The site makes it quick and easy to get the product I want and the results are very good. The turn around time is about as good as you can ask for in a bespoke product. I have used my-picture several times and have yet to be disappointed in any way.

They DO NOT tell customers plainly on the front page that you have to assemble your canvas photo frame yourself.
You are sent a cheap wooden frame that just slots together.
You are expected to have a proper staple gun.
They issue cheap plastic wedges to help stretch the canvas.

Waste of money.

The company were efficient as usual in the turnaround, but would have liked quality intervention before print, due to low resolution picture. Not their fault, but mine, but thought in hind sight, they questioned the quality.

Really poor. The canvas is faulty with a big white mark in the middle. They want a photo as proof it's faulty. You send them some. Then they ask for MORE photos. Then they tell you that's what you sent them and it's supposed to look like that. It's a massive white mark where the print hasn't adhered to the canvas and the whole things useless! When you send out faulty goods you need to replace them!

I am very disappointed 2 of my pictures on canvas were printed with the heads half missing the excuse I got was that i didn't do it properly what company doesn't check their pictures first just prints without checking first
I will never use again and will tell my friends as well not to use.

The photograph i had blown onto canvas was a lovely picture of my daughters 18th and 21st birthday party I was so disapointed with the quality of the canvas crap quality creased in the middle, frayed, white streaks, and "red eye" that i actually threw it straight in the bin total waste of time and money i wish i'd given the money to charity.

It is pleasure dealing with the website which offers discounted prices and extra % off on all canvases. The canvas looks outstanding, it is stretched and well packed, the order process is easy and communication is nice.

I was struggling to find somewhere that could blow up a very small original into a large canvas but this company could and did an excellent job. This was a gift and the recipient loved the finished piece. Fast service, well wrapped (but not over wrapped) and an excellent price.

I have used My-picture several times, the process of ordering is easy. The prices are much lower than retailers n the U. K. Quality control is excellent and delivery rapid. I love the canvases I have had printed.

Ordered from this site 10 days ago. Havent heard anything from them since the initial email confirming my order. Emailed them 3 days ago and havent heard anything back.

If people done their research on the site you will indeed know the company is based in Germany, so stop whinging!

Quote "Delivery to the UK may take 3 - 5 business days since we are based in Germany. You will automatically receive a tracking email once your order is dispatched. "

As much as I tend to try and buy British goods, Germany goods are much superior in general. Vauxhall or Mercedes?

Canvas was dispatched within 36 hours and arrived within 2 days from Germany!

Delighted with the canvas and the service I was provided with.

But of course, I will be branded as a fake reviewer!

If I need another canvas will defo give these guys another lookup.

The quality is very high, I'm very satisfied for the canvas I received with the mail. I've always enjoyed picture of nature and waterfall and now I have one in my room. We got the pictures done professionally and were going to order from the photographer until I discovered this website and seen how great the prices were in comparison. It allowed me to purchase all the pictures I wanted rather than just the one I would have been able to afford from the photoshoot.
The site was easy to use and the prints arrived in 4 days and are absolutely amazing!

The pictures I ordered were delivered promptly, & are absolutely amazing. The previews of the photographs were very accurate & the canvas prints are much better than I expected.

We ordered a 3x2 foot 'pop art' style picture from this company and we found the service to be perfect. The picture arrived after only a few days in perfect condition. We did pay the extra fee for it to be already mounted on a double thickness frame, and we received a well-finished product. We have no complaints at all with this company and we would use them again.

Ordered 2 canvases on here before for christmas and they came fine, decent quality at a cheap price. Went to order a photobook, spent hours designing the whole thing only to find it wouldn't let me save what I had done no matter what I tried. Attempted 3 times to contact them on the chat feature on the website but every time was told there are 'no agents available'. Emailed them but received no reply. When I went back on the website it had unfortunately reloaded and I lost all of my work. 64 images and text on every page. Would only recommend for the canvas prints and only if you are putting one simple image on them, otherwise website is bad and customer service is nonexistent.

Canvas looks impressive. As long as I have heard from different people who had a deal with my picture, is that the service has improved. I can't tell much about the customer service but the canvas quality is impressive

I've ordered 2 pieces, one acrylic and other the printed canvas. Both are fine and both look totally different from each other. I've checked out the quality of acrylic and also the printed one. They both are quite good. The price is worth paying.
Like they say, you get what you pay for. So, I'm happy for what I purchased. Great prints!

I am delighted with the end product which looks great on the wall, with no loss of clarity despite the large dimensions. More than that, I am really pleased with the efficiency of the service itself - no sooner had I placed my order than it arrived at my door.

I really like the fact the best recommended size is shown, however I would like to be able to move the position of my picture to the best view I would prefer. Only because I had a portrait of my in laws done and the top of the head was missing when there was lots of leg that could have been removed instead.
