Do NOT touch this excuse for company with a barge pole... be warned, they will take your hard earned cash and send you a pixelated excuse for a canvas then tell you "that's what you ordered"... they have obviously got no quality control/standards and I am not the only one to find this. Deal with them at your pearl. Their customer service is rated like their product ZERO! Appalled that this can happen in 2014

I recently ordered 6 canvasses. They arrived in about 1 week and I was absolutely thrilled when I saw them. They looked amazing, and very good quality indeed. I will most definitely be ordering more in the future. I would recommend this company highly.

I have now had many canvases produced by Mypicture and with one minor flaw (not worthy of return or complaint) some time ago the products have always been as expected, good quality with delivery in a reasonably short time. I am happy to, and regularly do, recommend them. Unfortunately, this time the delivery (by Yodel) was not as it should have been. Driver left parcel in our porch visible for anyone to steal and subject to weather - rain would have damaged it - having left before I could reach the door. If we had been out, I might have been writing a very different review.

What an absolute s*ite company, this is the second thing we have ordered from you, both have been late (by several days) missing both a birthday and mothers day, no offer of apology or refund, will never use you again and will advise others not too as well...
Use at your own peril, and if you dont mind your goods not arriving...

I decided to order non-ordinary present for beloved husband Jonathan, and purchased photo book on my picture website. The best gift I have ever made for someone who I truly love. Price of £ 35.50 for hardcover 24 pages amazing photobook is an excellent present for anniversary.

I ordered a canvas of my new grandaughter from this site. I knew that I had to put it together. I received it within 8-10 days. My daughter was so delighted with the canvas that she ordered one straight away for her in-laws christmas and once again it was delivered about 8 - 10 days later and was also very acceptable. For the money that we paid we really didn't accept such a good quality print and also remember it is free p + p. I suggest if your looking for really great quality then maybe you should be willing to pay for it!

The picture we received from this company was absolutely outstanding value for money. I was very pleased with the quality and also how quickly this item was delivered. I have told all my family and friends about this site and would definitely use it again in the future. Very happy customer indeed:-)

The service is professional and respectful but if canvas is ready to ship in 48 hours after received payment, then it can take up to 7 days. Of course, everything is fine but I can't wait 7 days, I wish that canvas had arrived faster. The picture quality is high, no doubt

I bought 14 canvas prints from my picture. Like everyone else I wasn't aware it was coming from Germany, so when it took over 2 weeks for them to arrive I wasn't surprised.

Problem is the quality though, the print quality is shocking, colours are wrong and the comparison with other (much better organisations) is like night and day.

So pleased to find a company that will turn my pictures into lovely canvas prints to display on the wall. The quality is very good and packaged well to arrive safely. All I had to do was put the cord on the back and all done in 15 minutes including measuring. Everything I needed was included - hooks and cord.

Recommend this service as reliable and fast. Don't know how it was in the past from bad reviews about this service, but my purchase which was made this month is one of a kind. Canvas is in high quality and looks great. Thanks!

This is a genuine review, I have no axe to grind with this company, either for or against.

I recently ordered a 32"x24" acrylic print on an aluminium backing. It arrived via UPs in four days and was well packed. The quality of the print was excellent. The pricing was competitive and the mounting kit which I paid another £4.99 was adequate. As far as acrylic prints are concerned I would be happy to purchase from this company again.

After ordering 4 canvas pictures and waited for the slow delivery of UPS they finally arrived delivered by a neighbour. On opening the two parcels I found three frames very badly WARPED that they would not lie flat on the wall. This is the worst workmanship that i have ever seen. The gap between the wall and the picture was big enough to put my very large HAND between. As a photographer I WONT be using again. Patrick W

Rubbish company! It came in loose bits that they want me to assemble it myself. The worst of all is that right in the middle of the picture is a white line and at the bottom of the picture it looks like paint that got wet. I can't believe they actually sent me this faulty product. It is like buying a new shift with stains on it. Not only that, the actual frame that comes in 4 bits does not fit together and are different sizes. I want a full refund and I would most definitely not recommend them! Stay away.

Before buying canvas, I red a lot of reviews about this website. I had few questions and I got answered them very quickly by my-picture support. This was the reason to choose this shop. Wish I'd read reviews before ordering. I emailed the same day I placed the order to cancel and requested a refund. They replied 2 days later saying order was processed but I thought that as they'd actually replied then maybe canvases would be good. I was able to track the order which, again, made me think that maybe this company had improved and they arrived about 1 week after placing order. The canvases are disgusting, the colours are nothing like the photo's that were uploaded, the whole thing has an orange cast and the bottom of them are blurred and out of focus. I e-mailed the company straight away and they have not replied. I am e-mailing on a daily basis. Like many other people, I thought I was dealing with a UK company due to the web address and as it is a German company I do not expect any after sales service and don't think that they care about bad reviews. People should avoid this company like the plague!

My wife was absolutely amazed by the photo book ordered from My picture website.

It is the first order of such product and, personally, I am very happy too.

The book is made in high quality and images prints stand on the top!

Disappointing. The prints are probably okay. Mine were stretched and assembled but one of the frames is warped so it doesn't sit flat to the wall.

The main issue is that they don't respond to emails. I had ordered their "hang up kits" as extras. Those weren't sent with the order. I emailed and got not reply. I emailed again and eventually got a promise that they would send the missing items. Ten days later and nothing had arrived. I emailed again this time asking for a refund for the kits. Still no response.

The prints themselves are okay. The colour reproduction is pretty good.

I would never order from them again because the customer service is shockingly bad and I think that tells you all you need to know.

I could never recommend others to use this site.

First time of using this company. My advice is avoid at all cost. Received my delivery to find I have someone elses print. No reply back from my emails to resolve the matter. Shop elsewhere would be my advice to anyone considering using this company very bad service.

Absolutely agree with the previous review, a disgrace, they make you think that you are buying a stretched canvas but what you get is a rolled up canvas on with 4 pieces of wood. You are then expected to stretch it yourself. Nowhere on the site does it CLEARLY state that this is the case and every single image on the site shows a fully mounted canvas. The "specialist packaging" that they use is a cuboid cardboard box (not even a poster tube) and invariably your print is creased and ruined when it arrives anyway. I am persuing them through my CC Company.

I'm totally satisfied with the canvas and photobook I ordered. The quality accords to the paid money for both. I think that I enjoy more photobook instead of canvas on the wall, it's my favourite, because pictures in book bring back so good memories...

Anyway, my-picture is outstanding service for quality and response. Thank you so much for answering emails quickly.

I ordered a canvas by this company, and once I received it, the picture I had sent was of my two cats and they sent me the canvas with one of the cats heads cut out. Even though the purpose of the canvas was to have both cats in the picture. I emailed the company and received an email back stating it did not have any defects and that I had basically got what I wanted (which I clearly didn't). They say they've got great customer satisfaction however I believe completely different. Please think about ordering off this company

Really disappointed. A photo of a sacred Aboriginal site is just a dark blob. I will now have to buy a second canvas from a different company. Hey my picture, would you like this canvas back? I thought not.
