Negative 5 rating for SUPER PC/Multi-Monitors.com. I have reviewed the formal complaints and have had the same issues over the last two years. Ultimately Super PC has shorted my org 9 monitors and associated Racking.
They have been providing excuses for two years, making promises of additional product to make up for their ineptness, but just like the complaints filed with the BBB, they have not delivered on any of those. This is their mode of operation.
As of July, 2021, they simply stopped responding to emails and voicemails, as they never answer the phone. They tried to say it was related to COVID but clearly this has been going on for much longer as noted by the review below.
Company operates like a scam and I am posting here as a review and anywhere I can to make sure others are aware of the scam. Clearly complaining to the BBB simply results in more empty promises and misdirection.
Tip for consumers:
Run away quickly. The company is a scam.
Products used:
Simply purchase the displays and controller at Walmart. You can buy these controllers through MicroCenter as well.
