So, this is my experience with the service. I chose it from recommendations by people who had deal with my picture. Secondly, the canvas and the picture quality is really good, I expected that and have no complaints about the quality. And third, the delivery took about four days. I guess it's more up to delivery service than the company if a person doesn't receive canvas on time

Don't use this site. Pay a bit more and get a professionally mounted picture. I ended up buying a glass frame to put the picture in as the crappy wooden frame they sent (which I had to put together) was out not square. Stretching a canvas is not so simple I found out. I had no idea I would have to do this. Very poor.

I ordered a canvas and print in aluminium and am really pleased with the results. The quality is very good and they look superb on my wall! I am also always being sent great offers which I have taken advantage of. Delivery was speedy and I was always kept up to date on delivery progress. All in all fantastic.

It was exciting canvas creating process after uploading the image. I do like "black-white" type photos. They have such effect called "grayscale" on website which looks great photo effect. But i decided to have original image on canvas. And i'm happy for that :) the canvas succeed to the top: D

Good quality. Good price. Quick and efficient. I had a favourite photo put onto canvas. I did it from my mobile. It took less than a week. I couldn't be more pleased. Well if you send me an identical one free of charge I suppose I could be more pleased... but still... even without that... I am very happy. Thank you

I wouldn't recommend my-picture. They never sent hanging plates with my prints and I needed them for an exhibition. I had to find alternative hanging solutions at the last minute and they absolutely refused to refund me the money for the missing hanging plates and despite me explaining that it was too late for replacement hanging plates as I'd already hung the exhibition, they absolutely insisted on sending me replacement plates which were now useless and not needed. Terrible customer service. I'll never use them again.

I sent 3 photos to be put on canvas. I chose a size smaller than the size they said they could do them. These pictures were all extremely blurry when I contacted customer services they said the pictures where what I had got and that was that I had just lost my money very very disappointed

I love modern interior with lot of glass elements present. We rebuilt the interior from minimalism to modernism in the living room and I was not sure about which canvas would better fit, the traditional, aluminum or acrylic one. I decided to try and ordered acrylic 30'x20' size. It looks great and it fits perfect in modern interior.
I, definitely, recommend acrylic photo print for modern design apartments. The acrylic glass itself is done in high quality. Photo looks like REAL!
By the way, i spent £83 for 30'x20' size glass, which is cheaper than in other websites which I checked before buying from my picture website :)

It was so nice to have a deal with the service. Received canvas as it was explained on their website - in true colors and in high quality. Looks great! Had to wait 4 days and it arrived right to my place.

I ordered a canvas of my rescue German Shepherd dog, the website was easy to use and the whole process was straightforward, and the results were amazing. I love it so much and my visitors are in awe of it with many compliments. I would recommend this site 100%

Iv used this site again for the third time. Iv found them to be excellent. Great quality and great customer care. They even rushed an order through for me. My third time using them and I have never had a problem with any of the complaints about this site.

I recently ordered 12x16 canvas with pixel stretch edge option, and I’m very satisfied with the quality of the print. It looks great. I think next time I’ll try to order one with scale wrap edges option. I wonder if the result would be as good

As a man in age, I would like to tahnk my-picture.co.uk for delivered my canvas order. I am 68 and it was quite easy to find everything. I had no problems with making an order. It was fast delivery and the canvas looks very great in room interior. Thank once again. William

I can’t understand how my picture was able to offer me such quality print for a a low price. There was a short delay which was a result of some misunderstanding in the forwarding company. Most important for me is that the price matches the quality and it happened this time.

Found this great looking website, quoting fast delivery, ordered my canvas of my puppy 2 weeks ago, still waiting. I have been lucky enough to be given tracking numbers, which are 'like this company' Bogus, and now have filed a dispute with paypal, DO NOT USE.

PS. I do have a staple gun and picture hooks I can loan if you have been lucky enough to receive your canvas

DPI was a mystery for me before ordering canvas from my picture service. Customer service representative was very friendly and explained me DPI and it’s impact on the print quality. Thank you for not making me feel silly when asking such a questions

So much choice to be had and was so pleased to find a company that actually prints onto canvas with the option of digital size format - So no cropping of essential parts of my image:)

Delivery was so fast, I followed the online tracking and only then did I realise the goods were dispatched from Germany! Amazing considering it was free delivery. Great pricing too, especially with the addition 15% discount and being a vat registered company, the end cost was a true steal.

The goods arrived in perfect condition, extremely well packaged and exactly how I had ordered - I will definitely use MyPicture again :D

I have had a few photos put on to canvases. Quality and service is very good. Quick delivery too. Would defiantly recommend. The choice of options to edit and adapt your photo on the website is very easy to use.

I purchased 3 pictures from them 2 of them were great quality.
Unfortunately the biggest and the one that I was most looking forward has visible printing faults and smudges - I'm very disappointed.
I doubt I will purchase from them anything else and I do not recommend them as well

I have been having problems with getting my order actually delivered as it says on my tracking it is not being delivered due to a wrong address! I have sent 4 emails tried to call the number on the bottom of the email order confirmation and no repsonse as yet. I have tried also speaking directly to GLS and no one i get can speak english. This is so frustrating, i can see on my tracking it is stored at a warehouse but not idea where! Can anyone help me in getting in contact with someone who speaks English to understand what the hell is happening here with my order? Also slightly worried now that i have read this and seen that i have to assemble myself - i'd just like to get it first! Thanks for any help, a very frustrated Mel.

Placed my order on 27/Jan/2021. Managed to track the package from Cologne to East Midlands Airport where it dissappeared into the ether. This is a German based company so chances of refunds are very very low. They work to German law. They dont advertise the German connection. They offered to send another copy of my picture but this has been stuck in Cologne with UPS for ages again. You cant communicated with UPS and its a close thing as to who has the worst Customer Service. All My-Picture will offer is a 30% discount of my next picture. As if I'm likely to buy anything else from this bunch. Not a chance, and I sincerely recommend that you consider looking elsewhere for an alternative supplier. I will now be starting a Chargeback process with my card company for a full refund. Avoid this lot like the plague...
