any questions was outstanding! Mudify took care of my and they'll definitely keep me as a customer!
I ordered all parts needed to lift my GX470. Not all parts arrived and when I brought this to Mudify's attention they acted as if this was my fault and I had to jump through hoops before they would ship me the missing parts.

I wanted to share my experience with Mudify, as it highlights the importance of doing thorough research before making a purchase. I decided to purchase a suspension kit for my vehicle from them, but unfortunately, it did not go smoothly. The kit was shipped in three separate shipments, and during the final shipment, I realized that an item was missing.
After paying $960 for installation, I discovered that the rear springs were longer, causing my vehicle to be 2" taller in the rear. I contacted customer service, and they confirmed that the wrong part had been sent. They assured me that they would ship the correct size springs, but unfortunately, they sent the wrong set of springs for the second and third time.
I finally received the correct set of springs and have an appointment to have them installed, but I now have to pay an additional $460 to replace the rear shocks. I emailed customer service to explain the situation and requested compensation for the additional charge, but I haven't received a response yet.
My experience with Mudify has been frustrating, and I hope that sharing it will help others make informed decisions when considering purchasing from them. It's important to remember that not every company operates the same, and doing research beforehand can save a lot of time, money, and stress.

Mudify got my lift kit to me here on the Big Island, fast and less than what everyone else quoted. It was exactly what I ordered and working out great.
I wasn't aware modify doesn't assemble their own shocks which made much shocks come in later then the rest of my stuff. Also my everything came on different days which was annoying

Parts are parts, right? In fact, the cost is pretty much the same anywhere you look. It's not necessarily the parts you're buying from a vendor bur it's the overall experience. The customer support, the shipping, etc. Well, in my opinion, Mudify nails it. Here are the things that stood out:
- Their lift kit picker was really helpful. The graphical representation of the kit options was awesome. I liked the way they guided me through the process and made it EASY for a 4x4 n00b like myself to make the right decisions without being totally overwhelmed by choice like I felt with other vendors. This was honestly the #1 reason I went with Mudify was because of this experience.
- I did place a call to their sales service prior to making my purchase and the rep was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He knew what he was talking about and was able to quickly answer my questions and guide me properly.
- The shipping was quick and exceeded my expectations. I ordered on a Thursday before a holiday weekend and the parts were at my mechanic's place 3 business days later. Best part is that everything was as expected. No missing parts and a few hours later the suspension was built and installed and my truck looks and drives perfectly.
I will totally order from these guys again. They won my loyalty. Highly recommend.

Extremely impressed with the Mudify website and the excellent customer service I received from Joel. I am in the process of upgrading my 2012 Jeep JKU and the stock suspension would need to be upgraded in order to support a Roof Top Tent as well as some other upgrades. The Mudify website was awesome, I knew I wanted to go with Old Man Emu just wasn't sure which one I would need. I went to the full lift kits and there is a picture of a Jeep, as you select different options it starts adding things like a RTT, Front and Rear Bumper and then recommends which kit will support that extra weight. I then called spoke with Joel asked a few additional questions and ordered my kit. Can't say enough good things about this company!

Everything that arrived, came utterly destroyed, no packing paper or anything, just whatever you ordered, in a box free to move around and get destroyed by FedEx. Shocks arrived with chipped paint( due to poor shipping) one of my leaf springs is lost and hasnt arrived yet, so I can't even install my lift. A bolt is missing off the strut since the packaging was so poor, box broke open and they didn't screw the nut on tight enough so it fell out in transit.
After being in contact, and talking with mudify, they did refund me $100, to make up for damaged leaf spring, they also sent out another leaf spring to replace the one that was lost, only for the new one to show up just as damaged as the first one. Mudify can blame it on FedEx all they want, but that just means they need to package better to compensate for it. I won't do business with mudify again because of this experience. Even if it was truly FedEx to blame, obviously the FedEx in their area are incompetent and I would like things I order to arrive, and to arrive undamaged.
