Terrible. Will never order again from My Picture. Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: "we will send you an email". An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it's not true? It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service. If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.
I was fully aware i had to assemble the canvas myself, it clearly says this if you read the delivery instructions, took about 6 days to arrive which was easy to track with the tracking number. I recieved a beautifull canvas of very good quality and managed to put it together easily myself ( and i'm a woman). Hanging in my daughters bedroom and looking fab, i will be using this site again very soon.

Absolutely bad company, I have never received my product, so far have not received my money back and they even stopped updating me on their extremely slow progress they are making.

The photobook is smooth, very personal and looks outstanding. It is my first time ordering something like personal photobook from printing service. I enjoy it very much, the colours are excellent.
Before ordering you need to download the software from their website. There you can create the desired photobook and make a purchase directly from that software. It is easy and quite simple.

Canvas is perfect. The picture looks true and natural. I thaught if the colors will be green instead of blue, because after reading some reviews with the following issues, this was the main reason of aware of any canvas service. But everything is ok. I'm satisfied with the order and the delivery. Good service
I really like the canvas I've just received this week. I was aware of the picture quality, because I chose 120x80 big canvas. And the print has no defects, it looks really great. Also, the delivery took for me 4 days to receive it

Never ordered anything like this before on line so was a bit dubious. I ordered 6 canvases and each one was perfect. The quality was very good, each one was clear and the colour exact. They arrived in perfect condition and on time.
So after I moaned and moaned, I finally got contacted by customer service. In all fairness, they offered to send me a replacement photo and gave me a code for a freebie, which I was rather impressed with.
Would you believe it BUT THE SECOND ONE ARRIVED BENT AND MISSHAPEN. I've now emailed them again 3 times and have had no reply. What the actual heck.
The problem is with with packaging. They seal around the photo frame well enough but not the edges. By the time it's travelled through the courier service it has been pummelled and shoved and damaged. They need to provide better padding around the the edges of the picture and not just around it. The edges are left vulnerable and will inevitably get damaged in transit.

The order was received within 10 days, which I was okay with. The website looks as though it is local but it is actually travelling from Germany. By the time the frame arrived it was battered and bent out of shape. I spent nearly £100 on it and I was intending on giving this as a gift, but I am actually too embarrassed to do so.
I contacted the company 5 times in total and all they have done is send me a generic reply asking for photos - despite my original emails actually containing photos of the damage! Not one personal reply received and I'm out of money for this present and stuck with a huge frame that is too battered to hang up.
DO NOT use this company. Their customer service is not existent and the frames are battered to the point of ridiculousness. Unless you want to just waste your hard earned cash, in which case, go ahead. Frankly, I'm appalled at this company and their lack of integrity. Avoid at all costs.
I have ordered twice and both time I had to chase my order. I have paid when I have placed an order and when I was after few weeks emailing where is my order they said my order is invalid because I have not paid! I sent confirmation of my payment and then they processed my order! Twice I have ordered something as a gift for someone and of course was late with the gift! Not happy with the system at all
The fact that this is an unassembled canvas is not made clear at any point on the homepage. It is well hidden, presumably because most people would spend a bit more for a fully assembled product. A small canvas is sent in a massive long cardboard box with the loose bits of wood free to scratch the canvas. I would not recommend.
Absolute bargain and couldn't believe how fast the delivery was! Now I'm looking for more pictures to have made into canvas prints, and am also going to use them for a photobook. Have already recommended My-picture to friends who were also impressed.

go for it and order enough to get free delivery, and take your time checking the canvas print options.
I'm not sure why some people are saying we shouldn't have expected it to come already stretched on the frame. When buying my print it explicitly stated (am looking at it right now still on the website) "Stretching service" and a checkbox with "Yes, I want to receive my canvas already mounted on its frame (additional £7)"
Which part of that should I understand to be "self assembly"?

The software for designing the photobook is just great! I made my photobook look beautiful by adding some comments and nice clipart. Photobook made my photos very personal and memorable. All pictures are printed in the highest quality. I would definitely recommend My-picture as one of the best photo ideas services
Unfortunately didn't read the reviews before placing an order. Do not use this company. I never even received my product and no response from them by email or phone. Shocking that Paypal should continue to support such a site when there are so many disgruntled customers
Have odered 3 canvas pictures in the last few weeks with no problems.
Was able to track my canvas a few days after ordering.
All came within 7 to 10 days.
Im very surprised to read all these bad reviews i have no problems with them.
I emailed them regarding one of the pictures as i made a mistake and asked for stretch when i wanted scale they got back to me within 24hours and offered me a new one.
By far the worst company I have ever dealt with. This is the first time I have ever submitted a negative review for anyone. * from Customer Services was so rude with her blunt responses. Crux is that their courier (UPS) never reached my house as they said I had provided the wrong address (I didn't) so expected me to go and collect the pictures from the other side of town whilst in COVID isolation. Mypicture.com bluntly refused to try and assist despite being threatened with legal action for failure to attempt to deliver (which I am working on but is quite complicated as this is actually a German registered company - be aware). Shameful. Do not deserve any business. Avoid them at all costs.

1) "48h delivery" I waited over 3 weeks. The site implies it's british (. co.uk), but is based in Germany. They didn't volunteer pictures would be late, I had to chase them and then I got generic emails citing "technical problems" without any firm specific info. Birthday present was 2 weeks late
2) You get bits of canvas and a self assembly frame. No pins/staples and you have to sort it out yourself. This is only apparent low down in the FAQs and no info about this when you buy (site implies you get finished product). I think a case of mis-selling. It is quite fiddly to mount your own canvas and many people wouldn't be up to it
3) Canvases had poor colour and resolution.
4) The instructions were terrible
HHad a brilliant experience with this company, was bit sceptical when i read reviews but ordered canvas anyway, it came in 3 days, amazing quality and framed as i chose the extra option to have it that way, so well chuffed, unfair for people to rate a site as bad when clearly they never read the optional extras, i'll defo b buying another canvas from thrm when i need one
Does anyone get their picture from My Picture? Ordered nine days ago and still not getting any tracking information from either My Picture or Royal Mail. Told by their customer service that it was sent seven days ago, but RM are still waiting for it.

I have recently used this company on a friends recommendation, and even though i have just read all the bad reviews my experience has been fab.
I ordered 2 canvas prints tuesday last week and they arrived a week later even though we've had two bank holidays inbetween.
The whole ordering process is a doddle and communication via email etc for tracking parcel etc was fine.
I was well aware that i would have to put the frames toegether as it does state this in the ordering process, they are easy too, just need a hammer to tap them tight into place. Very happy with the prints and the quailty and they are easy to put onto the frame. I've used drawing pins as don't have a staple gun and seems absolutely fine.
I have now been back and ordered another 4 prints... lets hope they are as good! Fingers Crossed!

My Christmas present order was guarenteed to be delivered before christmas. I recieved a order tracking number on the 15th Dec showing the order was with the courier. But when it didn't arrive I contacted the courier and they stated it had not be passed to them. My-Picture denied this and said it was with them.
Now on the evening of the 21st Dec, they have sent a automated email saying the order will be delayed.
Sorry but that means you lied on the 15th and onwards and have left it to the last minute to let me know using a automated email.
Liers with intent to cause as much distress as possible.
