Terrible. Will never order again from My Picture. Received an email that my order is awaiting dispatch 6 days ago (4working days). After this no information about my order. The custom service constantly says: "we will send you an email". An email about what? That on your website you mentioned that it will be 1-2 days, but it's not true? It was I present for a birthday. But unfortunately I will not be able to give that to person, as My Picture has terrible service. If someone want to use this company, kindly suggest you to read last reviews and find another company.
After reading some reviews i was abit worried that i wouldnt recieve my canvas! 5 working days later i recieved it. I am so happy, looks fantastic.
