Absolute Fraud - I ordered boots for my daughter for xmas 2009. They took £71 payment immediately I placed the order. The boots did not arrive and when I queried it the sales team said they'd refund my money. I have now waited for two months, sent numerous emails and am still out of pocket. My last email has not been responded to at all. I am extremely frustrated and would advise don not buy from this online store.
Another in the long line of Chinese wholesalers selling fake UGG boots to the unsuspecting. As with all, you may or may not get a pair of anything wearable in the end, and on balance probably not. You will definitely get nothing genuine. Don't give these people any money, whatever you do. Get educated instead and spread the word.
If you've already used a credit card at this site, you should notify the CC company that this site is trading in illegal fakes and that you were not aware of this when you completed the transaction.

My wife ordered Uggs from mvpboots.com for Christmas for our daughter a month ago and we still have not received anything. They took our money out right away and sent a tracking number - but when you I use the tracking number it is tied to billingsupportsystem.com the same site that other people are reporting as scam sites. This must be a new front site that went up because I not seen any complaints about mvpboots but have about other uggs rip-offs. I have sent a compk, aint through billingsupport to their "customer service" here are the responses
