We have also tried for months to get items fixed. We recently found out MX3 have packed up and left the country. Chris is left to clean up the pieces, but as he explained with his new job he's not bale or no longer willing to fix any repairs. Our items were walkthrough items, Chris personally was in my home to take notice of unfinished items 3 times, having to take off work to meet him. Now the warranty group they use for MX3 will not do anything unless it's foundation. Jorge has supposedly left the country to Ecuador and Chris is real busy with his new job. Chris is one of the most untrustworthy individuals in a business of service I have dealt with. Very expensive purchase of a home to be blown off and told to basically figure it out, so sorry. I would not work with Chris Schoen on any home build, or even hire this individual. Hope this helps. I can post numbers and addresses if needed.
We tried to work with Mx3 Homes, Jorge Marcet and Chris Schoen for months to get warranty items fixed in our new home, but every bit of correspondence - warranty requests through the official channel (web form), emails, calls and text messages has fallen on deaf ears. We now learn that Mx3 Homes are going out of business. We are going to have to pay for all of the serious building problems that SHOULD be covered through our warranty and have been highlighted in an inspection report.
Chris Schoen informed me that Jorge Marcet had a falling out with business partner, Salomon Martinez. Apparently the two made some pretty bad business decisions and now will be leaving all of their current customers to pay.
