I heard about these shoes and have wanted a pair like this for a very long time> I ordered them and then read the horrible reviews. 3 days later (as promised) i got my shoes. Even though the box was badly damaged the shoes were not. They are exactly what i wanted and i am very happy. Will be ordering a bulk order soon.

Let me start with this. Customer service, NON existent. You might as well talk to the wall instead. I ordered my shoes as it was showing in stock and to be shipped the next day. However the month passed by I got a message saying that they haven't received shoes to ship and to give them couple more weeks. I got fed up and requested to cancel. They emailed saying they'll refund and cancel my order. Mind you I used PayPal for the purchase. Two months passed by I decided to give another shot and I placed an order again through PayPal. The shoes arrived after 3 weeks but I asked to be exchanged because for some reason the shoes were loose on me. They told me to request exchange online and send the old pair back. When I sent the old pair back I got an email saying my exchange was cancelled and the refund has been issued. I got the refund but I was confused. So I wrote them an email and no response. Contacted them again and still no response. By this time as I was browsing my PayPal purchases, I saw my first order refund was never there. I immediately emailed them and asked for clarification. No response. Contacted them again and still no response. I filed a dispute through PayPal and PayPal decided because they have not responded back they issued me a refund. This is HORRIBLE they should not be running this business. Avoid them at all cost. You'll regret it.

Never received my 200$ order, kept unreachable afterwards and funny enough, right after the purchase they sent me a 35% discount offer...on the same product I just bought...

I got scammed. Today is January the 12. I ordered the shoes before Thanksgiving. No shoes, no contact, no number to contact. I'm an idiot. Will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a complaint to the state attorneys general office. I hope these scammers are stopped.
Supposed order number ******* if anyone from Muves wants to help.

Ordered on Dec 23 with website saying free 2-day shipping. Regular shipping 3-5 days. Even with the Christmas holiday the order should have arrived my Jan 30. On Jan 6 I emailed customer service about it. Reply was that I should see "movement" on the order in 2-3 weeks. I replied asking them to cancel and refund my payment since they hadn't even shipped yet. They replied they wouldn't cancel.

I ordered shoes from there as a gift. I ordered, they got paid, added extra for VIP expedited shipping and have heard nothing. There is no contact information to speak or chat with someone, although it is listed on their FAQ page. Won't do business with them again. Giving another 24 hours and then using the power of credit card to cancel. I was set to order another five pair for folks as Christmas presents - not now. The proof of purchase is the UPS Tracking Number which I am hesitant to provide on this open forum.

Tip for consumers:
DO NOT expect any type of customer service. Motto must be take the money and run!

I purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 pair by mistake) as a Christmas gift in 2021. The recipient wished to have these returned.

I when through the return steps only to learn they were not returnable after 26 days. I contacted them on the 27th day. I never heard of this practice. I attempted to contact Customer Service twice via their website email address and have yet to receive a reply from them.
In addition, there is no phone number to reach them, (Gee, I wonder why).

All I want is a full refund. I do not feel returning a Christmas present in January is unreasonable.

Do not waste your time with this company. Customer Service is terrible!

I was very excited to receive these shoes, cool design and concept. However, they just didn't fit my foot well. The size was fine, but it slipped in the heel and was tight on my toes. I went to process the return and found out there was a $28 restocking fee for a shoe that I paid $84. Of course this was not listed clearly anywhere during the check-out process. I simply cannot understand how an apparel company can charge an approximate 30% restocking fee. I have filed a complaint with the BBB and will continue to post on any review site I can find. If you want to try these shoes, just note, you have to bet $28 that they will fit you correctly.

1. Their customer service is horrible.
2. They tell you they have shipped your product with a UPS tracking number, but your product doesnt physically ship for 10-15 days.
3. They intentionally ship you the wrong sizes, with a note that says "their experience" says these will fit better, they are simply the wrong size.
4. When you are fed up, and want to return for a refund, they charge you $25 to do so.
5. Based on others experience, you wont see any refund for at least a month, if at all.

I ordered the shoes 1,5 months ago when they seemed to be in stock. But when I informed about the deliverystatus they answered it was a pre order… and now I get the same message each time:
"We received our new shipment and working on shipping out orders as fast as we can, please give us a few weeks to prepare your shipment. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information. We appreciate your patience very much, please let us know if you need anything in the meantime.

I ordered 2 pairs of Muvez in November, and received 1 pair at the end of December. Muvez says the entire order was shipped, I have photos of the UPS guy holding one package containing 1 pair. I have emailed them 3 times, they never reply. They don't have any contact telephone numbers. I disputed with my credit card; they have sided with Muvez as they provided a UPS tracking number! So, I have paid for 2 pairs, and received 1 pair - this is robbery! I have photos of the package containing 1 pair - they cannot provide any evidence of shipping 2 pairs.

My shoes were never delivered. I'm not alone. Check the BBB website and you will see other people with the same problem. Neither the company nor UPS responded when attempts to contact were made..

Don't order from a company with hit or miss delivery.

In all of the promotional materials for this product, there was a focus on the ease of detaching and attaching the bottom sole piece. It looked like you could step into it, press your heel down, and click into the additional piece. This is not the case at all. The bottom piece is very difficult to get on, I have to step into it, prop my foot onto a chair, and use by fingers to dig the rubber lip into the attachment. Is it strenuous? No not really. Is it inconvenient? Definitely. Is that what I signed up for? Not at all.

On top of that, the design for the foot is a terrible fit! There's no support around the heel, so with every step my heel is sliding in and out of the shoe! I have the right size, it's not too big and there's no "room" in the shoe that is making it do that. It's the fact that the rubber attachment on the bottom is quite rigid and the shoe doesn't tighten around your foot, almost creating a flip-flop kind of effect. With socks, it's bad. Without socks, you pull the insole out when you remove them. Not a fan.

The detached mode is alright I guess. The thin sole is more flexible which eliminates the heel slide effect. But it's become almost obsolete to me because of the inconvenience of going in and out of the "outside" mode.

Look, I bought this product thinking this would be a super fast and convenient way to wear shoes that can transition me from inside to outside by stepping in, pressing down, and carrying on with my day. But they're more inconvenient to get on and off than my Nikes, so I just opt for the Nikes. They're not that comfortable, they're very expensive, and they're very inconvenient to use.

Please save your money.
