So so so terrible service, I tried many way to cancel by calling, online, email before 24hours, but they don't help. They behave like cheating. So be careful to order online with them.
This site is amazing for anti aging skin care products. The site is very easy to use. If you have a specific skin concern like wrinkles or age spots, you can search for products based on your needs. Their products make a huge difference. It is also great that they show hundreds of reviews for their products, so you know the experience of others before purchasing. This site is a godsend.
Great products and I especially like their acne clearing line. I have sold these products for years and my clients have always enjoyed them. You can buy them locally through sephora and professional estheticians may also sell them. They even sell "skin vitamins" which are supplements designed to help the appearance of the skin.
Better to purchase at a retailer in person. I ordered the infusion oil from murad.com and another product and used a $50 off coupon. The infusion oil did not work with my skin and made me break out. I contacted customer service to setup a return - I have to pay for the return shipping/insurance and they applied the coupon to that product only so I'm now paying full price for the product I am keeping because the oil was the cheaper of the two. All I got from customer service is an apology for the inconvenience - I'll take my customer loyalty elsewhere.
How can they deceive the public calling a toxic product "environmental shield, Detox mosturizer"?
It is full of toxic ingredients, synthetics, EDTA, TitaniumDioxide amongst 30 other damaging things that literally burnt my eyes just by being near them and smelled as if I melted a babbarbie and used the melted wax on my face. This product should be removed from the market. It will cause skin cancer for sure.
They don't guarantee deliveries on time. I paid 30$ for an overnight delivery. I spoke to a guy and said it will be delivered on a Monday since i ordered it on. A Friday. I said that's fine as long as its on Monday. Guess what? I only had one item delivered today(Monday) and i don't have any tracking YET for my 2 other orders. They're giving me a discount for the next order but this will be my last time purchasing from them. This is supposed to be my present for mothers day. I wanted my orders not discount. At least refund my shipping fee for lying that it will be delivered overnight!

Can you imagine you were hung up in the middle of a phone call with an operator. I was just asking if i can get a price match and the operator got my order number and hang up the phone call. I was like ok it could be an accident. So I called again and it happened again! I could not believe it at all. I would never ever ever buy anything from them ever again. Just terrible!
I tried their 30 day acne control and it gave me a chemical burn. This shiz is trash, my skin hurt so bad, looked like an angry tomato, and now it itches like crazy a week later. SAVE YOUR MONEY AND SANITY, buy something more natural and not such a ripoff for TINY products. It's a shame, I used to use their acne gel years ago, with no issues, seems like they just care about money now. Murad will surely make you oh so sad.

I ordered almost $200 worth of product and used the wrong coupon code. I immediately called to cancel the order and after a long wait was told it was cancelled and to reorder on the website with the correct code. So I did. Only it was not cancelled. I tried through email and their online chat to get it cancelled and they couldn't so now I have two almost identical orders and almost $400 of product. I asked if they could refund me for return shipping and even though this was their blunder they will not. The people I talked to on the phone were almost impossible to understand and I'm not exaggerating their English was very very bad. The whole experience is awful and I will never ever order from this company again.
I think perricone is better - Saw this site and it seems like the same stuff perricone sells. I think the perricone stuff that I use is probably better, but if anyone has used both and thinks Murad is better please let me know.
I always loved the Murad line but the customer service is Non-existent. I am an esthetician and purchased a serum to test. The bottle has a design flaw, its a two part system, and the one tube FALLS OUT the bottom of the bottle where there is an opening. I contacted the design dept and sent photos and they told me to contact customer service. I tried email, phone, online chat... at one point they even asked for my address to send replacement product. That was July 16th. It is now Sept 23rd and I STILL can't get any help. I will no longer be buying anything from this company. Im so sorry it was sold and no longer the company it once was.
I am a good customer and have spent a lot of money with Murad. I generally like the products however the customer service is terrible. I called to return a product because it is too thick and caused me to breakout. I was informed that because it was a promotional set I need to return both products, they can't just credit me half price. Now I am annoyed because I need to reorder the product I do want and wait for it to come. Seems very wasteful on the company's part. Not very accommodating. Think I will go to Macys and order online with free shipping.
Purchased Murad Acne Skin care facial whole supply on November 25th, 2020. Murad states on the Acne product result within a week. I did not see any positive results from Murad Acne facial products. I only experienced an increase of Acne within in a week of using Murad Acne Skin care. I attempted to reach out to Murad through email to try to get assistance with some sort of skin care products that may be suitable for my skin. Considering I spent over $200 with Murad because of false advertisement of the Acne Skin care products. I did not receive a response back from my email. I am saddened after several attempts on purchasing different products for skin. Only to find out Murad is another false claiming company advertising positive customer reviews.
Been a customer with Murad for so long. Love their products but super hate to deal with their people. After making 2 orders through Murad.com, they think I am trying to resale their products, which is hell I don't have time for do extra works like this. Tada they locked your account. Those reward points... forget about them... all scammed! Save yourself an Advil and go buy them in Sephora or any retail beauty store then!
Bought the trial 30 day supply as a gift and was shocked to see a charge for a 90 day supply the following month. Horrible service response indicated that I was to blame, although I never "checked the box" that agreed to a subscription. They make undoing their own dishonest charge as difficult as possible. If the product were as great as advertised, they wouldn't need to resort to unethical business practices to keep shipping. BEWARE.
I saw an ad on FB to try the Brightening Trio for $39.99. Checked email and saw that the order came to $193.85 - they added on two products and charged me $99.99 for the Brightening Trio. Called them immediately and was told they couldn't cancel the order because it wasn't in the "system" yet. Told me to call back 24 hours later. I called the next morning at 9 a.m. Pacific Time and was told order processed - too late to cancel but yet it wasn't even processed by my bank yet. Called bank to put a hold on the funds. Terrible CS in asia.
I was very excited to try these products and after placing my order on Dec 9th I have still YET to receive it (today is 12/21) I have contacted customer service and they 1st told me they were busy. The 2nd email stated one of the products were on backorder and yet here we are 3 weeks later and nothing. I think it is completely unacceptable for a company this big to not be able to ship in a timely manner. Never again
After waiting several minutes for someone to answer, I am told different stories about my order. After several phone calls later, I was told the package shipped. Then another rep told me he canceled the order. How is that, if it already shipped? The order is still showing as "pending" on my account. This is such a dishonest representation of this company. The charge is still there. I will be disputing this charge with my cc company. After purchasing Mutad them for years, that was my last order.
I've been using Murad Resurgence Rapid Collagen Infusion since March 2020. Basically since Covid19 hit. I thought it was a good time to start a collagen routine. Murad does nothing! It is a rip off! I have several lines in my forehead and a brow furrow. I have used Murad every day since March 2020 and it does nothing. Absolutely nothing. Murad is a moisturizer at best. Do not spend money thinking this product will reduce facial lines. It will not.
Horrible customer service experience! Several months ago I called and cancelled any kits and auto deliveries bc I lost my job and the online system kept showing product for auto delivery even though I cancelled it online and it would tell me it was still there. Spoke to a woman and she ensured me that all auto deliveries and kits were cancelled. Come 9/7 I was charged for $127 and $67 dollars. Company kept refusing to let me talk to a manager and once I finally did they said my only option was to get a rma number and bring back to ups store and pay for shipping. I can't even buy my kids food let alone pay for shipping on something. They told me there was nothing more they could do. I will never buy product from murad again in the future and I DONT RECOMMEND MURAD to anyone! Save your money and find a company willing to give you a good customer experience
I have spent literally over $4000 in the last 3 years to clean blackheads, pores and get rid of zits. Well, this product is supposed to CLEAN blackheads. Not even close. I bought 2 products that say they do this. Bullspit! I used them, blackheads still have gunk in them. The ivitamin c crap gave my face a nice chemical burn. Yes, that's right, a chemical burn. It also darkened my skin and that will take montgs and months to go away. I wish to God there was a way to fine these lying, greedy people who hawk crappy products THAT DO NOT WORK.Iam sick of wasting my hard earned money. When I sent pics to Murad, I was told the redness and brown spots are normal keep using it. I had to see a dermatologist! There should be some way to fine these liars. Look at my face!
Ordered product got rma# to send back. A month later still havent got almost 200$. Was told to send bank statement showing I didnt get refund. I call again because I still didnt get refund and now they say I never was charged for there product that I need to send bank statement where they charged me. Dont buy from this company. I was nice each time even guy thank me foe being nice but today he was rude and said they cant refund me money I didnt pay
I buy complete treatment and it was very exepensive. After only some days my smin become more dry than before so i went to the doctor and he explain to me the murad formula can be used only from young persons and it's dangerous for skun after 35/40 yars and it's full of silicone
Returned first product 5/24/22... supposed to get refund 6/8/22. Called numerous times. They said they did not receive product and it was my fault as I did not enter return Tracking Number which no one told me to and I no longer have
Returned second product 6/14/22 AND entered tracking number same day. Still no refund on this product either
I am out approx 140. Everytime I call it is the same one person (I recognize the voice) and he makes up a new story each time.

Do not buy anything from Murad website. They keep charging you and sending their useless products. I called them and the customer service person was extremely rude. You have to pay for shipping back their stuff. None of their products work and they are trying to send them to you and charge you without your authorization. STAY AWAY FROM THIS WEBSITE
For 2 days I have been trying to place an order online with Murad. The website gets stuck saying loading, but will not proceed forward for me to place my order. I have been using these products for several years now. Called customer service today, tried placing my order as listed in my cart & was 1st told supervisor approval was needed. Secondly, I'm told I don't qualify for a free gift, even though my cart says otherwise. So I ask the rep, can you talk to your supervisor again, and he denies my request and tells me no. So I told him, I know this is not your fault, but he still offered no additional solution, just said he can't place my order. I get it, I was only trying to spend $115 dollars & apparently a compromise, with me as a buyer, is not worth the extra step or his time. What is $115 not spent, nothing to this company. But, I will not continue to use their products and I will make sure to share my negative experience on FB, other social media platforms, etc. Hope others will read my comments and choose another company to purchase from, Good bye Murad!
