Excellent customer service. Delivery took a few extra days but I think that was a carrier issue. I did have to follow up as the order was split into 3 shipments that all had different tracking info. No big deal and overall very satisfied thus far. Thanks
Ordered 2 weeks ago. Took a week with no confirmation so I got a hold of Mudify to be told Bilstein suspension parts were on back order but could use ome for replacement. Told them yes. Took another week for all my parts to trickle in and the front struts were not pre loaded as they were supposed to be when I talked to the rep on the phone.
Came super fast and was exactly what I was searching for.
Bought an ARB ZERO fridge 73qt. Everything came in tact, process was smooth and delivery was quick. Price was better than anyone else. Will definitely buy from Mudify again!
My leaf spring was lost in the mail by FedEx and Mudify took care of me and got me out a new leaf spring the next business day. Great people to work with!

Mudify was a great company! I ordered to Canada and it came in good time and the staff got back to any emails and questions right away! Great service.

Ordered on a Thursday. Then within a couple of hours a Mudify representative called to make sure the part perfectly fit my vehicle. Then my part arrived on that Sunday. I am very impressed.

Shipping was fast. However Ups damaged the box the front coil overs were in and one shock mount nut was missing due to the box wide open. Easy to replace, no fault to Mudify.
Great service! They contacted me to confirm my order for my specific vehicle, two days later my order was at my house.
I would definitely recommend Mudify.

1. My initial purchase in July 2022 of the Old Man Emi Heavy Duty Suspension Kit for my 2011 Toyota Tundra cost $1639. 98 did NOT include the required shackles which additionally costs $305. There was a "hiccup" with the Mudify website and it did not include the required shackles in the initial invoice. Mudify sales had to send me an additional invoice for the shackles. I was NOT happy!
2. When the suspension kit was installed by my mechanic, it was discovered that the shackle kit was missing a grease fitting. I'm still trying to get Mudify customer service to send me one. Update: They won't send me a missing part that costs less than $10.
3. I asked back in July if I would need to replace the upper control arms and Mudify sales said that I would not need them. Well, it turns out that I did! You cannot adjust the camber without aftermarket control arms. I had to purchase an Icon UCA kit for an additional $807. I again was NOT happy!
In my opinion, I could've purchased a better kit with the total price of $2,751.98.
This has been one costly and frustrating experience (monetarily and time).
If you plan on purchasing this kit, beware of the hidden costs.
I would do more research and buy a better kit for $2,751.98!
I will NOT be buying again from Mudify after all the frustration they've caused with this purchase.
The cheap price UNTIL all the required additional kits (shackle and UCA) were added to the final price!
